空间重塑与自然融合：该项目最显著的亮点在于对传统办公空间的颠覆。设计师通过对原始空间的解构与重组，创造了一个流动、开放、充满探索性的工作环境。这不仅体现在对西侧墙体的改造，引入自然光线，打破视觉封闭，更在于对室内外环境的巧妙融合。设计师将原本被遮蔽的绿植引入室内，使自然景观与办公氛围融为一体，营造出一种与自然共鸣的独特体验。这种设计理念突破了传统办公空间的局限，强调了空间与使用者之间的互动，积极调动人们对自然的感知，赋予了空间生命力。
核心区域的创新与功能融合：项目的核心在于创意核心区的构建，这体现了设计师对空间功能布局的独到见解。设计师打破了传统办公中实验室和会议室各自封闭的布局，将这两个看似独立的功能巧妙地融合在一个开放的空间中，形成一个集实验、讨论、创作于一体的创意中心。这种设计不仅满足了品牌对实验与创新的双重需求，也体现了灵活、高效的协作模式。此外，将创始人的工位融入开放空间，打破了层级界限，促进了团队成员之间的实时沟通与灵感交流，这种设计理念对提升团队协作效率和激发创新活力具有积极意义。
自由流动的空间体验与细节处理：项目的精髓在于对空间流动性的极致追求。设计师通过对动线的精心设计，打破了传统办公空间的固定模式，创造了自由、开放的工作环境。空间不再是僵硬的框架，而是激发不同工作方式的载体。无论是可供站立、坐卧的工位，还是灵活的会议室，都体现了对多样化工作模式的尊重与支持。此外，项目在细节处理上也颇具匠心，例如，定制的可移动置物柜、特制的榫卯结构等，都体现了设计师对品质的极致追求。这些细节不仅提升了空间的美观性，更保证了使用的便捷性，最终共同构筑了一个充满无限可能性的开放空间，鼓励创意在每一个角落自由生长。
In this workspace, the interior architecture attempts to break through the inherent patterns and limitations of traditional office spaces. By deconstructing and reorganizing the original space, it constructs a free spirited, fluid, and exploratory work environment to promote positive interaction between the space and users, stimulate the free flow and diverse collisions of work, and meet the fundamental needs of individual work. The original space is somewhat cramped due to the obstruction of surrounding buildings and lush greenery, resulting in insufficient lighting and limited openness. To this end, the interior building underwent a renovation of the building facade, with windows added to the west wall to break the sense of visual isolation, connect to the terrace, introduce natural light, and adopt a bare roof design to alleviate the oppressive feeling of the space and enhance its transparency and spirituality. This not only increases the comprehensive transparency of the three directions of east, west, and south, but also allows the previously obscured greenery to flow into the interior, creating an office atmosphere that resonates with the natural landscape and actively mobilizes the perception of nature.
在这个作业空间中，内上建筑试图突破传统办公空间的固有模式和限制，通过对原始空间的解构与重组，构建一个无拘无束、充满流动性和探索性的工作环境，以促进空间与使用者之间的良性互动，激发作业的自由流淌和多元碰撞，同时满足个体作业的本源需求。原空间因周边建筑和繁茂绿植的遮挡，采光不足且开阔性受限，略显局促。为此，内上建筑对建筑立面进行了改造，在西侧墙体开设窗户，打破视线的封闭感，连通露台，引入自然光线，并采用裸顶设计，消解空间的压迫感，提升空间的通透性与灵动感。此举不仅增加了东西南三个方位的全面通透，还让原本被遮蔽的绿意得以流入室内，构建出一种与自然景观共鸣的办公氛围，积极调动对自然的感知。
In the layout planning of spatial functions, the interior buildings adhere to the brand's dual needs for experimentation and creativity, and the intricate interweaving of laboratory and conference room functions is considered from the beginning of the design. Traditional office layouts often enclose the two separately in enclosed spaces, while this brand's work style tends to be more flexible, dynamic, and efficient, emphasizing free flow, instant discussion, and inspiration collision. How to construct this concept in a limited space has become the core issue of design. In the end, the interior architecture decided to merge these two seemingly distinct functions into the same space, creating an open and inclusive creative core area that becomes the creative engine and wisdom hub of the entire office space. This is also a concrete manifestation of the brand's working style.
在空间功能的布局规划上，内上建筑秉承着品牌方对实验与创意的双重需求，设计之初便考虑到实验室和会议室功能的精巧交织。传统的办公布局往往将两者分别围合在封闭的空间中，而该品牌的工作方式则更倾向于灵活的、动态的高效协作模式，强调自由流动、即时讨论与灵感碰撞。如何在有限的空间中构建这一理念，成为设计的核心课题。最终，内上建筑决定将这两个看似截然不同的功能合并于同一空间，创造一个开放而兼容并蓄的创意核心区，使其成为整个办公空间的创意引擎和智慧中枢，这也是品牌方工作方式的一种具体化呈现。
This creative core area is located in the center of the space, becoming the heart of team research and development, co creation, and collaboration. Here, diverse functions such as experimentation, discussion, and creation are organically integrated. Surrounding the layout of the core area, all work areas remain open, and even the founder's work desk is cleverly integrated into them, eliminating hierarchical barriers and seamlessly connecting with team members, promoting real-time communication and inspiration exchange. The fluidity and openness of spatial design have broken the traditional rigid mode of the workplace, forming an equal and shared work ecology.
