城市更新与功能重构的典范：该项目最大的亮点在于其对现有工业建筑的成功“解构与重构”。PCA-STREAM 建筑事务所将一座本应被拆除的旧停车场，转化为一个集高端酒店、餐饮和办公于一体的多功能综合体。这种做法不仅体现了对城市存量资源的尊重和可持续性的承诺，更通过精妙的功能置换，极大地提升了场地的社会价值和经济潜力。从设计师角度看，如何在保留原始工业肌理的基础上植入现代需求，并实现功能间的有机渗透与高效运行，是本项目最精髓的挑战与成就。

立面设计与工业遗产的对话：建筑立面的重新设计是项目成功的关键组成部分。设计团队巧妙地在保留场地原有的工业风格特征（如粗犷的结构语汇）的同时，注入了现代建筑所必需的功能性和舒适性。这种“新旧共生”的立面策略，使得建筑既能融入巴蒂尼奥勒区特有的城市文脉，又能以现代的姿态面向未来。通过对材质、开窗和韵律的精准拿捏，建筑在历史的厚重感与当代的精致感之间找到了微妙的平衡点。

空间序列与公共性的激活：本项目通过清晰的功能分区和流线组织，成功激活了建筑的公共属性。五星级酒店沿主街布置，确保了商业活力；而办公空间则内向朝向庭院，提供了宁静的工作环境。更为核心的是，设计保留并重塑了原场地的“螺旋坡道”作为文化活动和集会的核心空间。这条裸露混凝土的坡道不仅是历史的见证，更成为了连接不同功能、服务当地居民和社区的象征性公共轴线，极大地增强了项目的社区粘性和场所精神。

In the Batignolles district, PCA-STREAM agency transformed a former parking lot, initially slated for demolition and reconstruction, into a multi-functional complex integrating a hotel, restaurant, and office spaces.
在巴蒂尼奥勒（Batignolles）区，PCA-STREAM 建筑事务所将一座原定拆除重建的旧停车场建筑，改造成一座集酒店、餐厅和办公空间于一体的多功能综合体。

The project involved a redesign of the street facades, aiming to preserve the industrial character of the site while imbuing the building with the functionality and comfort required of contemporary architecture.
该项目包括对街道立面进行重新设计，在保留场地工业风格特色的同时，赋予建筑现代建筑应有的功能性与舒适性。

Two major functional blocks are cleverly merged here: on the rue Legendre side, a five-star boutique hotel is situated, complete with a spa, café, and rooftop restaurant; while deeper within the plot, office spaces and their amenities (café, gym, event areas) are arranged, all opening onto the inner courtyard facing rue de Saussure.
两大功能板块在此巧妙融合：沿勒让德尔街（rue Legendre）一侧，坐落着一座配备水疗中心、咖啡馆及屋顶餐厅的五星级精品酒店；而地块纵深处，则布局有办公空间及其配套设施（咖啡馆、健身房、活动场地），这些空间均面向索叙尔街（rue de Saussure）的内庭院敞开。

The project aims to serve local residents while creating a new landmark for the surrounding neighborhood. The entire design is symbolically linked by an exposed concrete spiral ramp—a preserved vestige of the site's history—which now serves as the core space for public cultural activities and gatherings, continuing a distinctive creative atmosphere.
