乡村共建理念的实践：“沃里屯”项目的核心在于其乡村共建的理念，它不仅仅是一个酒店项目，更是一次对城市居民生活方式的探索和尝试。设计师巧妙地将酒店融入到整个村落的更新中，充分利用闲置的院落资源，为城市居民提供了一个亲近自然、体验乡村生活的机会。这种设计思路体现了对乡村文化和当地居民的尊重，也为乡村经济注入了新的活力。项目通过酒店这一载体，促进了城市与乡村之间的交流，为乡村振兴提供了新的思路和实践路径，具有深远的社会意义。

与环境的和谐共生：KALHA酒店的设计精髓在于其与环境的完美融合。设计师没有采用突兀的建筑风格，而是顺应地形，利用蜿蜒的墙体围合出连续的空间系统，使酒店仿佛从土地中生长出来。这种设计手法避免了传统酒店的封闭感，而是创造了一种开放、自由的氛围。客房单元的布局也打破了常规，随场地高差而变化，呈现出一种自由随机的形态，与村落的自发生长特征相呼应。这种设计理念不仅体现了对自然环境的尊重，也为住客提供了独特的空间体验，让他们感受到人与自然的和谐共生。

空间体验的丰富性与独特性：KALHA酒店在空间体验方面展现出卓越的设计水平。设计师巧妙地利用墙体围合出院落，将昔日的村间小路转化为酒店内部的公共街道，营造出丰富的空间层次感。墙面与开阔的空间尺度为展览、讲座等公共活动提供了理想的场所，也为酒店注入了活力。酒店没有明确的主立面，而是呈现出一种自由随机的形态，这种设计打破了传统的束缚，为住客提供了探索和发现的乐趣。整个项目营造出一种散落多元的小型聚落感，这种独特的空间体验是该项目最大的亮点之一，充分展现了设计师对空间和功能的深刻理解。

As a rural co construction project, Wolitun aims to provide urban residents with a new possibility of living. The first batch of projects involves more than 60 vacant courtyards in the village, each covering an area of 200-400 square meters. Among them, 45 courtyards are used for residential purposes, and 10 courtyards will be concentrated for hotel use. In addition, there are supporting facilities such as auditoriums, Dragon King Temple (reception center), workshops, catering, fitness centers, public restrooms, offices, and employee dormitories.
沃里屯作为乡村共建项目，旨在为城市居民提供一种新的生活可能性。首批工程涉及村中 60 余个空置院落，每个院落占地面积 200～400 平方米不等。其中 45 个院落用于居住，10个院落将集中作为酒店使用，另外还有礼堂、龙王庙（接待中心）、工坊、餐饮、健身房、公共卫生间、办公室和员工宿舍等配套设施。

Most of the houses in Wolitun are provided for new villagers who plan to live here for a long time. However, in order to create a rural community that maintains good interaction with the outside world and provides more opportunities for urban residents to enter Woliton, the village has also planned a residential space for visitors to stay for a short period of time, namely KALHA Hotel.
沃里屯的大部分房子，是提供给准备在此长期居住的新村民的。然而，为了营建一个与外界保持良好互动的乡村社群，让更多城市人有机会走进沃里屯，村子里还规划了供访客短期停留的居住空间，即 KALHA 酒店。

Unlike the scattered independent residences in the village, KALHA Hotel is a continuous spatial system enclosed by walls. The hotel rises gradually from south to north along the terrain and crawls horizontally on the slope north of the village. The view from the east and south directions is wide, with unobstructed views of nearby villages and distant mountains.
区别于散落在村子里的独立住宅，KALHA 酒店是一个由墙围合成的、连续的空间系统。酒店因循地势由南向北逐级抬升，并以水平延伸的姿态匍匐在村落北侧的坡地上。东、南方向视野开阔，近处村落与远方山峦一览无余。

The overall architecture lacks a clear central axis, and the irregular layout continues the spontaneous growth characteristics of the village. Inheriting the original style of the mountain village, the 10 guest room units have four different elevations depending on the height difference of the site.
建筑整体没有明确的中心轴线，不规则的平面布局延续了村落自发生长的形态特征。承袭山村原生风貌，10 间客房单元随场地高差产生了 4 个不同的标高。

KALHA Hotel does not have a so-called main facade from any direction, but presents a free and random form. The independent guest room units are combined together like a scattered and diverse small settlement. The settlement is enclosed by walls, resembling a complete building. The winding courtyard walls blend seamlessly with the natural terrain, seamlessly integrating the hotel with the village.
KALHA 酒店无论从哪个方向看上去，都没有所谓的建筑主立面，而是呈现出一种自由随机的形态。独立的客房单元组合在一起，犹如一个零散多元的小型聚落。聚落通过墙体围合起来，又好像一座完整的建筑。曲折的院墙与自然地形契合，让酒店与村庄有机融为一体。

The exterior walls of the courtyard and guest rooms are coated with materials that are similar in color to the soil of the venue, giving the impression of geometric sculptures naturally growing from the earth from a distance. At the same time, there are also rich spatial experiences within the walls and between the courtyards. The village paths of the past have become public streets within the hotel. The pure walls and open spatial scale can meet the needs of public events such as exhibitions, lectures, and even small performances. In the future, this will become the most vibrant place in the hotel.
院墙与客房外墙皆选用了和场地土质颜色接近的涂料，远看像是从大地里自然生长出来的几何雕塑。与此同时，围墙之内、院落之间也有着丰富的空间体验，昔日的村间小路变成了酒店内部的公共街道，纯净的墙面与开阔的空间尺度，能够满足展览、讲座甚至小型演出等公共活动，未来这里将成为酒店最具活力之地。
