设计理念的创新性与实用性:该项目最引人注目的亮点在于其“漂浮的校园甲板”设计。面对高密度用地和有限空间,设计者巧妙地将校园功能抬升至二层,释放地面空间,从而创造了双倍的活动场地。这种立体校园模式不仅有效地解决了超高容积率带来的难题,更在有限的场地内实现了功能的最大化。此外,通过将操场置于二层,形成灰空间,自然地连接了城市界面与教学核心区,解决了校园入口的多重流线问题,并塑造了具有仪式感的入口空间。这种设计理念既富有创新性,又具有高度的实用性,完美地回应了场地限制与功能需求。

The project site is located in the new center of Chengdong, Hangzhou. As an industrial land renovation project, we are concerned about how it will support educational space. In addition to solving the problems caused by the land environment, we also hope to extract industrial culture through design, use spatial narrative and situational construction to stimulate a disruptive response of "riding the wind and waves", interpret high-density campuses, and respond to the scarce educational resources in industrial new areas.
项目地块位于杭州市城东新中心,作为一个工业用地的更新改造项目,我们关注将以何种姿态托举教育空间。除了解决用地环境带来的问题,我们更希望通过设计对工业文化进行提取,借助空间叙事与情境构建,激发出“乘风破浪”的颠覆性应答,对高密度校园进行诠释,回应工业新区稀缺的教育资源。

Hangzhou Linping Experimental High School is located in the northeast of Linping District, surrounded by industrial buildings. Its transportation conditions are only adjacent to the urban branch road Huaning Road on the west side, with a total land area of 38437.6 square meters. Faced with the high-density problem caused by ultra-high plot ratio, our first consideration is to use a three-dimensional campus model to release the second floor space and create double activity space. Meanwhile, as the dynamic area of the campus, the best location for the playground is along the west side, which inevitably conflicts with the campus entrance and logistics flow. Forcing us to think of a more adaptive strategy that responds to the unique conditions of the site. Thus, the "floating campus deck" emerged.
杭州市临平实验中学坐落于临平区东北部,四周现状均为工业建筑,交通条件仅西侧毗邻城市支路华宁路,总用地面积 38437.6 平方米。面对超高容积率带来的高密度问题,我们首先考虑的是利用立体校园模式,释放第二首层场地,创造双倍活动空间。同时,操场作为校园的动区,其最佳位置为西侧沿路,而这势必与校园入口及后勤流线产生冲突。迫使我们思考一种更具适应性的策略,回应场地的独特条件。由此,“漂浮的校园甲板”应运而生。

The problems caused by the venue are thus easily solved. The ground space is released, which not only allows the campus to have an additional floor space to cope with the ultra-high plot ratio, but also supplements the activity area and alleviates the problem of insufficient space caused by high density. On this basis, the 'floating deck' optimizes the organization of campus flow lines. The grey space formed by the elevation of the playground naturally connects the urban interface with the teaching core area, solving the problem of multiple flow lines at the single-sided entrance of the campus and shaping a ceremonial entrance.
场地带来的问题因此迎刃而解。地面空间得以释放,这不仅让校园多出一层建筑空间来应对超高容积率,也可借此补充活动场地,缓解高密度带来的空间不足难题。在此基础上,“漂浮的甲板”优化了校园流线组织。操场抬升形成的灰空间,自然衔接城市界面与教学核心区,解决了校园单侧入口的多重流线问题,又能塑造具有仪式感的入口。

On the deck are daily teaching, academic presentations, art performances, sports activities, and other functions, carrying the core operating system of the campus; The cabin below the deck serves as the campus entrance, cafeteria, library, elevated sports field and other basic supporting facilities to ensure the basic living needs of students. In this way, an "education ark" standing on top of the industrial wave instantly came alive. It is both a spatial innovation and a poetic response to the industrial environment.
甲板上是日常教学、学术报告、艺术演出、体育活动等功能,承载校园的核心运转系统;甲板下的舱体是校园入口、食堂、图书馆、架空运动场等基础配套设施,保障学生的基本生活需求。这样一来,一艘立于工业浪潮之上的“教育方舟”瞬间鲜活起来。它既是空间的革新,亦是对工业环境的诗意回应。
