场所精神的构建与声音的放大:“扩音展馆”的命名精准地概括了其核心功能——作为声音的交汇点和放大器。通过七块当地采集的石头界定临时空地边界,并让织物附着于此,设计巧妙地将现代结构与场地原有的物质性(大地)连接起来。展馆不再仅仅是遮蔽,而是成为了一个动态的“聚会点”,促进了“当地和外部的声音得以被听见、放大并相互连接”,为城市公共生活的发生提供了一个既有结构又极度开放的舞台。
“SCENIUS 26003” is the winning proposal by Daryan Knoblauch for a ten-year infrastructure adaptation plan for the city of Logroño. This entry won first prize in an open call launched by Concéntrico and Porto Academy. The Berlin-based studio anticipates the temporary pavilion will be used every two years over the next decade.

The “Megaphone Pavilion,” a typical implementation of “SCENIUS 26003,” represents a dynamic architectural concept. The pavilion is constructed from a fifteen-meter-high custom-knitted tensile structure, anchored at a single installation point on a rented crane whose boom rises high above the surrounding trees. Meanwhile, seven locally sourced stones define the boundary of an existing clearing to which the pavilion connects, with the fabric attached to this boundary.

Thanks to its flexible tensile structure, the pavilion can adapt to various different forms across the city. Its continuous silver fabric forms a temporary shelter 15 meters high and 250 square meters in area, creating a meeting point where local and external voices can be heard, amplified, and connected to one another.

The designer does not consider the pavilion as a fixed object, but rather as a responsive membrane structure—an atmospheric device that mediates between architecture, climate, and collective activities. This large tensile structure is suspended by a rented crane and anchored by eight locally sourced rocks located in Logroño’s urban forest.
