The ground floor is a private training center open to the public. Service areas such as changing rooms, an office, and a physiotherapy room are designed as opaque volumes surrounding a transparent central space for exercise. This very spacious room opens completely outwards through a large upward-folding door. Thus, the design takes advantage of the good climate of the area, multiplying the space available for activities and the possibilities for use. On this level, the corporate yellow dominates both on the pavement and in the exposed metal structural elements.

The residence is located on the upper floor of the building, providing intimacy and comfort for this growing young family. The openings on the facade are restrained, especially on its southwest side, to reduce views from the street, protect the privacy inside the house, and simultaneously shelter the spaces from direct sunlight. In this way, all rooms are well-organized and open onto a bright central patio. This patio is protected by a foldable textile canopy. The concrete blocks remain visible on the exterior façade and in the patio, minimizing expenses and favoring a neutral finish.
