旗杆地块上的巧妙光线利用与隐私平衡：该项目成功地在高度受限的旗杆地块上，应对了周边高密度建筑的挑战。设计精髓在于通过天窗和高侧窗的策略性设置，最大化地引入自然光线，满足了业主种植爱好的需求，同时通过巧妙的墙体布局，确保了居住空间的私密性。这体现了对场地限制的深刻理解和对用户核心需求的精准回应，是一种在局促环境中实现宜居性的典范。
结构创新与动线优化结合的悬挑设计：建筑师通过在二楼采用略微倾斜的悬臂墙结构，实现了对狭窄基地条件的创造性转化。这一结构不仅解决了场地进出动线（特别是为汽车爱好者预留的地面停车入口）的顺畅性，还巧妙地在结构空隙中引入了必要的采光和通风。倾斜的墙面设计模糊了室内外的界限，并赋予了建筑独特的雕塑感，使结构成为功能与美学的统一体。
多功能集成式内饰与空间叙事性：室内设计聚焦于二层LDK区域的灵活性和连接性。沿着倾斜墙体设置的定制长椅是设计的核心亮点，它不仅提供了符合人体工程学的休憩支撑，更作为连接客厅、阳光房和厨房的柔性边界元素。这种设计鼓励了家庭成员在不同季节和心境下自由选择活动区域，极大地增强了空间的适应性和居住体验的丰富性，使有限空间产生了丰富的空间叙事。
This project involved the reconstruction of a residence on a flag-lot located within divided residential land, surrounded by apartment buildings and densely packed private houses.
该项目涉及对一处位于分割住宅用地中、形似旗杆地块的住宅进行重建。该可建区域周边环绕着公寓楼和密集排列的私人住宅。

Client requests included a sunroom for their plant-growing hobby, leading us to explore methods for introducing sunlight mainly through skylights and high side windows while ensuring privacy. Additionally, as the client is a car enthusiast, they required access to the parking area from the pole-shaped section of the flag lot. To accommodate this, the first floor was designed with an outdoor parking area, a louvered garage, and a bathroom.
客户提出的需求包括设置一间阳光房，以便他们能将种植植物作为爱好，因此，我们探索了主要通过天窗和高侧窗引入阳光，同时确保隐私性的方法。此外，客户是一位汽车爱好者，要求能从旗杆形地块的杆状部分进入停车区域。针对这一需求，我们在ㄧ楼设计了户外停车区、带百叶窗的车库以及一间浴室。

Considering the car access route, visibility on the narrow road, rainwater intrusion, and daylighting on the second floor, we designed a slightly inclined cantilevered wall on the second floor, leaving a gap to introduce light and air.
考虑到汽车进出路线、狭窄道路上的视野可视性、雨水侵袭以及二楼的采光问题，我们设计出在二楼设置略微倾斜的悬臂墙方案，留出空隙以便引入光线和空气。

The exterior primarily uses gray exterior panels, while the inclined wall is covered with silver corrugated metal sheets, giving the appearance that the structure is floating above the flag lot. Inside, light colors were chosen to utilize wall reflection for illumination, while other walls are painted gray to distinguish them from the inclined wall.
该建筑主要采用灰色外墙板，倾斜的墙面则覆盖着银色波纹板，使其外观看起来仿佛从旗杆形地块上漂浮而起。在室内，我们选用浅色系，以利用墙面反射光线，同时将其他墙面涂成灰色，以便与倾斜墙面区分开来。

In the integrated Living/Dining/Kitchen (LDK) area on the second floor, we installed benches along the inclined wall, carefully adjusting the wall angle to provide comfortable back support. These benches help connect the living room with other spaces, including the sunroom and kitchen, while also offering space for placing plants or fish tanks, storing books, or simply sitting and relaxing. This area is spacious, allowing the family to choose where to spend their time based on the season or mood.
在二楼的起居/用餐/厨房（LDK）一体化区域，我们沿着倾斜墙面安装了长椅，并精心调整墙面角度，以提供舒适的背部支撑。这些长椅有助于将客厅与其他空间（包括阳光房和厨房）连接起来，同时也为放置植物或鱼缸、存放书籍，或是坐卧休憩提供了空间。这个区域空间宽敞，家人可以根据季节或心情选择在哪里消磨时光。
