形式语言的精妙运用：该项目最显著的亮点在于建筑师对形式语言的纯熟驾驭。由于项目功能对采光要求不高，建筑师将立面设计转化为纯粹的形式操作。通过“斜切”的手法，原本平直的南侧立面呈现内凹，入口成为视觉焦点，强化了建筑的尺度感。双层铝板的运用，结合不同透明度的打孔处理，赋予立面微妙的层次和肌理，而嵌入其中的泛光照明，更在夜晚营造出玉石般的温润质感。这种对形式的精细雕琢，体现了建筑师对建筑语言的深刻理解和对城市形象的积极回应。

空间设计的创新与人性化关怀：在形式语言之外，项目对空间的探索同样令人印象深刻。北侧办公楼的巨大悬挑，突破了传统建筑的边界，创造出一个面向城市的“客厅”，为科研人员提供了休闲放松的场所，体现了建筑师对使用者需求的关注。悬挑内部楼梯的设计，为空间注入了活力，营造出引人入胜的视觉体验。此外，建筑师通过“重复”的手法，在北侧办公楼的阳台、底层的折线造型以及不同表面的玻璃体块之间，构建了和谐的节奏与韵律，使得建筑更具公共性，而非封闭的工业建筑，展现了对城市空间和人际互动的深刻思考。

材料与细节的极致呈现：项目的另一个重要特质在于对材料的精心选择和细节的极致打磨。铝板、玻璃等现代材料的运用，与工业化、幕墙系统所追求的“轻薄”美学相呼应。建筑师通过大开口和锐角处理消减建筑体量，并将玻璃幕墙外侧的金属构件压缩至40mm，进一步突出了建筑的轻盈质感。这种对材料的精准把控，不仅提升了建筑的视觉效果，也展现了建筑师对现代建筑语言的深刻理解。整体而言，项目在形式、空间、材料和细节之间实现了完美的统一，体现了建筑师卓越的设计理念和精湛的专业素养。

This is an industrial project located in Xinglong Lake, Tianfu New Area, Chengdu, but high-quality planning requires the building to present a better urban image. The process requires the building to be a closed space state, so there are almost no requirements for the lighting of the building facade. This makes the design of the building facade a purely formal operation.
这是一个位于成都天府新区兴隆湖的工业项目，但高品质的规划要求建筑需要呈现更好的城市形象。工艺要求建筑是个封闭的空间状态，所以对建筑外立面的采光几乎没有要求。这就让建筑外立面的设计成为了一个纯粹的形式操作。

Hierarchy
If the facade loses its lighting requirements, it also loses the scale ruler of "layers", but architects do not want the building's exterior to be a scale-free covering.. There is a paradox in doing so: the contradiction between the extreme metaphysical nature of the continuous epidermis and the metaphysical presentation within the epidermal pattern. A hierarchical approach to block handling is a respect for the city and a concern for people by architects in the context of the increasingly expanding urban scale.
层级
立面失去了采光要求也就失去了“层”这个尺度标尺，但建筑师不希望建筑外皮是一个无尺度的覆盖。这样做存在一个悖论：连续表皮的极度形而上和表皮图案内的形而下呈现之间的矛盾。一个有层级区分的体块处理方式是对城市的尊重，也是在城市尺度日益扩大的背景下建筑师对人的关怀。

Diagonal cut
The south main facade is a continuous and straight volume, and the entrance is the only reference point that can provide scale.. Through oblique cutting, the entire southern facade presents a concave state, with the entrance as the focal point at the lowest point of this recess. The deliberately lowered entrance height is intended to give the building a prominent scale expression, and the treatment of the folded panels on both sides enhances this contrast. The oblique cutting process gives a flat volume a more magnificent power presentation.
斜切
南侧主立面是一个连续平直的体量，入口是唯一可以提供尺度的参考物。通过斜切的处理，整个南立面呈现出内凹的状态，入口作为焦点在这个凹口的最低点。刻意压低的入口高度是为了让建筑有突出的尺度表达，而两侧折板的处理强化了这种对比。斜切处理让一个平直的体量有了更宏伟的力量呈现。

The double-layer aluminum panels used on the south facade of the building give it a semi transparent texture. The punching treatment of the outer aluminum plate with three different transparency levels allows the material to reflect finer scale changes and texture texture. The floodlighting embedded in the middle of the double-layer aluminum plate gives the building a jade like warm texture at night.
半透
建筑南立面使用的双层铝板让建筑呈现了半透明的质感。外层铝板三种透明度的打孔处理让材料体现出更细腻的尺度变化和肌理质感。镶嵌在双层铝板中间的泛光照明则让建筑在晚上呈现出了玉石般的温润质感。

Suspended
The biggest feature of the north office building is a cantilever that extends nearly 20 meters into the city.. This is the living room facing the city in the building, and also a leisure place for researchers after their daily work. The design of a staircase inside the cantilevered box makes this space full of vitality.
悬挑
北侧办公楼最大的特征是一个伸向城市近 20m 的悬挑。这是建筑面向城市的客厅，也是科研人员在日常工作后的休闲场所。悬挑的盒子内一个楼梯的设计让这个空间充满活力。

Repetition
The technique of repetition makes the building more like a public building rather than a closed factory building.. The staggered balcony of the north office building, the continuous emergence of line shaped shapes on the ground floor, and the interweaving of glass blocks on different surfaces
重复
重复出现的手法让建筑更像一个公共建筑而不是一个封闭的厂房。北侧办公楼错动的阳台，底层不断出现的折线式造型，在不同面上穿插的玻璃体块……

Lightweight
The aesthetic that industrialization and curtain wall systems point towards is lightweight.. The large openings and sharp edges of the aluminum panels reduce the volume of the building, and the width of the metal components attached to the outside of the glass curtain wall is compressed to 40mm, giving the building an extremely lightweight texture.
轻薄
工业化和幕墙系统指向的美学就是轻薄。巨大的开口和铝板折边的锐角处理消减建筑的体量，附在玻璃幕墙外侧的金属构件宽度被压缩到 40mm，让建筑表现出了极度的轻薄质感。
