The project aims to comprehensively renovate the residence where the client was born and raised. The surrounding area is filled with similar prefabricated houses, so when planning the houses, the design team focused on the issue of visibility between adjacent houses.
该项目旨在对客户出生并成长的住所进行全面翻新。周边地区布满了类似的预制房屋，因此在规划房屋时，设计团队着重考虑了邻近房屋之间的视线问题。

The client has roughly envisioned a renovated scene: a residential building with a rustic texture, so the design team's challenge is how to achieve this vision while renovating this prefabricated house. Taking this into consideration, the design team has created a second floor living and dining area (LDK) with a unique and rustic texture and presence, which can be perceived from indoors to outdoors.
客户大致构想了一个翻新后的场景：一个以质朴的纹理为住的住宅，因此设计团队的挑战在于如何在翻新这座预制房屋时实现这一愿景。考虑到这一点，设计团队设计了具有独特质朴纹理和存在感的二楼起居餐厨（LDK）区域，这种质感从室内到室外都能被感知到。

The design team arranged the bathroom and storage room on the first floor, the living and dining area on the second floor, and private rooms on the third floor without changing the original functions of the building. One unique feature is that the kitchen/dining table, floor, walls, ceiling, etc. all use a uniform texture. Due to load-bearing limitations, the design team used PVC flooring and Porter brand wall coatings, and after repeated adjustments, finally determined the color.
在不改变建筑原有功能的前提下，设计团队布置了一楼的浴室和储物间、二楼的起居餐厨区和三楼的私人房间。一个独特之处在于，厨房/餐桌、地板、墙壁、天花板等均采用统一的纹理。由于承重限制，设计团队使用了 PVC 地板和 Porter 品牌的墙面涂料，并经过反复调整才最终确定了颜色。

In order to create an ideal atmosphere for the second floor, the design team demolished the existing exterior walls and balconies and rebuilt them. The first and third floors have been renovated in a minimalist manner, highlighting the interior and exterior renovation effect of the second floor.
为了营造二楼的理想氛围，设计团队拆除了现有的外墙和阳台，并重新建造。一楼和三楼则以简约的方式进行了翻新，从而凸显出二楼的内外翻新效果。
