设计理念的创新性与独特性：ABC公寓项目在雅加达密集的城市环境中，以其独特的建筑语言脱颖而出。Isso Architects大胆地将曲线和几何造型相结合，打破了传统住宅的刻板印象，创造出柔和、和谐且富有韵律感的外观。圆柱形元素的重复使用不仅增强了建筑的视觉吸引力，更赋予了其独特的功能性。这种设计手法在拥挤的城市环境中创造了一个视觉焦点，也体现了建筑师对空间和形式的深刻理解，为周边社区带来耳目一新的视觉体验。

空间体验的营造与光影的运用：该项目在空间体验上展现了卓越的创造力。通过三重高度的楼梯、天窗、木地板以及镜面水池的巧妙结合，营造出一种光影交织、通透灵动的氛围。天窗引入的自然光线在墙面上投射出变幻的光影，为空间注入了活力。镜面水池的设计更是巧妙地放大了空间，增强了光、空气和水的互动。建筑师将这种动态变化比作“万花筒”，寓意着空间体验的丰富性和持续变化，极大地提升了居住的趣味性与舒适度。

材料与细节的精妙运用：ABC公寓在材料选择和细节处理上展现出精湛的技艺。木材、简洁的线条和中性色调的运用，与原始的混凝土外观形成了完美的互补，平衡了建筑的坚固性与开放性。室内墙面延续了立面的曲线设计，增加了空间的流动感。分离式的栏杆墙设计，巧妙地利用住户活动带来的光影变化，丰富了空间层次。这种对细节的关注，不仅提升了建筑的美观度，更营造出舒适、宜居的居住环境，体现了建筑师对居住品质的极致追求。

From the architect. ABC Apartment is a cooperative residential project located in the heart of the densely populated community of Cilandak in southern Jakarta. This three story solid concrete building sits on 175 square meters of land, with a total construction area of 423 square meters. This cooperative residence offers three room types, each equipped with an independent bathroom, totaling 11 rooms. In addition, the building also has a rooftop area designed as a small kitchen and public space for residents to use.
来自建筑师。ABC 公寓是一座位于雅加达南部奇兰达克（Cilandak）密集社区核心地带的合作住宅项目。这座三层实心混凝土建筑坐拥 175 平方米的土地，总建筑面积达 423 平方米。该合作住宅提供三种房型，每种房型均配备独立卫浴，共计 11 间客房。此外，建筑还设有屋顶区域，该区域被设计成供居民使用的小型厨房和公共空间。

Isso Architectural Firm injects subtle fluid language into the architecture, blending curves and curved geometric shapes to create soft, harmonious, and playful spatial combinations. The repeated use of cylindrical elements adds a sense of rhythm to the building structure, making it visually unique and functionally complete - in sharp contrast to traditional residential buildings along the street, which is refreshing.
Isso 建筑事务所为建筑注入了微妙的流动感语言，融合曲线与弯曲几何造型，打造出柔和、和谐且富有玩味的空间组合。圆柱形元素的重复运用为建筑结构增添了韵律感，使其在视觉上独具特色且功能完备 —— 与沿街的传统住宅形成鲜明对比，令人耳目一新。

Upon entering the building, visitors will see sturdy wooden flooring beneath the triple height staircase, complementing the skylight. Natural light shines through the skylight, casting dynamic shadows on the walls. A long mirrored pool further enhances the spatial experience, highlighting the blending and interaction of light, air, and water. Architects compare the view of the apartment to a slowly rotating kaleidoscope, where the scenery changes over time - sometimes even in the blink of an eye.
步入建筑，访客会看到三重高度的楼梯下方铺设着坚固的木地板，与天窗相得益彰，自然光透过天窗洒落，在墙面上投射出灵动的光影。一条长长的镜面水池进一步提升了空间体验，凸显了光、空气与水的交融互动。建筑师将公寓的景致比作缓缓旋转的万花筒，景致随时间推移而变幻 —— 有时，甚至在眨眼之间便已不同。

The use of wood, simple lines, and neutral tones complement the original concrete appearance, enhancing the balance between solidity and openness in the building. Continuing the fluidity of the facade, the interior walls also adopt curved shapes. Part of the railing walls are designed in a separated manner, creating a dynamic interactive effect of light and shadow brought by residents' activities. This dynamic change enriches the spatial experience and enhances the livability of compact spaces.
木材的运用、简洁的线条以及中性色调与原始混凝土外观相得益彰，增强了建筑实心感与开放性的平衡。延续立面的流动感，室内墙面也采用了曲线造型。部分栏杆墙呈分离式设计，营造出住户活动带来的光影与动态交互效果。这种动态变化丰富了空间体验，提升了紧凑空间的宜居性。

简洁的布局分为三个纵向区域：楼梯、走廊和房间。布局尽可能保持规整，所有机电系统均集中于中央管道井内，便于维护。
