This residence is located in the center of Paris and provides a shelter for women who have experienced violence. The project is led by Vilogia Group and jointly operated by Une Femme, Un Toit Association, and Aurore Association, providing temporary housing for these women - a crucial transitional stage in their life journey - allowing them to regain dignity and a sense of security before embarking on a new chapter in their lives

This project presents a building that combines modernity and sustainability, incorporating elements of high-quality Parisian architectural style, symbolizing stability and tranquility. The building uses high-quality materials and is constructed in a delicate and thoughtful manner, demonstrating the original intention of providing these women with a simple yet dignified dwelling, allowing them to escape from the urgency and anxiety they have experienced in the past.

The construction site is extremely challenging and technically difficult. Due to the narrow streets and limited carrying capacity of the roads leading to the construction site, any equipment weighing over 3.5 tons, including cranes, cannot reach the site. Therefore, the project requires a clever solution: setting up an unloading platform outside the construction site, transporting materials through underground pipelines and conveyor belts, dismantling construction equipment into kits and transporting them to the site for assembly, and not using cranes throughout the entire process.
该建筑工地极具挑战性，技术难度颇高。由于街道狭窄，且通往工地的道路承载能力有限，任何超过 3.5 吨的设备，包括起重机，均无法抵达现场。因此，该项目需要巧妙的解决方案：在工地外设立卸料平台，通过地下管网和传送带运输材料，将施工设备拆解成套件运至现场后再组装，且全程不使用起重机。

Due to the complete inability to use cranes on site and the equipment weight not exceeding 3.5 tons, concrete and formwork blocks were used for the building structure. The exterior facade of the building is decorated with solid brick veneer on the insulation wall.
由于现场完全无法使用起重机，且设备重量不得超过 3.5 吨，因此建筑结构采用了混凝土和模板砌块。建筑外立面在保温墙体上饰以实心砖贴面。

This residence is designed as a warm and safe haven, accessed through a spacious entrance porch that serves as a smooth transition area between the outside world and private space. The passage is open and well ventilated, leading to the entrance hall and central garden. All public living spaces are arranged around this beautiful and sunny garden. Similarly, the upper corridor is illuminated by natural light, creating a pleasant and soothing atmosphere. The corridor leads to 81 compact yet fully equipped single room apartments. The large windows not only ensure a comfortable connection with the outside world, but also maintain the livability of the living space and the privacy of residents.
这座居所设计成温馨而安全的避风港，通过宽敞的入口门廊进入，门廊作为外界与私人空间之间的平滑过渡区域。通道开放且通风良好，通向入口大厅和中央花园，所有公共生活空间均围绕这一景观优美、阳光充足的花园布置。同样地，上层走廊采用自然采光，营造出愉悦而舒缓的氛围。走廊通向 81 间紧凑却设备齐全的单间公寓。大窗户既保证了与外界的舒适连接，又维护了居住空间的宜居性和居民的隐私。
