建筑形式与结构的完美结合： 该项目在建筑形式与结构之间实现了高度统一。垂直的树状截面设计是建筑的骨骼，它不仅赋予了建筑独特的视觉形象，也为住宅单元的灵活布局提供了可能。螺旋式的空间序列，以及360度旋转的视野，使得每个单元都拥有了独特的个性和景观视野。这种结构主义的设计语言，使得建筑在视觉上具有了强烈的辨识度，也确保了建筑在功能上能够适应多样化的居住需求。建筑师在混凝土材料的运用上，更是大胆而富有创意，阳台不仅是功能性的存在，更是雕塑艺术的载体。

内外空间的和谐统一： Miramar 海景大厦在内外空间关系的处理上达到了高度的和谐统一。公共空间与私人空间之间的界限被巧妙地模糊，使得室内外环境相互渗透。建筑底层的中庭设计，更是将自然环境引入建筑内部，创造出宜人的微气候。这种对自然的尊重与融合，体现了建筑师对可持续发展理念的深刻理解。同时，建筑师通过对室内外空间的精心设计，将居住体验与周边的环境紧密结合，使得 Miramar Tower 不仅是一座建筑，更是一件能够与环境对话、融入环境的艺术品。

The Miramar Tower stands out due to its unique landscape and proximity to the ocean. It is similar in proportion and size to the architecture of Pasteleira Park in the north, but has completely different design concepts. Its volume composition stems from the architect's ambitious goal of developing residential types with balcony areas exceeding 200 square meters per floor. On the pedestal, a 15 story vertical building rises from the ground, parallel to the road, with a height roughly equivalent to the tower buildings in the area. Placing the building at the center of the plot ensures maximum spacing between all adjacent buildings. The building exhibits structuralist features, with a vertical tree shaped cross-section design that allows it to flexibly adapt to the optimization of residential types. The floor layout features one or two bedrooms, forming a spiral spatial sequence, with 360 degree rotations and uniquely shaped terraces giving it a visual and practical sense of verticality.
米拉马尔大厦（Miramar Tower）因其景观中的独特性以及临近海洋的地理位置而脱颖而出。它与北部的帕斯特莱拉公园（Pasteleira Park）建筑在比例和尺寸上相似，但在设计理念上却截然不同。其体积构成源于建筑师的雄心壮志，旨在开发每层拥有超过 200 平方米阳台面积的住宅类型。在基座之上，一座 15 层的垂直建筑拔地而起，与道路平行，高度大致与该区域的塔楼建筑相当。将建筑置于地块最中心的位置，确保了所有相邻建筑之间的最大间距。该建筑展现出结构主义特征，垂直树状截面设计使其能够灵活适应住宅类型的优化。楼层布局设有一居室或两居室，形成螺旋式空间序列，其中 360 度旋转和造型各异的露台赋予其视觉与实际的垂直感。

Each residential unit has its own unique personality, equipped with a surrounding terrace and garden. To better highlight the uniqueness of the project and avoid a sense of familiarity, the tower adds a dynamic feel by sliding the horizontal floor slabs in the balcony area. The balcony not only constitutes the design theme, but also provides an opportunity for shaping and sculptural design made of concrete. The smooth extension of public spaces in indoor outdoor relationships and even distant horizons contrasts with the separated layout of rooms, making functional use more unique. There is an atrium connected to other functional areas on the ground floor, where natural vegetation creates a biodiversity microclimate that blends with the surrounding natural environment. Between evoking the retro sentiment of the tower and the concept of "holistic space is holistic life" that can absorb the surrounding environment, the building presents a strong and proud image under its scale.
每户住宅都独具个性，配有环绕式露台和花园。为更好地凸显项目的独特性并避免“似曾相识”之感，塔楼通过“滑动”阳台区域的水平楼板增添了动态感。阳台不仅构成了设计主题，还为以混凝土打造的造型与雕塑式设计提供了契机。在室内外关系乃至遥远地平线中流畅延展的公共空间，与房间的分隔布局形成对比，使得功能使用更为独特。底层设有一个与其他功能区域相连的中庭，自然植被营造出与周边自然环境相融合的生物多样性微气候。在唤起塔楼复古情怀与“整体空间即整体生活”、能够吸纳周边环境的理念之间，该建筑呈现出其规模下强劲而自豪的形象。

The Miramar Tower is almost a perfect storm, located in the place where I grew up, in a landscape that I never thought I would design and add a tower. Here, we need to find 50 developers to meet someone who is both brave and ambitious enough to agree to develop a residential type with over 200 square meters of balcony area on each floor. In this highly aesthetic tower, it is these panoramic and dynamic balconies that form the design theme and provide opportunities for sculptural design made of all concrete. We aspire to create a unique work... a livable sculpture

The functional use presents uniqueness between the smooth extension of public spaces in indoor outdoor relationships and distant horizons, and the separated layout of rooms. There is an atrium on the ground floor that is connected to the gym and other public areas, maintaining continuity with natural vegetation and soil. The expected vegetation brings about a microclimate with biodiversity.
在室内外关系与遥远地平线中流畅延展的公共空间，与房间的分隔布局之间，功能使用呈现出独特性。底层设有一个与健身房及其他公共区域相连的中庭，与自然植被和土壤保持连续性。期望中的植被带来了具有生物多样性的微气候。

The Miramar Tower is almost a perfect storm, standing in the place where I grew up, in a landscape where I never thought I would personally design and add a tower. Here, we need to find 50 developers to meet someone who is both courageous and ambitious enough to develop residential types with balcony areas exceeding 200 square meters. In this highly aesthetic tower, it is these panoramic and dynamic balconies that not only form the design concept theme, but also provide opportunities for the comprehensive creation of concrete shapes and sculpture art practices. We aspire to create a potentially irreplicable work... a habitable sculpture.
