空间叙事与感官融合： 该项目最令人印象深刻的是其对“叙事建筑”理念的实践。设计者巧妙地将黑胶唱片这一主题融入到书店空间中，不仅仅是视觉上的元素堆砌，而是深入挖掘了黑胶唱片与书籍在记录、回忆、共享上的共性，并将其转化为空间体验。 通过木质材料、通透的自然光线以及阅读区域的布局，创造出一种既能激发感官体验，又能促使人们沉浸在阅读和思考中的氛围。 项目成功地将抽象的情感转化为具体的空间感受，让建筑本身成为一个可以“讲述故事”的载体，而非单纯的销售场所，赋予了空间更深层次的意义。
多维度空间体验与功能性： 设计师在有限的空间内，巧妙地利用不同楼层和区域，营造出多层次的空间体验。主展示墙体划分出“主黑胶音乐厅”以及不同尺度的阅读、咖啡、活动、孩童等专注空间，满足了不同人群的需求，也丰富了空间的功能性。 尤其是贯穿二楼的阅读露台长廊，以及三楼的阅读区，都为读者提供了安静、专注的阅读环境。 此外，灵活可变的布局，如可移动的唱片架和书柜，使得书店可以根据不同的活动需求进行调整，增强了空间的灵活性和互动性，将街道社区生活延伸至室内，体现了对空间的多维度利用。
自然材质与人文关怀： 项目在材料的选择上非常注重自然和质感，大量使用木质材料，营造出温暖、舒适的氛围，与黑胶唱片、书籍的质感相呼应。这种对自然材质的运用，不仅体现了对空间本质的尊重，也为读者提供了亲切、放松的体验。 同时，设计细节中融入了人文关怀，例如阅读区域的布局、灯光的设置，都旨在为读者提供更舒适、更专注的阅读体验。 项目不仅仅是一个商业空间，更像是一个可以让人放慢脚步，感受阅读和音乐魅力的“城市长椅”，体现了设计师对场所精神和人文关怀的深刻理解，创造了一个真正属于读者的空间。

From the architect. PAGEONE Beichen Hui is located within the Olympic Forest Park in Chaoyang District, Beijing. Unlike the traditional mode of reading physical books as the main experience, the new store space attempts to integrate new senses, using the concept of vinyl records as the environment and content theme, and hopes to create a different way of understanding and interacting with the space, extracting the accumulated stories of music into a new consciousness image of the bookstore.
来自建筑师。PAGEONE北辰荟，位于北京市朝阳区奥林匹克森林公园内。不同于以往以实体书籍阅读为主要体验的模式，新店空间尝试融合新的感观，以黑胶唱片概念为环境及内容主题，并希望打造出一种不同于以往的空间理解及相处方法，将音乐的沉淀故事提炼成书店的新意识形象。

Books and vinyl are both ways of recording, recalling, preserving, stacking, and sharing. However, due to different ways of reading and understanding, they can bring resonance and a special sense of memory and atmosphere. Paper and vinyl, visual and auditory, imagination and thinking, run through it, combining the abstract feeling and understanding of materials, and narrating stories in space. So, we hope this is a space that allows people to read and take, think and imagine naturally and attentively, belonging to themselves.
书本与黑胶，同为记录，回忆，保留，堆叠与分享，而因读取和理解的方式不同，又能带来共鸣却又特别的记忆感受与氛围。纸张与黑胶，视觉与听觉，想象与思考，贯穿于其中，将材质的感受与理解的抽象结合，将故事叙述于空间当中。于是，我们希望这是一个可以让人能够自然而专心去读与取，去思考与想象的属于自己的空间。

In the 400 square meter practical area space, all space materials are made of natural wood materials from relatives. In the transparent and natural light filled space, we hope to make people feel the experience and memory of book paper and vinyl tree rings. Space, materials, interfaces, books, text, music, sound, sunlight, all elements strive to purely pursue natural sensations as much as possible.
四百平米的实用面积空间里，所有的空间材料都采用亲人的木质自然材质，在通透充满自然光的空间里，希望让人感受到书本纸张与黑胶年轮的经历记忆。空间，材料，界面，书本，文字，音乐，声音，阳光，所有的元素都尽可能仅仅单纯追求自然感受。

The main entrance of the bookstore is located near the street and opens up to the main outdoor space of the building, connecting to the main event and gathering places of the first floor bookstore, allowing the open high reading space to fully embrace the natural atmosphere. Stacked books, vinyl records, people sitting around reading experience. When there is an event, the record rack and bookshelf can be folded and moved, changing the layout, reading sharing sessions, vinyl music concerts, extending street community life into the bookstore room.
书店主入口临近街道，向建筑室外主空间开敞，连接首层书店的主要活动聚会场所，让开敞的通高阅读空间充分迎接自然氛围。堆积的书本，黑胶唱片，人们围坐阅读感受。当有活动时，唱片架书柜都可收起移动，变换布局，读书分享会，黑胶音乐会，让街道社区生活延伸至书店室内。

The main display wall in the space switches the irregular height space into a "main vinyl music hall" and several humanized scale focused spaces for reading, coffee, activities, children, etc., making the store full of vinyl atmosphere while also helping to integrate different types of content. Walking around the main wall towards the second floor of the bookstore, you will find a slender reading terrace corridor with a visual focus on books and the sky. The benches are arranged to provide a quiet space for reading.
空间内的主展示墙体将不规则的通高空间切换成为“主黑胶音乐厅”及阅读，咖啡，活动，孩童等几个人性化尺度的专注空间，使店内充满着黑胶的氛围，同时又能够帮助不同类别内容的融入结合。绕过主墙体走向书店的二楼，发现一条细长的阅读露台长廊，视觉专注于书本和天空，长凳排布，是躲着安静看书的空间。

On the third floor of the bookstore, the reading experience continues, while incorporating the multifunctionality of the building interior, coffee, themed reading, and staggered distribution of reading benches. Let the atmosphere of vinyl records and books tighten the architecture in different spatial layers.
书店三楼，阅读的体验延续，同时结合建筑室内的多功能性，咖啡，主题阅读，随阅读长凳交错分布。让黑胶唱片的气氛，让书本，将建筑在不同的空间层拉紧。

In the space, there are no books or DVDs that cannot be touched. Display is not the idea of space. All reading and music spaces are like long resting spaces where you can hide yourself, comfortable, with natural traces, and focus on reading and music.
空间里，没有触摸不到的书本与唱碟。展示不是空间的主意，所有阅读与音乐的空间都如可以自己将自己藏起来的久留休憩空间，舒适，有自然的痕迹，而可以专注于阅读与音乐。

PAGEONE Beichenhui Black Glue Concept Store is located in the Olympic Forest Park on the north side of Beijing, echoing the Beijing Fangdian along the city's central axis from north to south. As a street and alley in the city, PAGEONE in Beijing Fang provides citizens with different architectural spatial relationships, while PAGEONE in Beichen Hui hopes to become a bench in the park, giving citizens the opportunity to focus and feel their memories.
PAGEONE北辰荟黑胶概念店位于北京城北侧的奥林匹克森林公园内，与北京坊店沿着城市中轴线，南北呼应。北京坊的PAGEONE作为城市中的街巷，给予市民不同的建筑空间关系，北辰荟的PAGEONE则希望成为公园里的长椅，送给市民专注与感受自己的记忆。
