项目概述与设计理念：九牧创新中心项目以其独特的设计理念，成功地回应了厦门中央商务区复杂且对比鲜明的环境。OMA巧妙地将建筑置于高楼林立的都市与葱郁山丘之间，通过一体化、雕塑感十足的外形，实现了建筑与环境的和谐统一。基座与塔楼的融合打破了传统办公建筑的刻板印象，创造了一种全新的形式语言。这种设计手法不仅是对场地文脉的尊重，更是对未来办公建筑发展趋势的一种探索和尝试。项目整体体现出对场地特质的深刻理解，并以创新的建筑语言回应了挑战，使其在城市环境中脱颖而出。
材料与功能性的结合：项目在材料选择上展现出对细节的极致追求。白色陶瓷条纹的外立面设计，既体现了九牧集团作为卫浴洁具公司的专业性和工艺性，也呼应了厦门这座城市的历史文化底蕴。这种对材料的运用不仅赋予了建筑独特的美学特质，更突出了其现代性和科技感。在功能设计方面，九牧创新中心巧妙地将公共空间与企业空间相结合，满足了不同使用者的需求，同时也体现了九牧集团对创新和开放的追求。这种设计手法使得建筑不仅是一个办公场所，更是一个交流和展示的平台，对企业文化的塑造起到了积极作用。

The Xiamen Jiumu Innovation Center designed by OMA has been completed. This project is the new headquarters building of Jiumu Group, a large Chinese sanitary ware company, located in the central business district of Xiamen. It has been put into use and will witness an important moment in Jiumu's growth into a global brand. It is a significant milestone in Jiumu Group's development journey.
由OMA 设计的厦门九牧创新中心已竣工。该项目是中国大型卫浴洁具公司九牧集团的新总部大楼，坐落于厦门中央商务区，现已投入使用，其将见证九牧成长为全球品牌的重要时刻，是九牧集团发展里程上一个具有意义的标志。

The building is situated between two contrasting environmental contexts, with high-rise buildings lining the city on one side and lush hills on the other. In terms of architectural design, it echoes the dual characteristics of the site environment with a sense of unity and sculpture. The fusion of the base and tower breaks the traditional conventional style of office buildings and brings new forms.
大楼坐落于两种对比鲜明的环境语境之间，一侧是高楼林立的市区，另一侧则是山丘绿荫。在建筑设计上，其以具有一体感和雕塑感的外形呼应场地环境的双重特质，基座与塔楼相融合的形态，打破办公建筑传统常规样式，带来新的形式类型。

The exterior of the Jiumu Innovation Center building is decorated with white ceramic stripes, as well as a spatial functional design that combines public and corporate use, reflecting craftsmanship and high-tech manufacturing. These two are not only the two key points of Jiumu Enterprise's development mission, but also important features of Xiamen's past and modern culture.
九牧创新中心大楼饰以白色陶瓷条纹的外立面，以及公共与企业用途相结合的空间功能设计，体现代表了工艺和高科技生产制造，这两者既是九牧企业发展使命中的两大要点，同时亦是厦门过去和现代文化的重要特色。

The main architect of this project is OMA partner Chris Van Doon, and the project's lead architects are Zhang Lingxiao and Lu Chen. OMA partner Chris van Duijn said, "The new headquarters of Jiumu is the first completed project among multiple high-rise building projects designed and completed by our firm in China over the past decade. These high-rise building projects we have designed and built in rapidly growing cities such as Hangzhou, Xiamen, and Shenzhen have established new dialogue connections with the surrounding urban context and environment exploration, giving a new interpretation to the tower types commonly used in China's recent urban expansion
该项目建筑设计主创为 OMA合伙人克里斯·范杜恩，项目领队建筑师为张凌霄、卢陈。OMA 合伙人克里斯·范杜恩（Chris van Duijn）表示：“九牧新总部是我们事务所过去十年来在中国设计落成的多个高层建筑项目中的首个竣工项目。我们在杭州、厦门和深圳等快速增长城市设计打造 的这些高层建筑项目，为其与周边的城市脉络环境探索建立了新的对话联系，对中国近期城市扩张中普遍盛行采用的塔楼类型赋予新的演绎。”
