The project is located in the Nunez community of Buenos Aires, Argentina, where building density and usage are constantly changing, often requiring renovation and reuse of existing buildings. In the Ness project, the design team transformed a corner warehouse used as storage space into a restaurant, bar, and production kitchen.

In terms of appearance, the design team retained the minimalist style and volume formed by the nine meter high wall. The upper level has some small openings, and the lower level has three louvers as entrances to different areas of the warehouse.

Indoors, the load-bearing walls that originally separated the ground floor have been replaced by metal beams and columns, allowing the space to open up and reorganize around a new service core. Through the metal woodworking system, different usage forms have been configured, redefining the relationship between these new spaces and the public.

In a large three story high rise space, a series of elements are crucial for shaping features and scale: cooking islands and their exhaust systems, freight elevators, olive trees, and zenith light from skylights. These elements create different scenes through their movement and color changes, while establishing a unique relationship with the outdoors.
