设计理念的创新性：该项目最令人印象深刻的，是其对养老社区设计理念的深刻理解与创新。有别于传统养老建筑的封闭和静态，该项目将“活力”作为核心设计理念，旨在激发老年人的内在活力，鼓励他们积极参与社交活动和学习新技能。建筑师通过营造开放、自由、充满活力的空间氛围，打破了传统养老模式的局限。这种设计理念不仅关注生理需求，更注重老年人的精神需求和社交需求，体现了对老年人生活方式的深刻洞察和人文关怀，为养老社区的设计提供了新的思路和方向。

建筑形态与环境的和谐统一：项目在建筑形态上展现出卓越的创新性，其宛如“云朵”般的流线型设计，与周围的自然环境完美融合。建筑师巧妙地利用PTFE膜结构，打造出轻盈、通透的屋顶，使建筑与天空、阳光融为一体。这种设计不仅在视觉上给人以美的享受，也极大地提升了室内空间的采光和通风效果。此外，建筑与周边公园的连接，通过连桥的设计，实现了建筑与自然的无缝衔接，使老年人在社区内就能享受到自然之美，这无疑是对“健康养老”理念的生动诠释，也为建筑与环境的和谐共生提供了范例。

功能布局与空间体验的精妙结合：该项目的功能布局设计极具匠心，将康体中心、餐饮中心、图书馆、老年大学等多种功能模块有机整合，并通过中庭花园将这些功能空间串联起来，营造出自然、轻松、活跃的空间氛围。中庭的阳光天窗设计，更是让室内空间充满了阳光和绿意，为老年人的社交和互动提供了理想的场所。此外，屋顶运动花园的设计，为老年人提供了户外活动的空间，并与周围环境紧密结合。这种将功能性、空间体验和环境要素巧妙结合的设计，体现了建筑师对老年人生活方式的细致观察和深入理解，为养老社区的设计树立了新的标杆。

A retirement community is like a miniature city. While meeting basic living needs such as medical care, caregiving, and lifestyle habits, what else do the elderly living here need? Taikang Home Yanyuan Phase III attempts to provide a place for elderly people to face their inner needs, step out of relatively static spaces, and gain stronger vitality and a younger mindset with a more free and open attitude. In this space, they can participate in social activities and learn new skills.
养老社区就像一个微缩城市，在满足医疗、照护，生活习惯等基本生活需求的前提下，在这里生活的长者还需要什么？泰康之家·燕园三期试图提供场所让老年人面对自己内心的需求，走出相对静态空间，以更加自由、开放的心态，在这里获得更强有力的生命活力以更年轻的心态，在这个空间参与社交、学习新技能。

The project is located in the core area of Changping New City in Beijing, adjacent to Baifuquan Wetland Park and Mangshan National Forest Park. Compared to the regular architectural form around, the vitality center presents a more free and vibrant organic form. Like a drop of water, it creates ripples in the field, spreading and rising from the center, forming a white, soft cloud, and ultimately transforming into a free large roof. The soft natural form of the clouds is in harmony with the surrounding natural environment, and the connecting bridge pointing towards the west side of Baifuquan Park creates a closer connection between the building and nature. Design to achieve the integration of architecture and nature from both form and function, and to drive community vitality through the language of nature.
项目位于北京昌平新城核心区，紧邻白浮泉湿地公园、蟒山国家森林公园。相对于四周规则的建筑形态，活力中心呈现更加自由和充满活力的有机形态。如一颗水珠滴落，在场地中激起涟漪，自中心散开、升腾，形成一片白色、柔软的云朵，最终转化为自由的大屋顶。云朵的柔软自然形态与周边自然环境契合，指向西侧白浮泉公园方向的连桥使建筑与自然产生了更加紧密的联系。设计从形态及功能两方面实现建筑与自然的融合，并以自然的语言带动社区活力。

The Vitality Center is equipped with a fitness center, dining center, library, and senior college, etc., with rich functions to meet various living needs. The various functional blocks are closely organized and visually interpenetrate around the courtyard garden, presenting a natural, relaxed, active and open spatial atmosphere.
活力中心设有康体中心，餐饮中心，图书馆和老年大学等，丰富的功能满足各种生活所需。各个功能板块紧密组织，围绕中庭花园在视觉上相互渗透，呈现自然轻松、活跃开放的空间氛围。

Above the courtyard called the Four Seasons Flower Hall is a sunroof, allowing the elderly to feel the natural changes of the four seasons in the indoor space. People can promote interaction with each other in a more free and comfortable way in indoor spaces filled with greenery, sunshine, and free curves.
名为四季花厅的中庭上方为阳光天窗，让老人在室内空间也能感受到自然的四季变换。人们在这样充满绿意、阳光以及自由曲线的室内空间，可以用更自由、舒适的方式促进彼此之间的交往。

The three story roof under the large roof is designed as an open sports garden, which is an outdoor place for the elderly to rest, exercise, and communicate on a daily basis. It can be easily accessed through multiple accessible elevators both indoors and outdoors. The rooftop walkway extends westward towards the direction of Baifuquan Wetland Park, seamlessly integrating artificial scenery with the natural environment.
大屋面下的三层屋顶被设计为一个开放的运动花园，是老人们日常休息、运动、交流的室外场所，可通过室内外多处无障碍电梯方便到达。屋顶步道一直向西延申到白浮泉湿地公园方向，人工景致与自然环境有机结合。

The building adopts a lightweight and irregular curved roof with PTFE membrane structure, resembling clouds floating on the ground. The entrance features a two-story high glass curtain wall, which introduces natural scenery into the interior and provides good natural light. The solid wall is constructed with metal curtain walls vertically divided to create rich details.
建筑采用整体轻盈的异形曲面屋PTFE膜结构屋顶，犹如漂浮于地面的云朵。入口处采两层通高的玻璃幕墙，将自然景观引入室内，并提供良好的自然光线。实体墙面部分采用金属幕墙竖向分割构造出丰富的细节。
