设计理念与环境呼应：该项目巧妙地将设计理念与场地环境完美融合，突显出对光影的深刻理解。项目选址顺德北滘新城，面对西南方向的街道，阳光充足，但同时也带来了挑战。设计师并未简单地阻挡阳光，而是通过“婆娑的树影”这一意象，巧妙地过滤阳光，创造出舒适的室内外空间。这种设计理念不仅解决了广东地区夏季炎热的问题，更赋予了空间一种诗意和生命力。通过光影的变化，设计师成功地将时间的概念融入到空间中，使得空间在不同时间段呈现出不同的韵味。

空间叙事与情感体验：项目最令人称道之处在于其对空间叙事的精心雕琢，以及对顾客情感体验的细腻把握。设计师以“最宝贵的食材是时间”为核心，将阳光、阴影、四季更替等元素融入到空间设计中。晨光唤醒空间，午后光影交织，夜晚灯光延续，每一个细节都充满了故事感。这种设计手法打破了传统商业空间的单调，赋予了空间温度和情感。顾客不仅可以享用糖水，更能体验到一种独特的、与时间对话的氛围，这种设计理念极大地提升了项目的商业价值和文化内涵。

材质与细节的精致处理：从建筑设计的角度来看，该项目在材质选择和细节处理上都体现了设计师的专业水准。泥木建筑的质朴与现代感相结合，形成了独特的视觉效果。对“大树”意象的运用，不仅解决了室内空间结构上的问题，也为品牌塑造了更强的辨识度。设计师对光影的巧妙运用，使得材质本身呈现出丰富的层次感和质感。无论是砾石、桌椅，还是糖晶，都在光线的映照下，散发出不同的光彩，营造出一种温馨、舒适的氛围。这些细节的精心处理，共同构建了项目的精髓。

The project is located next to the headquarters of Midea in Beijiao New City, Shunde. It is a new street area called "Shunde ALSO" that aims to create a spiritual scene within reach. The storefront faces southwest, and the wide street in front of the door, along with the landscape on the opposite side and the side of the art museum, form a flat area with a wide view. Against the backdrop of the surrounding high-rise buildings, it feels like being in a valley. The sunshine of the year is just right, shining directly in this area from morning till night, bringing sufficient brightness to the store, but at the same time, it also brings many troubles because Guangdong sunlight is spicy, long-lasting, and has high temperatures.
项目位于顺德北滘新城美的总部旁，一个希望打造触手可及的精神现场的新街区“顺德ALSO”。店面朝西南，门前宽阔的街道与对面和美术馆侧门地景构成视线开阔的平坦地带，在周边高层的衬托下，如同在山谷中。一年的阳光恰如其分地，从早到晚直晒这一带，给店里带来充足亮度，但同时也带来了很多困扰，因为广东日光毒辣，持续时间长，温度高。

TATI believes that 'the most precious ingredient is time'. Through multiple exchanges, we have come to realize the multifaceted nature of sunlight. Although the sunshine in Lingnan is long-lasting and warm, we often use "shade" to shield it. However, changes in the position of sunlight also cause the four seasons to change, with day and night cycles and the flow of time being perceived by people; The ingredients in sugar water grow and develop under sunlight, and the sweetness of sugar is also a tribute to photosynthesis.
TATI添时制甜认为“最宝贵的食材是时间”。在多次交流过程中，让我们意识到阳光的多面性，岭南的阳光虽然持久而热烈，我们常以“荫”来蔽之，但阳光位置变化也让四季发生更替，昼夜运转，时间的流动被人们感知到了；糖水的食材在阳光下孕育生发，糖的甜也是光合作用给人们的礼赞。

This reminds us of a hot summer afternoon, enjoying the cool breeze under the longan tree in the yard and eating mung bean paste. The dense tree crown brings cool shadows, leaves suitable light spots, and the sunlight that perceives the flow of time.
这让我们想起了，炎热夏日午后，在院子龙眼树下乘凉，吃绿豆沙的场景。浓密的树冠，带来了清凉的阴影，也留下了适宜的光斑，还有感知时间的流动的阳光。

We use the 'swaying tree shadows' to intervene in the venue. While filtering out some of the sunlight, a new sense of unity is formed indoors and outdoors under the "big tree", which also alleviates some problems: for example, the equipment and structure of the building itself create many narrow corners indoors, making the originally small area more difficult to use and appear fragmented; And the strong body also gives the brand a more three-dimensional recognition surface, from food concept to spatial thinking continuity.
我们借用“婆娑的树影”来介入场地。在过滤部分阳光的同时，在“大树下”，室内外形成新的统一场域感，同时让一些问题得到了缓解：如建筑本身设备、结构，让室内产生了不少狭窄角落，角落让原本不大的面积更难使用且显得细碎；而强烈的体块，也让品牌有一个更立体的识别面，从食物理念到空间的思维连续。

The morning light gradually awakens from the gravel to the silent tables and chairs, and gradually, the light and shadow on the walls become vivid. In the afternoon, the sugar crystals shone brightly, interweaving with people's voices of conversation, filled with the atmosphere of fireworks. The sun gradually sets, the light softens, and the shadows elongate until nightfall. The warm lights replace the evening light, and the space continues the daily story amidst the hustle and bustle.
晨光从砾石到沉寂的桌椅，空间被一点点唤醒，慢慢地，墙上的光影也变得鲜明。午后映得糖水晶莹透亮，与人们交谈声交织，充满了烟火气息。日头渐低，光线柔和下来，影子随之拉长，直至夜幕降临，温暖的灯光接替了夕光，空间在热闹中延续着每日的故事。
