As the core carrier of Shanghai's construction of an international financial center, Lujiazui continues to drive the city's upgrading with world-class financial energy and capital magnetic field. In this core area where every inch of land is precious, the Lujiazui Yueling Building adopts the design philosophy of "urban interactive symbiotic organism" and engages in a deep dialogue between architecture and the city along the golden axis of Century Avenue. The project breaks through the paradigm of traditional commercial complexes and transforms the high-density development of financial arteries into a catalyst for urban vitality through multidimensional spatial strategies, shaping a landmark practice of organic renewal in Lujiazui.
作为上海建设国际金融中心的核心载体，陆家嘴以世界级金融能量与资本磁场持续驱动城市能级跃升。在这片寸土寸金的核心地带，陆家嘴越凌大厦以"城市互动共生有机体"为设计哲学，于世纪大道黄金轴线上展开一场建筑与城市的深度对话。项目突破传统商办综合体的范式，通过多维度的空间策略，将金融动脉的高密度开发转化为城市活力触媒，塑造陆家嘴有机更新的一处标志性实践。

Yueling Building is located in the core area of Century Avenue in Lujiazui, Shanghai, adjacent to Century Avenue. It has high-quality supporting resources and a complete transportation system. The 2-kilometer radiation circle covers the ecological green lung of Century Park. The plot is a comprehensive land for residential, office, and commercial use, with a total land area of approximately 9180.5 square meters and a plot ratio of 4.74. Faced with the sunlight limitation of the existing residential buildings on the north side, the design team generated a feasible envelope diagram for this project through refined sunlight simulation; At the same time, in the facade design, the regional urban relationship is fully considered, and the surrounding architectural language is reorganized to form a city interface that not only echoes the regional characteristics but also has contemporary recognition.
越凌大厦位于上海陆家嘴世纪大道核心地段，紧邻世纪大道，拥有优质的配套资源及完善的交通体系，2 公里辐射圈内涵盖世纪公园生态绿肺。地块为住宅、办公、商业综合用地，总用地面积约 9180.5 ㎡，容积率 4.74。面对北侧既有住宅的日照限制，设计团队通过精细化日照模拟，生成了本案可建设包络图；同时，在立面设计上，充分考虑了区域城市关系，通过对周边建筑语言进行重组，形成既呼应区域特征又具当代辨识度的城市界面。

The project consists of a 14 story office and commercial tower and an 8-story residential building. The design team proposed five core design concepts for handling spatial relationships between cities. Create activity spaces with content inside the building, and set up a cross story shared atrium in the office tower, which can carry various activity scenes such as conferences, salons, exhibitions, etc. on a daily basis, forming a vertical vitality generator. As one of the main entities of the project, the office commercial tower achieves spatial integration between private and public properties and composite functions. For cities, projects aim to convey vertical storytelling. Starting from the sunken courtyard on the ground, passing through the office lobby and shared atrium step by step, up to the office space, and finally reaching the multi-level rooftop garden, a continuous spatial experience is constructed that runs through the 60 meter tower. Each level of space forms a gradual narrative from the urban ground to the clouds through changes in light and shadow and visual infiltration. The strict sunlight conditions have given rise to freely flowing roof contours, and the falling green setback makes the roof a "forest space" that can grow. The urban interface along Century Avenue presents a richer urban skyline. A concave sunken square is arranged along the interface of Century Avenue to shape the spatial relationship between the building and the city, and to achieve mutual infiltration between the building and the city through multi-level grey spaces.
项目主体由一幢 14 层办公商业塔楼和一幢8层住宅楼组成。对于处理与城市之间的空间关系，设计团队提出了五个核心设计概念。在建筑内部营造有内容的活动场所，办公塔楼设置跨层共享中庭，日均可承载会议、沙龙、展览等多元活动场景，形成垂直维度的活力发生器。作为项目主体之一的办公商业塔楼，项目实现了私密与公共不同性质与复合功能之间的空间融合。于城市而言，项目追求表达垂直方向的故事性。以地面下沉庭院为起点，逐级经过办公大堂、共享中庭，上至办公空间，最终抵达多层级的屋顶花园，构建了贯穿 60 米塔楼的连续性空间体验。每层级空间通过光影变化与视觉渗透，形成从城市地面到云端自然的渐进式叙事。严苛的日照条件限制催生出自由流动的屋顶轮廓，跌落式绿化退台使屋顶成为可生长的“山林空间”，沿世纪大道一侧的城市界面呈现出更丰富的城市天际线。建筑沿世纪大道界面布置内凹式下沉广场，塑造与城市互动的空间关系，借助多层次灰空间实现建筑与城市的相互渗透。

To solve the appearance defects caused by window openings and floodlighting on the exterior of buildings, the design team conducted multiple rounds of detailed comparative research and optimization through visual prototypes (VMUs), and innovatively developed a new type of transparent breathing folded glass curtain wall. The side perforated curved aluminum plate outer packaging design of the folded glass curtain wall effectively guides the summer breeze into the interior and endows the building facade with a more dynamic visual effect. In addition, the exterior facade is specially equipped with external shading elements to reduce direct sunlight. The innovative curtain wall design fully considers the aesthetic, integrity, and practicality of the facade, achieving a harmonious unity of form and function through the pursuit of excellence in design.
为解决建筑外立面开窗及泛光照明导致的外观缺陷问题，设计团队通过视觉样板（VMU）进行了多轮细致的对比研究和优化，创新性地研发了新型透明呼吸式折面玻璃幕墙。折面玻璃幕墙的侧面穿孔弧面铝板外包设计，有效引导夏季风进入室内，又赋予了建筑立面更加灵动的视觉效果。此外，外立面还特别设置了外部遮阳元素以减少阳光直射。革新性的幕墙设计充分考虑了立面的外观美学、整体性与实用性，通过设计的精益求精实现了形式与功能的和谐统一。
