城市肌理的巧妙融入: 深圳宝中集团海天学校项目最显著的亮点在于其对城市肌理的尊重与巧妙回应。设计师并未将校园封闭于城市之外,而是将其视为城市环境的有机组成部分。面对地铁控制线带来的用地限制和与城市网格的冲突,项目采用了“延续网格”的设计策略,将城市的几何纹理引入校园,并通过锯齿状的建筑界面巧妙化解了斜线冲突。这种设计手法不仅解决了实际的场地限制,更重要的是,它将校园与城市之间的界限模糊化,使得校园空间向城市开放,促进了校园与周边社区的互动与融合,体现了设计的前瞻性与社会责任感。
创新性的空间组织与功能复合: 该项目的精髓在于其对传统校园模式的突破和创新性的空间组织。设计采用了环形立体回廊,并通过开放楼梯串联各个楼层,形成连续的公共路径,将校园内的不同功能区域有机地连接起来,创造了一种“流线即场景,通行即游逛”的独特体验。此外,项目在功能复合方面也进行了大胆尝试,将运动场抬升,下方设置为室内球馆,实现了土地的高效利用。更值得称道的是,运动场的设计突破了传统,通过建筑表皮的翻转,与城市空间相连接,形成了学校与社区共享的开放界面,赋予了建筑独特的标志性形象“云之翼”。
灵活的教学空间与共享学习社区: 宝中海天学校在教学空间的设计上进行了大胆的创新,打破了传统的“走廊-教室”模式,构建了一个灵活的学习社区。普通教室按组团布置,并结合放大的共享平台,有效地缓解了高密度容量带来的拥挤感。共享学习中心更是以“兴趣组团”取代了刻板分区,通过不同学科教室围绕小庭院错动排布,创造出非正式的学习角落,激发学生的自主学习兴趣。同时,设计巧妙地利用天窗引入柔和的光线,木质小屋营造温馨氛围,鼓励交流与展示。这些细节无不体现了设计对学生身心健康的关注,以及对未来教育模式的积极探索,真正体现了以人为本的设计理念。

In the design of Haitian School, we consider the campus as a part of the urban environment: it is not only the "exterior space" that carries teaching activities, but also the "inner wall of block space" from the perspective of the city. As a campus in the core area of the city, it is not dominated by inward oriented spaces, but actively integrates and blends into the city.
在海天学校的设计中,我们将校园视作城市环境的一部分:既是承载教学活动的“使用空间外表”,也是城市视角下“街区空间的内壁”。作为城市核心区的一处校园,它并非以内向型空间为主导,而是主动整合并融入城市。

The maximum limitation comes from the subway control line crossing the site diagonally, compressing the land use and forming a diagonal red line that conflicts with the urban texture. The design adopts the strategy of "continuing the grid": introducing the grid texture of the city into the campus, enclosing teaching buildings into courtyards, and resolving diagonal conflicts with serrated interfaces.
最大限制来自地铁控制线斜穿场地,压缩用地并形成了与城市肌理冲突的斜向红线。设计以“延续网格”为策略:将城市的网格肌理引入校园,教学楼围合成院落,并用锯齿界面化解斜线冲突。

Functionally, the sports field is located on the east side and raised as a whole, with the lower part serving as an indoor arena, achieving the composite use of land. However, the elevated sports field forms a straight and thick "slab" on the riverbank, with a rigid relationship with the street. The breakthrough lies in the angle between the grid and the diagonal line: along the triangle, the building surface changes from the facade to the roof and then falls back to the facade, creating a space that extends towards the city and connects to the cultural and sports center below, forming a shared interface between the school and the community. This lightweight flipping body responds to the open regional atmosphere of Binhai and becomes the iconic image of the project - "Wings of Clouds".
功能上,运动场置于东侧并整体抬升,下方作为室内球馆,实现土地的复合利用。然而,抬升运动场在河岸形成一道笔直而厚重的“大板”,与街道关系生硬。突破口在于网格与斜线间的夹角:沿三角带,建筑表皮由立面转屋面再落回立面,掀起一处向城市展开的空间,连接下方文体馆,形成学校与社区共享的界面。这一轻盈翻转体回应滨海开放的区域气质,并成为项目标志形象 —— “云之翼”。

In terms of teaching space, the school breaks through the traditional "corridor classroom" model and builds a flexible learning community. Ordinary classrooms are arranged in groups, combined with an enlarged shared platform, to alleviate the congestion caused by high-density capacity. The shared learning center replaces rigid zoning with "interest groups": different subject classrooms are arranged in a staggered manner around a small courtyard, forming informal learning corners; The skylight introduces soft light, and the light and shadow are softened into the interior through the beam grid. The wooden cabin creates a warm atmosphere, encouraging communication and display.
教学空间方面,学校突破传统“走廊—教室”模式,构建灵活的学习社区。普通教室按组团布置,配合放大的共享平台,缓解高密度容量带来的拥堵感。共享学习中心以“兴趣组团”替代刻板分区:不同学科教室围绕小庭院错动排布,形成非正式学习角落;天窗引入柔光,光影经梁格柔化进入室内,木质小屋营造温暖氛围,鼓励交流与展示。

The traffic organization adopts a circular three-dimensional corridor, with open stairs connecting each floor to form a continuous public path: from the entrance "Wave Garden", passing through the platform, atrium, library steps, to the sports field stands and rooftop garden, the streamline is the scene, and passing is strolling.
交通组织采用环形立体回廊,开放楼梯串联各层,形成连续公共路径:从入口“海浪花园”,经平台、中庭、图书馆台阶,到运动场看台与屋顶花园,流线即场景,通行即游逛。
