建筑材料与可持续性:Ágora UNI 项目在建筑材料和建造方式上体现了对可持续发展的承诺。项目采用了预制系统,这种方法不仅提高了建造效率,减少了材料浪费,也缩短了建设周期。穿孔波纹金属外墙的设计,既保证了通风,又有效遮挡了直射阳光,降低了能耗。宽大的窗户设计则促进了室内外景观的互动,让使用者能够与周围的自然环境建立联系。外部天篷和西侧看台的设计,为人们提供了观赏日落和享受户外休闲的场所,进一步提升了生活品质。

The Á gora UNI project combines office and dining spaces within the Á gora Technology Park, seamlessly integrating with the surrounding environment while providing a healthy environment through natural ventilation and lighting. Marcus Damon, partner of Est ú dio M ó dulo, emphasized that the project follows the route of "epidemic resistant architecture", inspired by the methods of early 20th century modernist architects who prioritized ventilation and indoor lighting.

The strategic location of Á gora UNI enables direct connectivity between the complex's canopy and the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC). The central atrium leads to a forest area designed specifically for leisure and picnicking, providing visitors with experiences that promote well-being and enhance their quality of life. According to Ricardo Fantinelli, Executive Director of Agora Technology Park, the environment aims to encourage innovation, collaboration, and well-being, with open and flexible spaces that promote teamwork and creative exchange between different departments.

In addition to functionality, Agora Technology Park is also committed to providing high-quality living experiences for visitors, students, and employees, promoting visual connections with the surrounding landscape, including the Mar Mountains and Atlantic Forest. The wide windows allow for interaction between indoors and outdoors, while the perforated corrugated metal covered exterior walls ensure ventilation and prevent direct sunlight. The external canopy serves as a spacious balcony, while the stands on the west side of the building provide a place to watch the sunset.

The Agora Technology Park is built using prefabricated systems, achieving efficient and low waste construction, and is completed in a relatively short period of time. This method enables the MOBILE, HUB, and UNI buildings in Agora to be delivered within five years, with a total area exceeding 20000 square meters.

With its outstanding design quality, Agora Technology Park won an award from the Brazilian Institute of Architects Santa Catarina Branch (IAB SC) in 2023 and was nominated for the 10th Saint Gobain AsBEA Award.
