/ Studio Jean Verville architectes

At the entrance of the Vieux Longueuil district, located between its residential and commercial areas, Studio Jean Verviile built a 2600 square meter dental complex based on the concept of biophilia on a land that had not been developed for many years.
在旧朗基尔区（Vieux-Longueuil）的入口，位于其住宅区和商业区之间，在一块多年未开垦的土地上，Studio Jean Verviile 根据生物亲和力（biophilia）的概念建造了一个 2600 平方米的牙医综合体。

In response to the needs of Dr. Anh Tuan Nguyen and his team - primarily to have a bright and ventilated clinic, while also adhering to the philosophy of 'achieving maximum results in the smallest possible way'. The studio tends to use flexible materials and meticulous execution, with simple intervention in construction methods. The architecture showcased at St. Charles Dental Clinic highlights the greenery and activities of the nearby Catherine Primot Park, as well as the stunning urban vitality of Longier.

As natural elements are recognized as factors that alleviate psychological and physiological stress, architectural schemes maximize the use of sunlight, light, and vegetation. The covered curtain wall is made of ultra transparent glass surface and high-performance low radiation film, creating a soothing atmosphere for the clinic bathed in the surrounding light.

Related to this, it is permanently connected to the external environment and also provides openness for professional activities and interactions that occur within the clinic.

The distribution of 35 treatment spaces around is equipped with the most advanced equipment and complete accessibility facilities. Provided visual connectivity with the surrounding natural environment for every patient and clinic team member. The structure, organization, lighting, and auditory elements create a melodic composition, constructing volumetric features while inspiring it through overlapping functional and aesthetic features.

The combination of framework connections and architectural elements forms a shadow game, showcasing poetic visuals and evoking abundant memories of nature. The strategy is to highlight the contrast between the interior and exterior, as well as optimize the dominance of white through contrast and backlighting. Beyond its architectural expressiveness, the clinic combines green spaces with images of adjacent buildings to create a blended mirror effect, harmoniously integrating some parts of the space.

In addition to achieving the combination of biophilic elements and contributing to the well-being of everyone, St. Charles Dental Clinic has formed a culture of placing activities and atmosphere in the living environment, thereby promoting the vitality of the industry and the sense of security in the city. When the light is illuminated, this complex will serve as a landmark building in the bustling commercial district of the old Langkir district.
