This building is located on a steep cape overlooking the Az ó ia cliffs, and its design concept stems from an expectation - to allow the building to retreat and make way for space on the site. The residence blends into the terrain, blends with the skyline, and corresponds to the scale of the site. The original building consists of a windmill and three interconnected volumes with different geometric shapes, presenting complex interlocking relationships. The roof slope is also unique, requiring both exquisite and precise techniques in the spatial reconstruction process.

The kitchen, which was originally isolated from the outside world, has now been integrated into social areas, becoming an indispensable part of daily life and strengthening its connection with the ocean. Upstairs, by redesigning the layout of each room, three cramped bedrooms were successfully transformed into two spacious suites, which not only improved the comfort of living, but also provided better indoor lighting and a better view of the scenery outside the window.

The composition of building facades has been redefined with the aim of seeking a new form of balance and optimizing the visual relationship with the external environment. The most intensive renovation occurred in the central volume section, which was replaced by a glass body constructed with high reflective glass. This design choice creates a sense of tranquility, reflecting the surrounding landscape while making the building itself seem hidden in the intangible.

In the treatment of the first floor building facade, the covering material selected is handmade two-dimensional and three-dimensional tiles designed by artist and ceramic artist MAVC. The rhythmic use of three-dimensional elements evokes the surging of the ocean, while the blue-green water tone forms a color coherence with the surrounding vegetation and the sea. The same design concept has also been applied to the swimming pool area, where the architecture seems to be integrated into the materials of the site, creating a seamless whole. The roof and upper facade are covered with colored lime in the color of Cape Town stone, further enhancing the structural coherence between the house and the ground, as well as between the building and nature.

Exquisite and exquisite precious materials were selected indoors, among which the rare and highly expressive Maca ú bas Blue marble became the core element of the entire project. The former multipurpose room has been redefined, with pink tones extracted from Cape Town stones giving it a brand new texture, echoing in subtle texture harmony with custom designed woodwork and hydraulic mosaics. The entire project is based on the concept of 'understated architecture', with each decision dedicated to exploring the essence: materials, lighting, and the relationship with the site. This is an architectural style aimed at maintaining tranquility without losing rigor; It retreats itself to highlight the presence of the ocean, sky, and cliffs. Here, the house does not deliberately showcase itself, but stands quietly, blending in with the surrounding environment.
