空间布局的精巧构思： “多孔之家”项目最引人入胜之处在于其对空间布局的巧妙运用。设计师巧妙地借鉴了“九宫格”的经典模式，将功能区域清晰分隔，同时又通过视线上的连通性，营造出开放而流动的感觉。中央的采光天井不仅是空间的核心，也为室内带来了充足的自然光线。更令人赞叹的是，项目结合了标高变化，公共空间通过微妙的高度差形成螺旋式动线，使得空间层次更加丰富，每个区域既保有独立性，又彼此关联，这种设计手法充分考虑了多代同堂家庭的居住需求，同时也提升了空间的艺术感和舒适度。

光影与材质的完美融合： 设计师对光线的运用可谓是炉火纯青。项目采用了内向型设计策略，通过不同大小的外窗和天窗，巧妙地控制着室内光线的进入。这些水平和垂直方向的开口，不仅引入了自然光，还在空间中创造出流动的光影效果，使得居住者可以在不同的时间、不同的空间感受到光线的变化，营造出令人愉悦的居住体验。此外，项目在材质的选择上也颇具匠心，光线与材质的相互作用，进一步提升了空间的质感。这种对光线和材质的精妙把握，是项目能够呈现出优雅和舒适感的重要原因。

建筑形态的创新与传承： 在建筑形态上，项目将功能分区与建筑语言完美结合。下部的公共区域设计成带天井的集中式底座，上部的卧室则采用独立的体量，创造出空中露台和花园。同时，建筑体量在转角处进行了旋转，这不仅丰富了建筑的整体形态，也使其更好地融入了街区的整体环境。这种设计既尊重了传统民居的内向性，又融入了现代设计理念，使得建筑在满足功能需求的同时，也具有了独特的艺术性和创新性。这种对传统与现代的融合，是“多孔之家”项目区别于其他项目的关键所在。

This is an independent residence designed for families with multiple generations. In order to adapt to the cold climate in northern China, this residence adopts an inward facing design strategy, with a central skylight as the core of the entire space. Through different sizes of external windows and skylights, the indoor lighting is cleverly adjusted to create a soft and pleasant living experience. The flat layout draws inspiration from the classic pattern of the "Nine Palace Grid". This layout not only clearly separates functional areas, but also establishes close connections between spaces. The design of Jiugong grid not only conforms to the Chinese cultural cognition of "home", but also naturally forms the transition from public to private space. The center of the Nine Palace Grid is a skylight courtyard, surrounded by functional areas such as the entrance hall, living room, dining room, kitchen, and staircase. The corner block rotates in the direction of the intersection, forming a study that shares a line of sight with the external park road. On the plane processing, several edges around the center will be encrypted to form channels and stairs between the double walls, effectively distinguishing functional space from traffic space, and creating perception nodes for migratory routes and intersections like corridors in traditional gardens.
这是一个为了多代人口的家庭设计的一个独立住宅。为了适应中国北方的寒冷气候，这个住宅采用内向型的设计策略，中央的采光天井是整个空间的核心，通过不同大小的外窗和天窗，巧妙地调节了室内光线，营造出柔和且令人愉悦的居住体验。平面布局借鉴了“九宫格”的经典模式。这种布局方式不仅能够清晰地分隔功能区域，同时又能在空间之间建立紧密的联系。九宫格的设计不仅符合中国人对“家”的文化认知，也自然形成公共到私密空间的过渡。九宫格中心为采光天井，玄关、起居室、餐厅、厨房、楼梯间等功能区域围绕其周围展开。转角方块面对十字路口方向旋转，形成一个和外部园区道路视线共享的书房。平面处理上将围绕中心的几条边加密，形成双墙之间的通道和楼梯，有效区分了功能空间和交通空间，并在产生了犹如传统园林中通廊般的洄游动线和交叉口的感知节点。

This design cleverly utilizes elevation changes and spatial corners. The functional spaces in public areas are separated by subtle height differences, forming a spiral flow. From the entrance to the tea room, living room, dining room, and then to the study, the space gradually increases, ensuring the independence of each area and making the entire space appear transparent and flowing through open visual connections. Each area is connected to the outdoor terrace landscape through french window, further strengthening the relationship between the interior and nature.
本设计中巧妙地运用了标高变化和空间转角。公共区域的功能空间通过微妙的高度差别分隔，形成了一个螺旋式的动线。从玄关到茶室、客厅、餐厅，再到书房，空间逐步升高，既保证了各区域的独立性，又通过开阔的视线连接让整个空间显得通透流动。每个区域都通过落地窗与外部的露台景观相连，进一步强化了室内与自然的关系。

The subtle height difference, separation on the plane, and so on have brought complex sectional relationships to the interior and exterior of this residential building. In addition to the large and small windows on the facade, the design also includes several skylights of different shapes and sizes to form a "light extractor" facing the interior space. These horizontal and vertical openings not only allow natural light to enter the interior from different directions, but also create a flowing effect in the space.
微妙的高差、平面上分离等等，给这个居住建筑内外带来了复杂的剖面关系。除了立面上大大小小的窗之外，设计中还通过若干个不同形态和大小的天窗形成面向内部空间的“取光器”，这些水平和垂直方向的开口不仅让自然光线从不同方向进入室内，还在空间中营造出流动的效果。

In terms of architectural form, the lower common part of the household is a centralized base with a courtyard; The upper bedroom is designed with an independent volume, creating an aerial terrace and garden. At the same time, on the side facing the intersection, the building volume is appropriately rotated, which not only enriches the overall form, but also better integrates into the overall environment of the block.
在建筑形态上，下部的家庭公共部分为带天井的集中形式的底座；上部的卧室则通过独立的体量设计，产生空中的露台和花园。同时，在面对路口的一侧，建筑体量适当旋转，不仅丰富了整体形态，也更好地融入了街区的整体环境。

This residence creates a functional and artistic living space through a nine grid layout, elevation changes, and diverse lighting designs. It not only meets the living needs of multi generational families, but also provides an elegant and comfortable living experience through the use of natural light.
这座住宅通过九宫格的布局、标高变化以及多样的采光设计，创造了一个既功能性强又富有艺术性的居住空间。它不仅满足了多代家庭的生活需求，也通过自然光线的运用，提供了优雅且舒适的生活体验。
