On the edge of the Saint Germain en Laye State Forest Farm and near the town center, iXcampus - a new sustainable campus focused on innovation - engaged in a dialogue with the surrounding suburban environment, lush vegetation, and outstanding landscape and architectural heritage. The new building complex is part of the overall plan, which respects the unique features of the park and therefore participates in the redefinition of the campus. The integration of new and existing buildings creates a dialogue between them, with a sense of harmony stemming from the interplay and shared characteristics of their respective quantities, ensuring the flexibility, adaptability, and sustainability of the architecture.
圣日耳曼昂莱国有林场边缘、邻近镇中心之处，iXcampus —— 一座聚焦创新的新型可持续校园，与周边郊区环境、葱郁植被以及卓越的景观和建筑遗产展开了一场对话。新建筑群是整体规划的一部分，该规划尊重公园的特色风貌，并因此参与到校园的重新定义之中。新建筑与既有建筑相互融合，营造出一场建筑对话，其和谐感源自体量间的相互作用以及共有的特质，从而确保了建筑在灵活性、适应性和可持续性方面的表现。

The design school is located on the easternmost side of the site, thanks to the layout of a spacious public vestibule that marks the main entrance and ensures a smooth transition between the campus and the street. The design school enjoys high visibility in urban spaces.
设计学校坐落于场地的最东侧，得益于一个宽敞的公共前庭的布局 —— 该前庭标示出主入口位置，并确保校园与街道之间的顺畅过渡，设计学校在城市空间中享有极高的可见度。

Its shape is simple and lively, conforming to the site's form: it is a rectangular prism that unfolds in a fan-shaped manner, and the roof has a concave curve shape. Its smooth lines are like hyphens, connecting towns, parks, and other university buildings together. The large blocks of stone used for the building facade are sourced from local quarries, echoing the commemorative buildings made of similar materials in the area, further strengthening the close connection between the building and the land.
其造型简洁明快，顺应场地形态：为一个呈扇形展开的长方体，屋顶呈凹曲线形状。它流畅的线条如同连字符，将城镇、公园和其他大学建筑群连接在一起。建筑立面采用的大块石材取自当地采石场，与当地采用类似材质的纪念性建筑相呼应，进一步强化了建筑与这片土地的紧密联系。

Exquisite and sophisticated exterior

All exterior facades are treated with equal attention and elegant style.
. They present a regular rhythm like a chessboard, with alternating arrangement of stone and wooden frame windows. This modular logic and the use of stacked stone create a concise, efficient, and compact architectural style. The exterior material is simple, relying on a regular grid layout, adding a sense of agility to the building facade through changes in depth and alternation of transparent and opaque materials.
精致考究的外立面

所有外立面均以同等程度的关注与优雅风格进行处理。它们呈现出如棋盘般规整的节奏，石材与木质框架窗洞交替排列。这种模块化逻辑与堆叠石材的运用，造就了简洁、高效且紧凑的建筑风格。外立面材质简约，依托于规整的网格布局，通过深浅变化以及透明与不透明材质的交替，为建筑立面增添了灵动之感。

Interior Design

The use of beam column structures, combined with lightweight and easily modifiable partition walls, ensures the adaptability and reversibility of the building, making it easier to integrate into constantly changing needs and layout plans.. The ground floor is connected to public spaces and outdoor landscapes, and features a school lobby. The lobby is divided into two levels, extending beneath an open giant space, with a captivating iconic spiral staircase leading to the upper classroom.
室内设计

采用梁柱结构，搭配轻质且易于改造的隔断墙，确保了建筑的适应性与可逆性，从而能够更轻松地融入不断变化的需求与布局规划。底层与公共空间及户外景观相连，设有学校大堂。大堂分上下两层，延伸于一个开阔的巨型空间之下，一架引人入胜的标志性螺旋楼梯通达上层教室。

The administrative office is located at the narrowest point of the building, where the depth is just right for this type of use. Finally, there is a lecture hall and several computer rooms on the basement level, which benefit from the natural light flowing through the lush vegetation in the underground window well.
行政办公室设于建筑最狭窄处，此处深度恰好适合此类用途。最后，地下层设有一间讲堂和若干计算机房，这些空间得益于地下窗井内繁茂植被间透入的自然光线。