这一创意核心区位于空间的中央，成为团队研发、共创与协作的心脏。在这里，实验、讨论、创作等多元功能得以有机融合。围绕核心区的布局，所有工作区域均保持开放，甚至创始人的作业桌也被巧妙融入其中，消除了层级隔阂，与团队成员无缝对接，促进实时沟通与灵感交流。空间设计的流动性和开放性打破了传统职场的刻板模式，形成了平等、共享的工作生态。
The flow design of the entire space reflects freedom and fluidity, aiming to break the fixed patterns and rigid routes of traditional office spaces and stimulate diverse work styles. Space regards workstations as carriers of ideas, allowing for external presentation of divergent and chaotic states, while also effectively ensuring the connectivity and continuity of internal thinking. Personal space needs to allow for the development of a stage of homework content, which can bring about connectivity and continuity of homework content. Whether it's the long table counter in the pantry or the framed view booth by the window, the space constantly changes and flows, inspiring different forms of work. Workers can stand, sit, and squat in space, and their work motivation is not limited by space, providing a focused, immersive, calm, and stable working state for people. This is also one of the important goals of space design. The external meeting room is no longer closed, and the four linkage sliding door can be separated or fully opened, bringing a more vivid and positive work environment. This free and flowing spatial design allows creativity and communication to freely emerge in every corner.
整个空间的动线设计体现了自由与流动性，旨在打破传统办公空间的固定模式和僵化路线，激发多样化的工作方式。空间将工位视为思路的载体，允许外在呈现发散、混乱的状态，同时亦能有效保障内在思维的连接性与延续性。个人的空间需要允许铺展一个阶段的作业内容，更能由此带来作业内容的连接性与延续性。无论是茶水间的长桌吧台，还是窗边的框景卡座，空间不断变幻与流动，激发着不同形式的工作方式。工作者在空间中可站、可坐、可蹲，作业动力不受空间限制，为人提供一个专注、沉浸、镇静、稳定的工作状态，这也是空间设计的重要目标之一。对外会谈室也不再是封闭的，四联动滑门既可以分隔，也可以完全敞开，带来更为生动积极的工作场景。这种自由、流动的空间设计，使得创意与沟通在每一个角落都能自由生发。
Entering the space, the first thing that catches the eye is the light green patterned steel plate floor that matches the brand style, complemented by a metal textured ceiling. The faintly visible internal environment is both mysterious and inspires visitors' curiosity. After passing through the slightly lowered entrance hall, the space instantly opens up, with an open office area intertwined with a multifunctional island. The greenery outside the window brings joy and a lively atmosphere amidst tranquility. Except for the enclosed spaces in the storage room and bathroom, all other areas have an open layout, and the walls and ceilings in the space are not fully connected, creating a flowing sense of space.
进入空间，首先映入眼帘的是与品牌风格相契合的浅绿色花纹钢板地面，辅以金属质感吊顶，隐约透出的内部环境若隐若现，既充满神秘感，又激发着访客的探索欲。穿过略微压低的门厅后，空间瞬间开阔，开敞的办公区与多功能岛台相互交织，窗外的绿意让人心情愉悦，带来一丝静谧中的生动气息。除了储藏间和卫生间的封闭空间，其他区域均为开放式布局，空间中的墙体与天花板未完全接顶，形成了流动的空间感。
The mobile storage cabinet specially customized for the brand cleverly meets the storage needs, and its layer height is tailored according to the experimental sample. By implementing a reasonable storage design, we ensure accessibility, internal order, and fluidity of storage, resulting in a seamless working experience. At the same time, the storage cabinet also serves as a spatial partition element, ensuring visual transparency. All birch wood panels in the space are spliced using a specially designed mortise and tenon structure. Through these clever designs, the interior building creates an open space full of infinite possibilities, allowing creativity to freely expand in every inch of space.
为品牌专属定制的可移动置物柜巧妙地满足了收纳需求，其层板高度依实验样品量身定制。通过合理的收纳设计，确保收纳的可及性、内在秩序性以及流动性，从而带来不卡结的作业体感。同时，置物柜也作为空间的分隔元素，保证了视觉的通透性。空间中的所有桦木板拼接均采用特制的榫卯结构。通过这些巧妙的设计，内上建筑创造了一个充满无限可能性的开放空间，让创意在每一寸空间中自由延展。
