The new headquarters building of Xiaopeng Motors, designed by Sun Wei from Weico Architecture Firm, has been fully completed and officially entered the commissioning and operation stage on October 20th this year.
由 weico 建筑事务所孙伟主持设计的小鹏汽车新总部大楼现已全面建成，并在今年 10 月 20 日迎来入驻，大楼正式进入调试运行阶段。

The automotive industry is one of the most important driving forces for contemporary socio-economic development. Large automobile companies have devoted a lot of effort to the design and construction of their headquarters buildings, which often become a microcosm of society in different eras. The building of Xiaopeng Motors' new headquarters breaks the rigid image of the industrial era and echoes the upcoming era of intelligent power with dynamic design.
汽车工业是当代社会经济发展最重要的驱动力之一。大型汽车公司无一不对自己总部大楼的设计和建造倾注了大量心血，这些建筑也往往成为社会在不同时代的缩影。而小鹏汽车新总部的建筑打破了以往工业时代的凝固形象，用动态感强烈的设计呼应了人类即将进入的智慧动力新纪元。

The new headquarters park of Xiaopeng Motors is located in Cen Village, Tianhe Smart City, Tianhe District, Guangzhou. It includes Xiaopeng Motors headquarters and Xiaopeng Huitian Flying Motors headquarters. It is a contemporary technology park that integrates AI intelligent technology, green and low-carbon measures, and architectural aesthetics. The entire park covers an area of 68000 square meters, with a total construction area of approximately 360000 square meters, and can accommodate 13000 people for office work. The main building was closed in September 2024 and officially put into use in October 2025. Currently, nearly 11000 employees have settled in.
小鹏汽车新总部园区位于广州天河区天河智慧城岑村区域，包括小鹏汽车总部和小鹏汇天飞行汽车总部，是一座集 AI 智能技术、绿色低碳措施与建筑美学追求于一体的当代科技园区。整个园区占地面积 6.8 万平方米，总建筑面积约 36 万平方米，可容纳 1.3 万人办公。大楼主体于 2024 年 9 月封项，于 2025 年 10 月正式投入使用，目前已有近 1.1 万名员工进驻。

The project was designed by Weico Architectural Firm for the architectural scheme, and by Huayang International for the construction drawing design. The architectural design fully utilizes the surrounding conditions, with two smooth giant office complexes connected in the middle. The building body leaps from south to north and towards the distant mountains while opening and closing, with a simple and smooth volume that blends seamlessly.
项目由 weico 建筑事务所完成建筑方案设计，由华阳国际完成建筑施工图设计。建筑设计充分利用了周边条件，两个流畅的巨型办公合院在中部相连，建筑体在大开大合的同时从南向北、向着远山腾跃而起，体量简单流畅、浑然一体。

In addition to common functions such as office, research and development, reception, and display, the entire building complex also integrates core industrial functions such as automotive engineering research and development, automotive interior and exterior styling evaluation, and new car testing. The outer side of the main building is equipped with relatively independent Xiaopeng Motors flagship store, shared conference center, and flying car takeoff and landing site, making the overall building a large-scale technology complex with a complete industrial ecology. The green photovoltaic, sports field, outdoor aircraft takeoff and landing platform, and waterfront landscape on the roof are sufficient to become a rich open space integrated with the city.
整个建筑群内除了办公、研发、接待、展示等常见功能外，还集成了汽车工程研发、汽车室内外造型评审、新车测试等产业核心功能，主体建筑外侧设置有相对独立的小鹏汽车旗舰店、共享会议中心、飞行汽车起降场地，使整体建筑成为一个真正意义上具备完整产业生态的大型科技综合体，而屋顶的绿色光伏、运动场地、室外飞行器起降平台和滨水景观则足成了一个与城市融为一体的丰富开放空间。

The new headquarters park of Xiaopeng Motors has a large building volume, strict environmental restrictions, complex functions, and high technical difficulty. The building has both common headquarters building functions and highly confidential industrial core functions. It also integrates nearly 20000 square meters of underground restaurants, a comprehensive transportation system similar to an airport, and display, sales, and publishing functions for different audiences. From the inside out, it is a completely new type of super complex building complex.
小鹏汽车新总部园区建筑体量庞大、周边环境限制严格、功能复杂、技术难度高。建筑中既有常见的总部大楼功能，还有高保密的产业核心功能，同时集成了近两万平米的地下餐厅、和机场相似的综合交通系统、同时面对不同受众的展示销售和发布功能，由内到外都是一个全新类型的超级综合体建筑群。
