The design concept of this family residence located in the Lu ž ianky district of Nitra, Slovakia, is based on the concept of symbiotic architecture and aims to break through traditional boundaries. The client hopes to create a sustainable and modern eco-friendly building that harmoniously coexists with the surrounding environment. The plot is located at the end of a road near the golf course and is inclined. This flat roofed single story residential building, along with an independent garage, is naturally embedded in the slope.
这座位于斯洛伐克尼特拉市卢日扬基(Lužianky)区的家庭住宅设计理念,基于共生建筑的概念,旨在突破传统界限。客户希望打造一座持久且现代、与周边环境和谐共生的生态友好型建筑。该地块位于高尔夫球场附近一条道路的尽头,呈倾斜状。这座平顶单层住宅连同独立的车库,自然地嵌入斜坡之中。

The views on the north and east sides appear compact and concise, with the starting part of the building's volume clearly discernible. The entrance area is formed by offsetting the main body of the house from the bedroom area. The main entrance of the house is located on the north side, connected to the garage and small warehouse. This area, together with the covered terrace, forms a transitional space between indoors and outdoors. The roof design here can protect the house from the harsh weather on the north side and also prevent possible overheating caused by direct sunlight on the south side.
北侧和东侧的视野显得紧凑而简洁,建筑体量的起始部分清晰可辨。入口区域是通过将房屋主体从卧室区域偏移而形成的。房屋的主入口位于北侧,与车库和小型仓库相连。这一区域与有顶棚的露台共同构成了一个室内与室外之间的过渡空间。此处的屋顶设计能够保护房屋免受北侧恶劣天气的影响,同时也可防止房屋因南侧阳光直射而可能出现的过热情况。

The layout of the main open indoor space includes the entrance area, living room, dining room, kitchen, and workspace. The indoor space is directly connected to the garden, allowing for full utilization of the garden. The building volume in the daily activity area is slightly higher than other parts of the house. From the south and west sides, the building volume of the house is more dispersed and has some concessions according to the geometric features of the terrain. The master bedroom, children's room, and dining room all face west. This facade is lower and slightly embedded in the hillside, with windows on the ground. The nighttime activity area is connected to the daily activity area through a corridor, which also leads to the main bathroom, equipment room, and study. There are bathrooms on the north facade, which receive natural light through skylights.
主要开放式室内空间的布局包括入口区域、客厅、餐厅、厨房以及工作区。室内空间与花园直接相连,从而能够充分利用花园。日常活动区域的建筑体量略高于房屋的其他部分。从南侧和西侧看,房屋的建筑体量因应地形几何特征而更为分散且有所退让。主卧室、儿童房以及餐厅均朝西。这一立面较低,且微微嵌入山坡,地面设有窗户。夜间活动区域与日常活动区域通过一条走廊相连,该走廊还通向主浴室、设备间以及书房。北侧立面上设有浴室,这些浴室通过天窗采光。

The monochromatic material scheme highlights the straight lines, rhythm, and gradient of the building. The wood, coarse texture, and fine plaster are all blended into white. The combination of rough and smooth surfaces further highlights the form of the building. The characteristics of the monochrome facade are in sharp contrast to the interior of the building, which uses orthogonal laminated wood (CLT) panels to present wood elements. Photovoltaic panels, rainwater storage tanks, and green roofs have jointly improved this ecological design concept. The vegetation on the roof ensures the thermal stability of the building, especially in summer, watering and the height of herbaceous and perennial plants themselves can help reduce the surface temperature of the roof. Combining thermal storage substrates, sunshades, and heat recovery systems with buried heat exchangers, these designs ensure the passive stability of the building. Therefore, the building is both environmentally friendly and provides users with a healthy living environment.
单色材质方案凸显了建筑的直线条、韵律感以及层次渐变。木材、粗质与细腻的灰泥均调和为白色。粗糙与光滑的表面相互结合,进一步突显建筑的形态。单色立面的特质与建筑内部形成鲜明对比,建筑内部采用正交胶合木(CLT)板材来呈现木材元素。光伏板、雨水蓄水箱以及绿色屋顶共同完善了这一生态设计理念。屋顶的植被确保了建筑的热稳定性,尤其在夏季,浇水以及草本植物和多年生植物自身的高度都有助于降低屋顶表面温度。结合蓄热基板、遮阳屏以及带有地埋式换热器的热回收系统,这些设计确保了建筑的被动式稳定性。因此,该建筑既环保,又能为使用者提供健康的居住环境。
