Plan Roof
This project demonstrates a commitment to building resilience methods, where architects prioritize building technology and materials to ensure maintenance needs are minimized throughout the entire lifespan of the building. The building is mainly composed of four elements: lightweight steel structure, colored reinforced concrete floor slabs and low walls, colored concrete blocks, and clay bricks used as roof and pavement coverings.

The building is laid out on an 8X8-meter structural grid, covering an area of 7700 square meters and containing 50 stalls. A sophisticated arched roof structure spans the entire market, interrupted only by two green courtyards in the center of the market. The inverted umbrella shaped structure forms a hyperbolic parabolic roof system; This not only reflects our focus on exploring form in architectural aesthetics and structural integrity, but also incorporates the concept of biophilic design, making the structure perfectly integrated with the natural environment.
