The structure is supported by 9 spans, spaced 4 meters apart, each connected to a 20 concrete foundation dug 1.5 meters deep. The building's ground is a large concrete slab, giving great freedom to the types of activities that can take place inside the building.

The site can host sports such as volleyball, basketball, handball, skateboarding, or bi cross; cultural events such as concerts, theater, dance performances, and the village's unique annual traditional event, the "Duck Market"; and commercial activities such as organic food, wine production, and even flea markets.

The main structure of the building is made of Douglas fir glued laminated timber panels. Its exterior facade and wooden shell are made of black pine from public forests. Finally, the roof is covered with transparent polycarbonate sheets, which extend vertically to cover the building's facade up to three meters above ground.

Removable, flexibly sized waterproof tarpaulins can enclose the lower three meters of the building's facade. This transforms the open wooden hall into a tent. Ventilated openings and lighting installed for safety allow the building to be used as an enclosed performance venue.

The log structure of 100 m³ and the board structure of 33 m³ define this space of 800 m³. Regarding the choice of construction materials, the municipality of Ancy-Dornot provided access to the local forest, located 1 km from the site, for sourcing wood for the battens. This wood is black pine, which is rarely used in construction but is abundant here. The project also utilized various local woods, and these diverse materials have drawn considerable attention to this project.
