面向未来的办公范式与效率最大化：该项目成功打破了传统办公楼的束缚，将“面向未来”的理念融入设计之初。通过对办公智能化技术的深度融合，实现了极致的使用效率和高度灵活弹性的空间场景。建筑体量通过巧妙的穿插和组织，确保了超过3000平米的高效研发空间，同时通过优化的平面进深，保障了所有工位的采光和舒适性。交织的交通系统保证了内部部门间的便捷互达与相互独立，体现了对现代高科技研发需求的高度响应。

品牌价值与城市关系的有机统一：设计语言精准地契合了联想“创新、拥抱变化和简洁设计美学”的核心品牌价值。建筑造型简洁有力，水平伸展的体块和横向线条呼应了品牌的简洁性。更重要的是，设计将公共空间——四季厅和企业花园——向公众开放，使其成为连接城市轻轨和社区的“企业客厅”与“空港门户”。这种开放和友好的姿态，体现了企业在城市发展战略中的积极角色，实现了企业目标与城市环境的和谐共生。

人性化与健康活力的空间锚点：项目在功能布局上进行了创新的“锚点”设计，特别是位于中央悬浮的健身层。这一设施不仅提供了完善的室内运动和室外空中球场，作为空间和体量的核心枢纽，它能让南北两翼员工便捷到达，同时巧妙地通过悬浮设计避免了对相邻楼层的噪音干扰。结合全景落地玻璃幕墙提供的优质采光和可开启窗户，共同构建了一个以人为本、关注员工健康与活力的绿色工作环境。

Lenovo (Tianjin) Innovation Science and Technology Park is a future-oriented office space that breaks the limitations of traditional office building design, exploring how rational and forward-looking design should embrace intelligent office technology to achieve ultimate usage efficiency, flexible and adaptable scenarios, and people-oriented green spaces.
联想（天津）创新科技园是面向未来的办公空间，它打破了传统办公楼设计的局限，去探索合理而前瞻性的设计应如何去拥抱办公智能化技术，实现极致的使用效率，灵活弹性的使用场景，和以人为本的绿色空间。

The project is located in the Airport New City of Tianjin. As a global leader in the digital economy, Lenovo regards the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as a strategic high ground for business development. The group’s global headquarters is in Beijing, and the transformation business development base is in Tianjin. As a comprehensive hub integrating headquarters R&D, technological innovation, venture capital incubation, and financial services, the Innovation Science and Technology Park will undertake Lenovo's R&D functions in cutting-edge fields such as AI applications, and is expected to gather over 3,000 R&D and management talents. It will echo the Innovation Industrial Park that has already been fully put into operation, jointly forming the "two parks" wings for Lenovo Group's development in Tianjin.
项目位于天津市空港新区。作为全球数字经济领导企业，联想将京津冀作为业务发展的战略高地。集团全球总部在北京，转型业务发展基地则在天津。作为集总部研发、技术创新、创投孵化及金融服务于一体的综合枢纽，创新科技园将承载联想在 AI 应用等前沿领域的研发职能，预计将汇聚超 3000 名研发与管理人才，并与此前已全面投产的创新产业园相呼应，共同构成了联想集团在天津发展的“两园区”双翼。

Massing Strategy
形体策略

Lenovo is known for innovation, embracing change, and a minimalist design aesthetic. We hope the building's design can reflect these core brand values and set a benchmark for future development in Tianjin Airport New City under the integrated development strategy of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
联想以创新、拥抱变化以及简洁设计美学理念而著称，我们希望大楼的设计能体现这些核心品牌价值，并为京津冀一体化发展战略下的天津空港新区树立未来发展标杆。

The building is composed of three horizontally extending office volumes interwoven and organized by a spacious and open public Four Seasons Hall in the center; each volume is efficiently customized according to corporate needs and connected to the city light rail and outdoor gardens via the Four Seasons Hall. Similar to Lenovo's Beijing headquarters, the Four Seasons Hall and the corporate garden are open to the public. The friendly and open spatial layout reflects the mutual growth of the enterprise and the city, serving as both a corporate living room and a gateway to the core area of the airport.
建筑由三组水平伸展的办公体量穿插而成，并由中间宽敞开放的公共四季厅组织在一起；每组体量都按照企业需求高效定制，经由四季厅再与城市轻轨及室外花园连通。和联想北京总部一样，四季厅和企业花园均向公众开放，友好而开放的空间布局也体现了企业与城市的共同成长，既是企业客厅，也是空港核心区的门户。

The building is clearly divided into north and south wings and high and low zones. The horizontally stretching plan provides efficient R&D space of over 3,000 square meters on a single floor, while also ensuring that the depth of the space is not too large, which would affect the lighting and comfort of the workstations. The intertwined vertical and horizontal transportation system ensures that internal departments can operate without affecting each other while still being conveniently accessible.
建筑被清晰地分为南北两翼和高低区。横向伸展的平面及提供了单层最大超过 3000 平米的高效研发空间，也保证空间进深不至于过大而影响工位的采光和舒适性。交织成环的竖向和水平交通系统保证企业内部门之间即可以互不影响，又可相互便捷到达。

Section Perspective of the Four Seasons Hall Bridge
四季厅连桥剖透视

The building's form embodies technology and vitality through simplicity. It does not pursue a "landmark" status by maximizing the planned height limit. The interlocking volumes are clean and sharp, the large-span spaces are full of strength, and the simple horizontal lines, combined with 2.7-meter wide floor-to-ceiling glass curtain walls, provide the indoor space with the best views and natural lighting, while also offering operable windows for all offices. The Four Seasons Hall differs from a typical office lobby, serving multiple functions such as a corporate showroom, traffic organization hub, and city living room. We have set up a transitional space in the elevator lobby, using white marble and dark gray metal texture to concisely and clearly outline the spatial hierarchy and flow direction. Partial skylights allow daylight into the interior, bringing richer expression to the space.
大楼的造型朴实中体现科技与活力。不通过撑满规划限高来追求所谓“地标性”。相互搭接的体块干净利索，大跨度空间充满力量感，简洁的横向线条搭配2.7米宽的落地玻璃幕墙让室内空间拥有最佳的视野与天然采光，同时为全部办公室提供可开启窗。四季厅有别于一般的办公大堂，兼顾企业展厅，人流组织，城市客厅等多个功能。我们在电梯厅和和设置了一层过渡空间，用白色大理石和深灰色金属肌理简洁而清晰的勾勒出空间层次和流线方向。局部的玻璃顶让天光进入室内，为空间带来更丰富的表情。

Located in the very center of the building is the suspended fitness floor, equipped with comprehensive indoor sports facilities and an outdoor空中球场 (aerial court). It serves as the spatial and volumetric "anchor" of the building, easily accessible from all floors of the north and south wings. Its suspended location avoids noise interference with adjacent floors, further enhancing the healthy and vibrant atmosphere of the green office environment.
位于大楼最中间的是悬浮空中的健身层，设置完善的室内运动设施和室外空中球场。它是大楼空间和体量上的“锚点”，南北两翼各楼层的员工都可以从本层最便捷到达，而悬浮的位置又避免了对相邻楼层的噪音影响，为绿色的办公环境再增添一层健康与活力。
