空间叙事与光线捕捉：“三窗之家”项目虽然体量不大，却在空间叙事和光线处理上展现出精湛的设计功力。设计师巧妙运用门槛高度、台阶下降、天花板倾斜等手法，营造出微妙的空间前倾感，引导视线。室内以中性色调为主，木材与白色石膏板的结合，更突出了窗户在空间中的主导地位，将居住者的视线引向花园上方的开阔视野。这种对光线的捕捉和引导，不仅增强了空间的通透感，也赋予了建筑一种动态的生命力。建筑师通过对细节的极致把握，创造出引人入胜的空间体验。

内外融合与环境共生：该项目最突出的亮点之一在于其对自然环境的尊重和巧妙融合。建筑坐落在陡峭的坡地上，面向东北，设计充分利用了现有地形和景观，最大限度地减少了对周围环境的干扰。设计师巧妙地利用树木遮荫和东北风，实现了无需空调的自然降温，体现了可持续的设计理念。薄楼板和南北通风口的设置，保证了室内空气流通，实现了良好的通风效果。这些设计细节体现了建筑师对环境的深刻理解和对可持续发展的追求，强调了人与自然的和谐共生，为使用者创造了一个舒适宜人的居住环境。

细节之处的匠心独运：“三窗之家”的成功，离不开对每一个细节的精心雕琢。例如，凸窗边缘设置的驻足空间，恰好容纳一人或两人，成为观察风景、交流情感的理想场所。设计师在现有住宅内增加房间和入口楼梯，以满足扩大家庭的需求，显示出对空间功能的合理规划。工程主要在现有住宅的占地面积内进行，以最大限度地减少对周围景观的影响。现有的露台在夏季为新北侧的窗户遮挡阳光，并在冬季提供了一个可以坐在直射阳光下的地方。这种设计不仅实用，更体现了设计师对居住者生活方式的深入理解和人文关怀。

Although this project is small, it has unique features in terms of spatial design. The height of the threshold, the steps descending from the hall, and the inclination of the ceiling create a subtle sense of forward leaning. The interior decoration has a neutral color tone, with wood material underneath the white gypsum board, and all eyes are directed towards the window that extends towards the space above the garden.
这个项目虽然小，但是空间设计上有着与众不同的地方。门槛的高度、从大厅向下的台阶以及天花板的倾斜度，共同营造出一种隐约的前倾感。室内装修色调中性，白色石膏板下方是木材质地，所有视线都导向那扇向花园上空的空间延伸的窗户。

这个项目在现有一栋靠海的现有住宅中增加了三个房间和一个新的入口楼梯，以供扩大的家庭和客人使用。

The site has a steep slope and faces northeast. Entering from the street below, passing through the already built front garden, one can overlook the bay. To the south is the national park, and the house is located below the narrow ridge of Green Point; This ridge can withstand south winds and limit the potential risk of severe wildfires.
场地坡度陡峭，面向东北，从下面的街道进入，穿过已建成的前花园，可以俯瞰海湾。南面是国家公园，房子位于格林角狭窄山脊的下方；这条山脊可以抵御南风，并限制了严重山火的潜在风险。

Elevation

The project is mainly carried out within the existing residential area to minimize the impact on the surrounding landscape. The design work covers carefully considered structures and construction techniques to support the residence during the construction process. The existing terrace blocks the sunlight from the new north window in summer and provides a place to sit in direct sunlight in winter.
工程主要在现有住宅的占地面积内进行，以最大限度地减少对周围景观的影响。设计工作涵盖了精心考虑的结构和施工技术，以在施工过程中支撑住宅。现有的露台在夏天为新北侧的窗户遮挡阳光，并在冬天提供了一个可以坐在直射阳光下的地方。

There is no air conditioning here, instead the shade of trees above and the northeast wind bring coolness in summer. The thin floor slab, combined with north-south ventilation openings, provides ventilation for all spaces, making it perform well in terms of environmental protection. This project avoids flashy technological means, ensures a good living experience for users, and promotes a lasting connection between users and the surrounding environment.
这里没有空调，取而代之的是头顶的树荫和东北风在夏天带来凉爽。薄薄的楼板，加上南北通风口，为所有空间提供了穿堂风，使其在环保方面表现良好。该项目避开了华而不实的技术手段，保障了用户良好的居住体验，并促进了用户与周边环境的持久联系。
