设计理念的精妙之处: 海大科学园的设计以生物农业创新为核心,巧妙地将自然元素融入规划之中,最令人印象深刻的是,设计师将园区整体构思成一棵东西向生长的“大树”,以中央湖泊为“树干”的焦点,建筑群则如同“枝干”环绕分布,体现了生态与建筑的和谐统一。这种以自然为蓝本的理念,不仅体现在整体布局,更贯穿于建筑的细节设计中,例如总部建筑群的设计灵感来源于DNA结构,科研建筑群和高层办公组团也呼应了细胞分裂和基因测序的概念。设计师在有限的空间里,创造性地运用建筑语言,表达了生命体的活力与张力。

建筑形态与功能的有机结合: 科学园的建筑设计充分体现了功能与形态的有机结合。总部建筑群以H形布局,通过多功能裙楼连接南北楼,既满足了访客中心、展厅、会议室等多样化的功能需求,又赋予了建筑独特的视觉标识。科研建筑群通过中庭和连廊的设计,促进了员工之间的交流与互动。高层办公组团则通过空中花园和露天连桥的连接,创造出空中会客厅,实现了建筑之间的有机联系,打造出极富特色的空间体验。同时,锯齿形折叠立面系统也为建筑赋予了清晰的立面表达,增强了建筑的视觉冲击力。

可持续发展与创新精神的体现: 整个园区的设计不仅注重建筑的美观与功能性,更强调可持续发展和创新精神。通过将“细胞层面生命体”和“绿色自然”的主题融入设计,园区致力于打造一个低碳、生态的示范区。从建筑形态到材料选择,都体现了对环境的尊重和对可持续发展的追求。特别是高层办公组团空中花园的设计,不仅美化了环境,也提升了建筑的通风采光性能,减少了能源消耗。这种设计理念与生物农业的创新主题相呼应,展现了设计师对未来科技与生态融合的深刻思考与实践,为人们带来一种全新的、充满活力的工作和生活体验。

Inspired by the owner's wholehearted commitment to promoting innovation in bio agriculture, the Hainan University Science Park, designed by NBBJ, takes nature as the source of inspiration for planning and design. The park is envisioned as a large tree growing in an east-west direction, with its "branches" surrounding the central lake as the central focal point. The park is arranged around a series of functional spaces, distributed across 12 buildings including headquarters, scientific research, restaurants, culture, offices, and apartments. Although the appearance and volume of the buildings may vary, they all reflect the common process of living organisms operating at the cellular level - from division to replication.
受业主方全心致力于推动生物农业创新的使命与热忱之启发,由 NBBJ 领衔设计的海大科学园将自然作为规划与设计的灵感之源。园区被构想为一棵大树,沿东西方向生长,其“枝干”环抱中央湖泊作为中心焦点。园区围绕一系列功能性空间布局,并将其分布于包括总部 – 科研 – 餐厅 – 文化 – 办公 – 公寓在内的 12 座建筑当中。尽管建筑的外观和体量不尽相同,但都体现了生命体在细胞层面运作的共同过程 —— 从分裂到复制。

As the gateway to the eastern part of the park, the headquarters complex is the starting point of this life journey. The appearance of the building is derived from the concept of biological DNA structure, with an H-shaped layout that resembles fragments of cell division when viewed from above. The headquarters consists of north and south buildings, connected by a multifunctional podium at the bottom. The podium features a visitor center, brand exhibition halls, conference rooms, lecture halls, and event spaces.
作为园区东部的入口门户,总部建筑群是这段生命旅程的起点。建筑外观形态源于生物学 DNA 结构的概念,建筑布局呈 H 状,俯瞰又如细胞分裂的片段。总部由南北楼组成,底部通过一座多功能裙楼连接,裙楼设有访客中心、品牌展厅、会议室、报告厅和活动空间。

As the central hub of the park, this H-shaped building is highly recognizable for its curved shape, and has a wide square on each side that complements the surrounding environment. The research building cluster and the high-rise office cluster complement each other, composed of almost identical building volumes. Among them, the research building complex is organized into three similar building volumes, connected by an atrium or corridor, facilitating communication and interaction among employees. Laboratories of varying sizes use flexible combinations to echo the visual metaphor of gene sequencing and enrich the facade zoning design.
作为园区的中央枢纽,这座H形建筑因其曲线造型极具辨识度,并在四面各设一座与周边环境相衬的宽阔广场。科研建筑群与高层办公组团相互呼应,由近乎相同的建筑体量组合而成。其中,科研建筑群被组织在三个类似的建筑体量当中,通过中庭或连廊相连,方便员工交流互动。面积不等的实验室通过灵活组合来呼应基因测序的视觉隐喻,也丰富了立面分区设计。

The two similar building volumes that make up the high-rise office cluster are connected by a series of vertically stacked sky gardens and open-air bridges, creating an aerial living room that resembles a green "heart" and creates a vivid organic connection between the buildings. The north and south facades adopt a serrated folding facade system to create a clear facade expression.
构成高层办公组团的两个相近的建筑体量通过一系列垂直堆叠的空中花园和露天连桥衔接起来,成就了一座空中会客厅,宛如一颗绿色“心脏”,使建筑体之间形成鲜活的有机联系。南北立面采用锯齿形折叠立面系统,营造清晰的立面表达。

In addition to the above building clusters, other buildings in the park mainly carry cultural, dining, and residential functions, and continue to focus on the theme of building cellular level life forms and green nature, providing support to the park's user groups. This park strives to showcase the theme of building living organisms and green ecology, promoting innovation in bio agriculture through design innovation, and bringing people a low-carbon demonstration park that organically connects humans with nature.
除以上建筑组团,园区内其他建筑则主要承载文化、餐饮及居住等功能,并继续围绕构建细胞层面生命体与绿色自然的主题展开,对园区使用群体给予支持。这座园区力求展现构建生命体和绿色生态的大主题,通过设计创新推动生物农业创新,为人们带来一座将人与自然有机连通起来的低碳示范园区。
