概念与氛围的深度融合： 建筑师成功地将“废弃工厂”的概念融入设计，并贯穿始终。项目保留了原建筑的混凝土天花板和旧墙，与新建的钢结构和混凝土结构形成鲜明对比，营造出历史与现代的对话。抬高的铁皮屋顶、人工锈化的钢结构以及回收材料的使用，都进一步强化了“旧时光”的氛围，使咖啡馆不仅仅是一个消费场所，更像是一个承载着故事的艺术品。这种对主题的深刻理解和在材料、工艺上的精细把控，是该项目最核心的亮点之一，体现了建筑师对空间氛围营造的独到见解。

空间布局与功能组织的巧妙： 项目在功能布局上考虑周全，吧台设于入口处，方便顾客；办公区、储藏室和卫生间则隐蔽于后方，保证了咖啡馆的整体美观。更为巧妙的是，建筑师巧妙地利用室内花园作为主要绿化空间，不仅平衡了混凝土和钢材带来的沉重感，也提升了咖啡馆的舒适度和体验感。大尺寸的混凝土柱、大窗户的设置，在划分空间的同时，引入充足的自然光线和空气流通，使整个空间显得开阔明亮，兼顾了实用性与美观性。这种对空间利用和功能组织的精细考量，体现了建筑师对细节的极致追求。

材料选择与细节处理的精致： 项目在材料的选择和运用上独具匠心，混凝土、钢材、玻璃和再生木材的组合，赋予了咖啡馆独特的工业美学。家具采用工业风格设计，与整体建筑风格相得益彰，进一步强化了主题。特别值得一提的是，建筑师对细节的关注，例如人工锈化的钢结构，以及保留旧建筑的原始状态，都体现了对材料本身的尊重和对历史的敬畏。这种对材料的深入理解和精湛的工艺，使得整个项目充满了质感和生命力。通过对材料的巧妙运用和细节的精雕细琢，该项目展现了建筑师卓越的专业素养。

Starting from the concept of an abandoned factory, we demolished the old structure and only retained the concrete ceiling and old walls of the front house, while rebuilding the rest using steel and concrete. The iron roofs of the central buildings have been raised to create a 'factory' atmosphere. Large concrete columns are used to divide the space, while large windows introduce natural light and air circulation. The design of the indoor garden effectively alleviates the heavy visual experience caused by concrete and steel.
从最初废弃工厂的概念出发，我们拆除了旧有结构，仅保留了前屋的混凝土天花板和旧墙，其余部分则使用钢结构和混凝土重新建造。中部建筑的铁皮屋顶被抬高，以营造“工厂”的氛围。大尺寸的混凝土柱用于划分空间，而大窗户则引入自然光线和空气流通。室内花园的设计有效缓解了混凝土和钢材带来的沉重视觉感受。

The bar counter is located at the entrance, close to the main door, for the convenience of customers. The office area, storage room, and bathroom are located at the back of the building, and another indoor garden is also set up at the back as the main green space of the entire building. The main materials used include concrete walls and ceilings, steel, glass, and recycled wood. The furniture adopts an industrial style design, which complements the overall architectural style.
吧台位于入口处，靠近主门，方便顾客使用。办公区、储藏室和卫生间位于建筑后方，同时后方还设置了另一个室内花园，作为整栋建筑的主要绿化空间。主要使用的材料包括混凝土墙壁与天花板、钢材、玻璃以及再生木材。家具采用工业风格设计，与整体建筑风格相得益彰。

The most challenging task for architects and construction teams is to create an atmosphere of 'old times', as the initial design concept was' an abandoned factory'. Therefore, the iron roof is made of recycled materials, the steel structure is artificially rusted with additives, the concrete ceiling retains the original state of the old house, and the wooden components come from recycled materials from other old buildings. After six months of design and renovation, we have presented a 'coffee shop in an abandoned factory'.
对于建筑师和施工团队来说，最具挑战性的任务是营造出一种“旧时光”的氛围，因为最初的设计理念是“一座废弃工厂”。因此，铁皮屋顶采用回收材料，钢结构通过添加剂进行人工锈化处理，混凝土天花板保留了旧房屋的原始状态，木质构件则来自其他旧建筑的回收材料。经过六个月的设计与改造，我们呈现出一座“废弃工厂中的咖啡馆”。
