公共空间与社区互动：项目在公共空间的打造上匠心独运，尤其是底部横跨三层的螺旋式公共空间，堪称设计的点睛之笔。该空间不仅提供了多元化的活动场所，也成为了连接社区的桥梁。这种设计理念体现了设计师对社区营造的深刻理解。一至三层的公共空间包括24小时开放的共享区域和多功能休闲娱乐室，满足了不同人群的需求。此外，设计师将绿色元素融入设计，营造出宜人的室内环境，提升了住户的居住品质。四、五层的会所设施，更是为居民提供了放松身心的场所，体现了对高品质生活方式的追求。

立面设计与可持续性：在立面设计和可持续性方面，仁恒深之源同样表现出色。外立面的动感设计使其成为视觉焦点，并在美学与功能之间取得了平衡。西侧的悬臂式幕墙设计，有效遮挡阳光，确保了住户的舒适体验。采用低辐射涂层的中空玻璃，降低了眩光和热量，营造出宜人的室内环境，体现了对可持续发展的关注。此外，下沉式步行街的商业空间，为塔楼注入了新的活力。这种设计不仅提升了建筑的商业价值，也为社区居民提供了便利，进一步丰富了城市生活的多样性。

In the bustling Luohu district of Shenzhen, the high-end residential project Renheng Shenzhiyuan, led by Aedas Global Design Director Liu Jingkang and his team, has been completed and delivered. The simple design and rich public space will bring a luxurious living experience to local residents through organic connection with the community. The over 200 meter new landmark image will also redraw the Shenzhen skyline.
在深圳繁华的罗湖区，Aedas 全球设计董事柳景康带领团队打造的高端住宅项目仁恒深之源已竣工交付，简约的设计和丰富公共空间，将在和社区的有机连接中，为当地居民带来奢华的生活体验，超 200 米的全新地标形象，也将重新绘就深圳天际线。

The project includes 336 beautifully designed residential units, as well as well as well planned public spaces and sunken commercial areas. In order to integrate the building into the urban texture and optimize the visual landscape in all aspects, the tower was strategically rotated 45 degrees in the design.
项目包含 336 间设计精美的住宅单元，以及规划周密的公共空间和下沉式商业。为了让建筑融入城市肌理，并全方位优化视野景观，设计策略性地将塔楼旋转 45 度。

A major highlight of the design is the spiral shaped public space spanning three floors at the bottom, which will provide an important activity venue for the community and become a microcosm of Shenzhen's vibrant urban spirit. The first to third floors accommodate nearly 6600 square meters of public space, including a shared area open 24 hours a day and a multifunctional leisure and entertainment room. The team integrated green genes into the design, enhancing indoor aesthetics with lush greenery and creating a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. The fourth and fifth floors are clubhouse spaces that residents can directly access through dedicated channels. The club is equipped with top-notch facilities, including a gym, swimming pool, and other amenities. Providing a peaceful place for residents to relax and rejuvenate in a green atmosphere.
设计的一大亮点是底部横跨三层的螺旋式公共空间，它将为社区提供重要的活动场地，成为深圳充满活力的城市精神的一处缩影。一至三层容纳了近 6600 平方米的公共空间，其中包括了 24 小时全天候开放的共享区域和多功能休闲娱乐室。团队将绿色基因融入设计，以郁郁葱葱的绿植提升室内美感，营造出宁静宜人的氛围。四层和五层为会所空间，住户可以通过专属通道直接抵达。会所内设有顶尖的设施，包括健身房、游泳池和其他设施。在绿意氛围中为住户提供了一个放松身心、恢复活力的静谧场所。

The commercial space of the sunken pedestrian street covers 2500 square meters, and the vibrant commercial activities will inject new energy into the tower. The open-air theater facing the street can host various activities, while the elevated ground floor provides a comfortable resting space for people in a vibrant commercial atmosphere. The exterior facade of the tower, with its highly dynamic design, serves as a visual focal point for pedestrians passing by, balancing functionality with aesthetic qualities. The cantilevered curtain wall design on the west side can fully provide shading effect, ensuring that residents have the best comfortable experience. Hollow glass with low radiation coating reduces glare, minimizes unnecessary sunlight reflection, and creates a pleasant indoor environment.
下沉式步行街的商业空间达 2500 平方米，充满活力的商业活动将为塔楼注入新能量。临街的露天剧场，可以举办各类活动，而架空的首层则在活力商业氛围中，为人们提供了舒适的小憩空间。塔楼的外立面以极具动感的设计成为往来行人的视觉焦点，在美学特质之外兼顾功能性。西侧的悬臂式幕墙设计可以充分起到遮阳效果，确保住户获得最佳的舒适体验。带有低辐射涂层的中空玻璃，降低眩光，减少不必要的阳光反射，营造宜人的室内环境。

The team has created a clever balance between luxurious living spaces and pleasant public areas in the bustling Luohu district with highly forward thinking designs. The spacious public spaces, captivating sunken commercial areas, eye-catching atrium, and a series of supporting facilities have together redefined modern urban life and established a new landmark in Luohu. This is a building that perfectly integrates high-end private residences with public community spaces. It fully utilizes community resources, explores the potential of the area, and constructs the ideal space in everyone's hearts with a multi story public space planning layout, "said Liu Jingkang.
