外观改造的精妙之处：建筑师巧妙地利用了极简主义的设计手法，为原先凌乱的建筑外立面赋予了全新的生命。嫣红色的几何网格框架不仅赋予了酒店醒目的视觉焦点，更使其在周围绿植的映衬下脱颖而出。这种大胆的色彩选择，与灰白色的中性底色形成了鲜明的对比，营造出一种既现代又和谐的视觉效果。入口处大悬挑的不锈钢雨棚和玻璃砖墙、铝型材的组合，则进一步丰富了建筑的材质变化，在视觉上达到了平衡。低矮灌木的巧妙点缀，更为入口注入了生机与活力，展现了设计对细节的极致追求。

空间设计的巧思与层次：该项目在空间布局上展现了出色的策略性，尤其是对于首层大堂和餐厅的处理。面对局促的空间和不利的采光条件，设计采用了“先抑后扬”的手法，通过实墙隔绝外界干扰，引导视线，从而营造出一种引人入胜的体验。大堂内超长前台的设计，以及木格栅、玻璃砖与光影的巧妙结合，都为空间增添了深度和层次感，创造出静谧雅致的氛围。餐厅设计同样精彩，通过空间上的收放，成功化解了低矮层高的局限，并利用色彩搭配，营造出独特的用餐氛围。

自然元素与城市景观的完美融合： 项目最突出的亮点在于其对自然环境的尊重和利用。建筑师充分利用了酒店周边湿地公园、深圳湾超级总部等城市景观资源，将自然元素融入设计之中。屋顶花园的打造，为客人提供了欣赏城市天际线和湿地公园的绝佳视角，实现了城市繁华与自然风景的完美结合。同时，室内设计也延续了这一理念，通过运用木格栅、干枝等元素，营造出与外部环境相呼应的自然氛围。这种设计理念，使得酒店不仅仅是一个住宿场所，更是一个能让人放松身心，体验城市与自然和谐共生的空间。

The wetland park on the east side of the hotel is a precious urban landscape memory after the southern expansion of Shenzhen's coastline. It, along with the nearby Window of the World Park, constitutes a valuable natural landscape resource for the hotel, and in the future, the southbound Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters will also become a beautiful scenic spot. Xiaoye Lanren Boulevard filters out the hustle and bustle of the city, guiding guests to settle their minds. The design aims to introduce natural veins and create a peaceful paradise amidst the hustle and bustle.
酒店东侧的湿地公园是深圳海岸线南扩后珍贵的城市地貌记忆。它与邻近的世界之窗公园构成酒店宝贵的自然景观资源，未来南向的深圳湾超级总部也将成为亮丽风景线。小叶榄仁林荫道过滤都市喧嚣，引导客人沉淀心境。设计旨在引入自然脉络，于喧嚣中辟一方静谧桃源。

The original building facade was messy, and the design wrapped the building in a minimalist geometric vermilion grid frame, forming a complete form and achieving light renovation. The striking crimson color makes the hotel stand out among the greenery. At the same time, the original exterior walls were expanded with window openings and covered with gray white paint to form a neutral and transparent base color, which harmoniously matched with the bright red frame. The entrance is designed with a large cantilevered stainless steel canopy to create visual tension, complemented by glass brick walls and grid aluminum profiles, creating rich material variations and visual balance. Low shrubs dotted the area, injecting vibrant vitality into the entrance.
原建筑立面凌乱，设计以极简几何嫣红格子框架包裹建筑，形成完整形态，实现轻改造。醒目的嫣红色使酒店在绿意中跃为焦点。与此同时，原外墙扩大窗洞，覆以灰白涂料形成中性通透底色，与嫣红框架和谐搭配。入口以大悬挑不锈钢雨棚创造视觉张力，辅以玻璃砖墙与方格铝型材，形成丰富的材料变化与视觉平衡。低矮灌木丛点缀其中，为入口注入盎然的生机。

Perforated rust plates, along with Chinese parasol trees and shrubs, enclose a leisurely rooftop garden. Guests can enjoy a panoramic view of the Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters skyline to the south, a wetland park to the east, and also admire the Window of the World fireworks show on weekend nights, fully enjoying the city's prosperity and natural scenery.
穿孔锈板与乌桕、灌木共同围合出休闲的屋顶花园。客人可在此南瞰深圳湾超级总部天际线，东眺湿地公园，亦可在周末夜晚欣赏世界之窗烟花秀，尽享城市繁华与自然风景。

Due to property rights constraints, the lobby space on the first floor is cramped and directly faces the west sun and chaotic street scenes. The design adopts a technique of first suppressing and then lifting: the entrance face is isolated from interference by a solid wall, leaving only a transparent glass entrance, and the south facing narrow courtyard is used to attract light for landscaping. After the guest enters, their gaze is directed towards the pure courtyard, and the space progresses layer by layer. The ultra long front desk becomes the core visual element and enhances the spatial depth. Wooden grids, glass bricks, and interplay of light and shadow, combined with simple furniture and dry branches, create a serene and elegant atmosphere.
受限于产权条件，首层大堂空间局促且直面西晒与杂乱街景。设计采用先抑后扬的手法：入口面以实墙隔绝干扰，仅留通透玻璃入口，并借南向窄庭引光造景。客人进入后，视线被引向纯净边庭，空间层层递进。超长前台成为核心视觉元素并增强空间纵深感。木格栅、玻璃砖与光影交织，配合简约家具与干枝，营造静谧雅致的氛围。

The restaurant uses a space that is initially restrained and then uplifted. Guests enter the front hall of the restaurant from the dim elevator hall and use the suspended terrazzo wall at the bottom to guide the light. Guests then turn into a bright dining area, and the forest landscape outside the window is suddenly presented. The disadvantage of low ceiling height is cleverly resolved by strengthening the continuity of beam and wall, dividing the pavement, and limiting the ceiling, and dividing the large space into different dining areas. The interior color continues the facade, and the bright red cement texture of the ceiling by the window complements the natural atmosphere outside, complemented by dark wooden grilles to create a quiet dining atmosphere. Divide the space by the window and solid wall, hide the columns to form a framing frame, and use hollow grilles to weaken the sense of heaviness.
餐厅运用先抑后扬的空间营造，客人从昏暗电梯厅步入餐厅前厅，利用悬挂水磨石墙底部引光，客人随之转入明亮就餐区，窗外的树林景观从而豁然呈现。低矮层高的缺点通过强化梁墙连续感、铺装划分及吊顶限定巧妙化解，并且将大空间切分为不同就餐区。室内色彩延续立面，窗边嫣红水泥质感的天花吊顶衬托窗外自然，辅以深色木格栅营造静谧就餐氛围。靠窗实墙划分空间并隐藏柱子形成取景框，同时辅以镂空格栅削弱厚重感。
