设计理念的巧妙运用：项目最突出的亮点在于其“公园+市集”的创新设计理念。设计师敏锐地捕捉到传统集市在非营业时间的场地闲置问题，并以此为切入点，巧妙地将场地功能转化为公园，实现空间的高效利用。这种“半天市集/半天公园”的模式，不仅提升了空间利用率，也为当地居民提供了多元化的活动场所。这种设计策略体现了对场地文脉的深刻理解，以及对城市居民需求的精准把握，将商业与休闲完美结合，赋予了场地新的生命力，值得赞赏。

空间设计的精髓：该项目在空间设计上展现了极高的水平。通过架空市场空间、开放式台阶公园和屋顶平台的组合，创造了多层次、多功能的立体空间。设计者充分利用了屋顶的遮阳功能，并将其打造为文旅节点的标志性形象，体现了功能与美学的完美融合。此外，连续的屋面、柱廊和平台共同框定了远景，营造出富有层次感的空间体验。摊位的模数化设计，以及与帐篷摊位的自然衔接，都体现了设计师对细节的关注和对使用者体验的重视。

材料与构造的匠心独运：在材料选择和构造方面，项目也体现出独特的匠心。穿孔金属板与轻型次梁的结合，不仅实现了屋顶的遮阳功能，还通过对孔洞密度和板件间距的控制，有效降低了眩光和热负荷。金属板倒挂的设计，形成了连续的视觉底面，增加了建筑的视觉美感。这种对材料的巧妙运用，以及对构造细节的精细把握，使得建筑在实用性与美观性之间达到了完美的平衡。建筑师在项目中展现了对材料、构造的深刻理解，和对细节的极致追求。

Jiezi "is the term used in Yunnan region to refer to traditional markets, also known as market fairs. On Pingdingshan in Anning Jinfang, there is the largest street in Kunming, where a large number of villagers and citizens trade every day. Such markets are often lively for only half a day, and idle for the other half of the time. The starting point of the project design is how to keep this area vibrant even outside of the market. We propose the concept of "park+market", which allows the same space to play different roles at different times: it is both a bustling street and a shared park for urban residents.
“街子”是云南地区对传统集市的称呼，也就是人们所说的赶集。在安宁金方的平顶山上，坐落着昆明规模最大的街子，每天都有大量村民与市民在此交易。这样的集市往往只在半天热闹，另一半时间则闲置空场。项目的设计出发点，是如何让这一片场地在集市之外的时段同样保持活力。我们提出“公园 + 市集”的概念，让同一个空间在不同时间承担不同角色：既是烟火气十足的街子，也是城市居民共享的公园。

Overall Strategy

We propose the concept of "Park+Market": taking the usage pattern of "Half Day Market/Half Day Park" as the basis, organizing functions according to the time dimension, and avoiding hard occupation throughout the day..

-During the market, stalls are arranged in a 3-meter module for easy management and extension.
-When it is not a market, the venue is converted into a "park", providing a place for rest, walking, and parent-child activities.

This "duality" not only responds to the unique location of the site at the urban-rural boundary, but also maximizes the use of space, becoming a shared public interface between urban and rural areas.

我们提出“公园+市集”的概念：将“半天市集/半天公园”的使用规律视为基底，按时间维度组织功能，避免全天性硬占用。

- 集市时，摊位按 3 米模数排布，便于管理和延伸。
- 非集市时，场地转换为“公园”，提供休憩、散步、亲子活动的场所。

这种“双重性”不仅回应了场地在城乡交界的独特位置，也让空间最大化利用，成为城市与乡村共享的公共界面。

Building Generation

New buildings connect markets and parks through continuous platforms:
- The first floor is an elevated market space that combines office and exhibition functions.

-The roof is an open staircase park and an outdoor platform, providing a leisure space for community activities.
-The perforated steel plate roof is lightly covered, providing shade and shelter from the sun and rain, and becoming a iconic image of cultural and tourism nodes.
建筑生成

新建建筑以连续的平台连接市场和公园：
- 一层是架空的市场空间，结合办公与展示功能。
- 屋顶是开放的台阶公园和外摆平台，为社区活动提供休闲场所。
- 冲孔钢板屋面轻盈覆盖，既遮阳避雨，又成为文旅节点的标志性形象。

Space Experience
The same venue is gently shared with different people at different times.. We hope it remains simple, usable, and gradually grows with local life.

The thin roof and platform
The first floor is the market space. The second floor is a roof platform used for waiting and short-term stays. The platform is directly connected to the steps on both sides, and the market route does not interfere with the upper level route. The metal sunshade roof truss covers the platform, the first floor market, and the steps, forming a continuous spatial system. The roof, colonnade, and platform jointly frame the distant view. The roof has slight bidirectional undulations, bringing moderate spatial changes.

The staircase park is located on both sides of the market, connected to the second floor platform. Planting trees on the steps to provide ecological shade. Set up benches to meet the basic needs of staying and waiting. The method is concise and easy to maintain.

The market interface under the eaves
The large roof, columns, and brick volume under the platform together form an open market interface. Continuous shading. The stalls are arranged in a 3-meter module, with clear organization and easy adjustment. Fixed booths can naturally connect with tent booths on both sides, forming a complete usage surface under the same roof.
空间体验
同一片场地在不同时间，被温和地分享给不同的人。我们希望它保持朴素、可用，并随着在地生活逐渐长成。

薄屋顶与平台
一层为市集空间。二层为屋面平台，用于等候与短时停留。平台与两侧台阶直接相连，市集动线与上层动线互不干扰。金属遮阳屋架覆盖平台、一层市集与台阶，形成连续的空间体系。屋顶、柱廊与平台共同框定远景。屋面做轻微双向起伏，带来适度的空间变化。

台阶公园
台阶位于市集两侧，与二层平台连通。台阶上植树，提供生态遮阴。设置坐凳，满足停留与等候的基本需求。做法简洁，便于维护。

屋檐下的市场界面
大屋面、柱列与平台下的砖体量共同构成开放的市场界面。遮阴连续。摊位按 3 m 模数布置，组织清晰且便于调整。固定摊位可与两侧帐篷摊位自然衔接，在同一屋面下形成完整的使用面。

Roof Construction

The roof adopts a combination of perforated metal plates and lightweight secondary beams.. The metal plate is hung upside down below the purlin, forming a continuous visual base. The density of holes and the spacing between panels control the transmittance, reducing glare and heat load.
屋顶构造

屋顶采用穿孔金属板与轻型次梁组合。金属板倒挂在檩条下方，形成连续的视觉底面。孔洞密度与板件间距控制透光率，降低眩光与热负荷。
