策略先锋：拆除与激活：这个项目最令人印象深刻的策略在于“拆除即建造”的核心理念。面对原有幕墙带来的问题，设计师果断选择了拆除，这不仅仅是一种结构上的改变，更是一种重新定义建筑与环境关系的积极尝试。通过拆除，建筑重新获得了与街道的联系，商铺得以展示，人流得以引导，入口得以明确。这种大胆的策略，打破了传统改造的束缚，为后续的激活创造了无限可能。设计师对问题的敏锐洞察和解决问题的决心，使得项目在一开始就站在了更高的起点。

空间叙事：台阶与邀约：设计中对台阶的重新定义，是空间叙事与人性化设计的完美结合。将原本单纯的交通构件转化为“邀约”，赋予了台阶新的生命力。宽阔的台阶不再仅仅是到达建筑的手段，而是吸引人们驻足、交流、体验的场所。这种转变体现了设计师对人流和空间关系的深入理解。通过台阶的设计，项目不仅改善了建筑的可达性，更营造了一种欢迎、开放的氛围，提升了整个商业社区的活力。这是一种将功能转化为情感，将空间转化为体验的巧妙设计。

立面新生：舞台与绿植：立面的改造是项目中最具亮点的地方。设计师将立面打造成一个“舞台”，通过外挑平台的设计，为人们提供了观景、休息和社交的场所。更重要的是，设计师巧妙地融入了绿植元素，呼应了祥云小镇“花园式”的商业氛围。绿植不仅美化了立面，更带来了生机与活力，使得建筑与环境融为一体。这种设计手法，使得建筑不再是冰冷的实体，而是与人、与自然和谐共生的有机体，体现了可持续发展的设计理念。

In Shunyi, Beijing, COFCO Xiangyun Town attracts crowds with its open block form and garden style environment. However, at the main entrance of this vibrant commercial community in the northern district, commercial spaces on floors 9 and above have poor pedestrian flow. A huge decorative curtain wall has caused three core problems: ① shops are not exposed ② pedestrian flow is blocked ③ entrance cannot be identified
在北京顺义，中粮·祥云小镇凭借其开放的街区形态、花园式的环境吸引着人潮。然而，就在这个充满活力的商业社区北区主入口，9 号楼层及以上商业空间却人流不佳。一道巨大的装饰性幕墙，导致了三个核心问题：① 商铺无露出 ② 人流被遮挡 ③ 无法辨识入口

Demolition is Construction

We propose the core strategy of "demolish first, activate later", and we choose to demolish the entire decorative curtain wall, which is itself a form of construction.

为宽阔的、面向广场的大台阶不再是纯粹的交通构件，而是一份空间主动发出的“邀约”。

Facade as Stage

On each floor, external platforms have been designed to serve as "check-in points" for rest and photography, as well as a viewing platform for the square and the upper floors to look at each other.. In order to echo the "garden style" commercial atmosphere of Xiangyun Town, we have incorporated green plants as an important design element throughout the entire facade.
立面即舞台

在各层，设计增设了外挑的平台，作为休息和拍照的”打卡点”，同时也成为广场与楼上相互对望的观景台。为了呼应祥云小镇”花园式”的商业氛围，我们将绿植作为重要的设计元素，贯穿于整个立面。

Stay and Activate

The design transforms the second floor corridor from a purely pedestrian space into a stopover social node.. For this, we have added a functional canopy.
