对巴黎城市肌理的尊重与创新：这个项目是对巴黎城市文脉的深刻理解和回应。建筑师将教育空间置于巴黎时尚之都的中心，巧妙地将传统与创新相结合，赋予了校园全新的定义。波纹钢板立面的运用，展现了建筑的现代感和独特性，同时与周围环境和谐共存。全高玻璃窗和金属框架的设计，最大程度地利用了自然光线和通风，提升了空间的舒适度。整个项目不仅是对马兰戈尼学院的贡献，也是对巴黎城市景观的一次重要补充。它挑战了创意的边界，证明了建筑设计在塑造城市形象和推动文化发展方面的重要作用，为巴黎增添了新的活力。

The project is located at the intersection of Rue L ü beck and Rue Boise et Loire in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, aiming to create a new campus for the Marangoni Paris campus. It covers an area of approximately 1500 square meters and includes facilities such as classrooms, auditoriums, meeting rooms, and offices. By renovating and redesigning an ancient 19th-century building, the project expands it into contemporary architecture and urban form, and creates a new courtyard that promotes dialogue between historical and modern architecture. In order to comply with legal requirements for open space and visibility, the expansion section is designed in a U-shape around the secondary courtyard, which is enclosed on the north side by the existing shared wall. This outdoor space has been carefully landscaped to enhance visual connectivity and integrate greenery into the urban fabric.
该项目位于巴黎十六区吕贝克街与博伊西埃尔街的交汇处，旨在打造马兰戈尼巴黎校区的新校区，占地约1500平方米，包含教室、礼堂、会议室、办公室等设施。通过改造和重新规划一座19世纪的古老建筑，该项目将其扩展为当代建筑和城市形态，并创造了一个促进历史建筑与现代建筑对话的新庭院。为了符合法律对开放空间和视线的要求，扩建部分被设计成围绕次级庭院的U形，次级庭院北侧由现有的共用墙围合。这片户外空间经过精心景观设计，增强了视觉联系，并将绿化融入城市肌理。

Ground Floor Plan

This project is intertwined with the essence of the Parisian urban landscape, seamlessly blending old and new. A sculptural staircase is projected onto the garden, unifying the different levels of the campus and providing a smooth and consistent campus experience for students, faculty, staff, and creative individuals. The Marangoni community - students, professors, artists, and designers - can therefore explore endless possibilities for film, fashion, and creative expression. The external walkway serves as an exhibition space, transforming the inner courtyard into an open stage for showcasing student works. As for the roof, it is divided into three areas: an inaccessible green roof, a series of terraces, and a sloping roof, providing a variety of spatial experiences. Every architectural element and its organization aims to enhance creative potential.

This project places the educational space at the center of the world's fashion capital, perfectly integrating tradition and innovation, thus redefining the educational space. The campus is designed as a vibrant infrastructure that encourages exploration and transparency. It is not only a learning place, but also an international exhibition platform for fashion and art. Therefore, its architectural design amplifies the interaction, collaboration, and creativity among various media in the school: fabrics, materials, light, dynamism, and contrast. Design is not constrained by site limitations, but is committed to transforming it into an opportunity for innovation. The staircase overlooking the garden becomes a unique hybrid space for reflection and inspiration, encouraging accidental discoveries, spontaneous encounters, and promoting overall creative collaboration, all built around bold and smooth functional organization.

Elevation

The facade is composed of corrugated steel plates, each with a unique texture and subtle gray variations. The full height glass panel and metal frame run through the entire area, maximizing natural lighting and ventilation in this slightly enclosed area. The building is sturdy, elegant, and complements the surrounding environment. This park is not just a building - it is an invitation to challenge the boundaries of creativity and an important contribution to Paris' reputation as a city of fashion and innovation
