The design strategy of this house involves handling and harmonizing artificial and natural factors, and the design team believes in affirming and shaping the building through the regulation and distribution of courtyards in the planning. The geometric shape and volume of rationalism highlight the natural and environmental values that are beneficial for residential spaces.

A water feature serving as a landscape pool compensates for the insufficient lighting and semi buried underground conditions in the entrance courtyard. The central void is composed of three sides, all of which blend into the terrain. One side is used for social activities, while the other side is used for personal activities. It is connected to the center through a transparent and void sense of space, which is materialized at the entrance and makes it more vivid. The main body of the building is tightly and firmly anchored on the slope, but at the same time, there is a sense of suspension, allowing the soil to flow and extend between the outside and the center of the courtyard, and maintaining the unity and continuity of vegetation.

The static horizontal feeling of the cross-section is full of vitality due to diagonal crossing motion, which is generated by different transparency, which is reflected through the negative space of the sloping and easily accessible roof. This is because the terrain adds extensibility to the roof and reflects the storytelling of the house. The materiality used runs through the enclosed space of the house and confirms this comprehensive and holistic dimension. Architecture continues to demonstrate its transformative nature, while also adding stability and quality to the site.
