空间策略与形态语言:“MXTR PARK”项目最令人印象深刻的,是其对空间策略的精准把握。设计团队通过“一拱、两阶、三舞台”的空间逻辑,巧妙地将建筑转化为一个充满活力的城市事件容器。 圆柱形体量的选择并非随意,而是基于对周边环境的深入考量,它既考虑了与广场抱抱象的视觉对等关系,也顾及了与周边大体量建筑的和谐对话。 开放的南立面和18米钢构圆拱,不仅优化了商业展示面,更赋予了建筑独特的空间韵律,为公众提供了丰富的活动场所和视觉体验。

功能与形式的平衡:该项目在功能和形式的结合上展现了卓越的平衡性。 拱形几何切割形成的阶梯式顶棚,既满足了遮阳和引导人流的功能需求,又赋予了建筑独特的雕塑感。 材料的选择也极具匠心,银色铝板屋面与周围建筑形成呼应,而近人尺度的木材与木色铝板则营造出温馨亲切的氛围。 景观设计更是巧妙地模糊了商业与公共空间的界限,创造出自然流畅的过渡,增强了空间的开放性和吸引力。 通过精细的细节处理,使建筑在满足商业需求的同时,也具有了独特的艺术魅力。

As the core vitality node of Shenzhen Wanda Plaza Water Plaza, MXTR PARK takes the concept of a mixture park as its core, and creates a landmark carrier that combines commercial value and public attributes through concise and powerful geometric forms and three-dimensional open public space strategies.. The project aims to achieve a deep integration of commercial drainage and urban life, transforming buildings into a key link connecting commercial vitality and public life.

Current situation and challenges
The project faces two major problems: weak commercial atmosphere at the intersection of alleys and high streets, making it difficult to form a closed loop; The lack of signage at the end of the high street hinders the formation of effective scenery and affects the vitality of the area.

项目面临两大问题:里巷与高街交汇处商业氛围薄弱,难以形成闭环;高街尽端缺乏昭示性,无法形成有效对景,影响区域活力。

Planning Strategy
The design team selected a cylindrical volume as the solution through a rigorous "shape finding" process. The selection is based on three considerations: the circular shape has the qualities of rationality and humility; The cylinder can form a visual equivalence with the hugging elephant in the square; Its complete form can have an equal dialogue with surrounding large buildings. The planning scheme of "one arch, two stages, and three stages" has emerged: facing the active line, using Boolean techniques to open up the volume and form an open commercial interface; A stepped composite platform is set up on the side of the Water Square, activating the space through three levels - the first level elastic market area serves as a transitional space, the second level stepped grandstand area creates a ceremonial experience, and the top level aerial stage area creates an "aerial garden".

设计团队通过严谨的"找形"过程,最终选定圆柱形体量作为解决方案。选择基于三点考量:圆形具有理性且谦和的特质;圆柱体能与广场的抱抱象形成视觉对等关系;其完整形态可与周边大体量建筑平等对话。"一拱二阶三舞台"的规划方案应运而生:面向主动线采用布尔手法打开体量,形成开放商业界面;水广场侧设置阶梯式复合平台,通过三个层次激活空间——首层弹性市集区作为过渡空间,二层阶梯看台区创造仪式感体验,顶层空中舞台区打造"空中花园"。

Design Strategy
The building is centered around an 18 meter steel arch, with an open south facade to optimize the commercial display area.. Arched geometric cutting forms a large stepped ceiling, balancing functionality and form. In terms of material, the silver aluminum panel roof echoes the surrounding buildings, and the near human scale uses wood and wood colored aluminum panels to create a sense of familiarity. Landscape design blurs boundaries and achieves a natural transition between commercial and public spaces.

建筑以 18 米钢构圆拱为核心,南立面敞开以优化商业展示面。拱形几何切割形成大台阶顶棚,兼顾功能与形式。材质上,银色铝板屋面呼应周边建筑,近人尺度采用木材与木色铝板,营造亲切感。景观设计模糊边界,实现商业与公共空间的自然过渡。

Operation Strategy
The project has built a three in one operation system: achieving "long-term stay" through high-quality public spaces, attracting people to stay first and then naturally transforming commercial value; Carefully designed interactive scenes of "seeing and being seen", allowing the crowd and the building to complement each other as scenery; Fragmentation of near Earth space to form a micro space network with a sense of community, providing flexible possibilities for commercial operations. This strategy ensures the sustained vitality and commercial benefits of the space.
