A multifunctional new urban community integrating residential, work, and leisure functions is emerging on the former industrial port land in the western part of HafenCity, Hamburg. The recently completed EDGE Port City project is another important cornerstone of the Elbbr ü cken community. This energy-efficient office building actively promotes interaction and cooperation by bringing users together, while also being open to visitors and local residents.
在汉堡港口城（HafenCity）西部昔日的工业港口用地上，一个集居住、工作和休闲功能于一体的多功能新型城市社区正在崛起。近期竣工的EDGE港口城项目是易北桥（Elbbrücken）社区的又一重要基石。这座节能型办公楼通过将使用者汇聚在一起，积极促进互动与合作，同时也对访客和当地居民开放。

This newly constructed building consists of two parts: a square seven story building structure, and a tower located in the southwest corner with a total height of nearly 60 meters. The square grid layout of the building allows for flexible use of individual office units.
这座新建建筑由两部分构成：一个呈方形的七层建筑结构，以及位于西南角、总高度近 60 米的塔楼。建筑的方形网格布局使得各个独立办公单元能够灵活使用。

The two-story arcade and a cantilevered structure with a span of eight meters and no column obstruction together form the main entrance sign of the building at Amerigo Vespucci Platz. There is a courtyard in the center of the building that allows the public to pass through, becoming the communication core of this new building. An open staircase spirals up around the central ventilation space, connecting the floors to each other. There are stepped platforms around each staircase. In this way, the newly constructed building replicates the spatial layout of the surrounding square through the design of internal stairs and platforms.
两层高的拱廊以及一个跨度达八米、无立柱遮挡的悬挑结构，共同构成了建筑在亚美利哥·韦斯普奇广场（Amerigo-Vespucci-Platz）的主入口标志。建筑中央设有一个可供公众穿行的中庭，成为这座新建筑的交流核心。一座开放式楼梯环绕着中央通风空间盘旋而上，将各楼层相互连通。每层楼梯周围都设有阶梯式平台。如此一来，这座新建建筑通过内部楼梯和平台的设计，复刻了周边广场的空间布局。

The design of this building resembles a small town, with meeting and communication areas, shared lunch and coffee break spaces, and personal relaxation areas. The ground floor is equipped with restaurants and conference facilities, while the upper floor is distributed with rentable office space, as well as collaborative and dedicated workspaces. These office spaces are designed as public areas accessible to all tenants, while a lush rooftop terrace surrounds the building, providing a space for leisure and entertainment.
这座建筑的设计宛如一座小镇，设有会议与交流区域、共享午餐及咖啡小憩空间，还有个人放松区域。底层设有餐厅和会议设施，而上层则分布着可租赁的办公空间，并设有协作办公区和专注工作区。这些办公空间被设计为所有租户均可使用的公共区域，同时，一座绿植繁茂的屋顶露台环绕着建筑，为人们提供了休闲娱乐的空间。

Adequate natural light pours into the room through the atrium and large windows. Natural light, green plants, natural materials, and connected digital technologies complement each other to create a comfortable atmosphere suitable for work and social interaction.
充足的自然光透过中庭和大窗户倾泻入室内。自然光与绿植、天然材质以及联网的数字技术相辅相成，共同营造出适宜工作与社交互动的舒适氛围。

The EDGE Port City project is closely connected to the surrounding social environment through its open and diverse design, and the red color scheme of the building facade visually blends with the urban landscape of the eastern part of the port city. All roof surfaces of the building are designed as water storage roofs, and most of the roofs are densely greened. The roof of the tower is equipped with photovoltaic panels to provide electricity.
EDGE 港口城项目凭借其开放且多元的设计与周边社会环境紧密相连，建筑外立面的红色配色方案在视觉上与港口城东部的城市风貌融为一体。建筑的所有屋顶表面均设计为蓄水屋顶，且大部分屋顶都进行了密集绿化。塔楼屋顶则安装了光伏板以提供电力。

EDGE Port City is an office building that promotes collaboration and creativity through innovative working environments. This building will become a vibrant component of the social structure of the Yibeiqiao New Community.
