After the completion of the first phase as a landmark building in the Largo da Batata urban redevelopment project, LAPI is steadily advancing the construction of the second phase, dedicated to creating a vibrant cultural, culinary, and commercial center in the Pinheiros area. The project was designed by Superlim ã o architectural firm, with Spol responsible for overall planning and developed by Jacarand á Capital. By integrating new commercial areas and strengthening connections between blocks, the initial plan was further expanded, promoting the continuous flow of people and experiences. In the second phase, the project follows the planning concept of open interconnection, respects local characteristics, and strengthens the positioning of the area as a gathering and outdoor experience destination.

At this stage, commercial storefronts facing the block are more attractive and create a more vibrant urban atmosphere. These storefronts are strategically located, strengthening the connection between the project and public spaces, activating foot traffic, and providing more possibilities for residents and tourists to use. By opening up spaces and increasing the transparency between plots, the project has enhanced public enjoyment, redefined space, and strengthened the connectivity between indoor and outdoor spaces.
在这一阶段，面向街区的商业店面更具吸引力，营造出更为活跃的城市氛围。这些店面战略性地布局，加强了项目与公共空间的联系，激活了人流，为居民和游客提供了更多使用可能。通过开放空间、增加地块间的通透性，项目提升了公众的享受度，重新定义了空间，增强了室内外空间的连通性。

Expanding the enjoyment space and redefining the layout - LAPI's planning philosophy has always been committed to achieving smooth connections between land parcels, encouraging circulation between spaces, and creating a livable environment that values the relationship between the city and its citizens. In the second phase, this concept added new levels of interaction while maintaining the existing structure as unchanged as possible.
拓展享受空间，重新定义格局 —— LAPI 的规划理念始终致力于实现地块间的流畅连接，鼓励空间之间的流通，营造一个重视城市与市民关系的宜居环境。在二期，这一理念在保持现有结构尽可能不变的基础上，增添了新的互动层次。

The area was originally occupied by parallel commercial warehouses and has now undergone a process of openness and spatial reorganization. By demolishing irregular buildings and creating internal passages, this renovation has created new high-quality urban spaces, bringing new vitality to the area through light, ventilation, and pedestrian flow. The comprehensive and accessible design of the project, combined with local plant landscapes, urban furniture, and recycled materials, enhances this smooth and pleasant experience.
该区域原先由并排的商业仓库占据，现已经历开放与空间重组的过程。通过拆除不规则建筑、创建内部通道，这一改造创造了新的优质城市空地，让光线、通风和人流为该地带来新的活力。项目全面无障碍的设计，结合本土植物景观、城市家具和再利用材料，强化了这种流畅而宜人的体验。

The transformation from the inside out - the new layout of the store not only strengthens the connection between commerce and the public, but also contributes to regional revitalization while maintaining regional characteristics. LAPI's planning revolves around the coexistence of different uses and visitor types, allowing Lagoda Batata Square to continue as a convenient gathering space while incorporating new flows and events.

The second phase continues the visual style of the first phase, including the continuity of flooring, benches, color matching, and signage, while respecting the essence of the original project and expanding its possibilities. As the overall plan evolves, LAPI reiterates its commitment to urban development, which is to restore historical memory, connect the region, and enhance the authentic experience in the core area of Pinheiros.
