细节设计与用户体验的完美结合:该项目在细节设计方面展现出极高的专业性和对用户体验的深刻理解。设计师不仅关注空间的美观,更注重顾客在其中的体验。例如,VIP空间的设置如同隐秘洞穴,为顾客提供休憩的场所;收银台位于开阔视野,方便工作人员随时提供服务。设计师还模糊了空间装置与商品的界限,将服装陈列于凿刻感的石台上,手袋悬挂在透光云石壁龛中,将商品转化为艺术品的一部分。这种对细节的极致追求,使得顾客不仅仅是消费者,更是空间叙事的参与者。整个项目从空间动线、材质选择到灯光布局,无不体现着对用户体验的精雕细琢,使得COSCIA广州塔店成为一个真正具有长久生命力的商业空间。

Under the vertical coordinate system of the Pearl River light and shadow flow, All Design Studio (ADS) takes design as the blade, opens the depth of the urban axis, and reconstructs the ritual field of consumer civilization. After the Jiaxing, Fuzhou, and Shanghai stores, ADS and COSCIA have once again collaborated to create a nearly 1000 square meter space in the Guangzhou Tower, weaving a narrative about "cornerstone and clouds". This is not only a gathering place for brands, but also an art scene suspended in the clouds. At first sight of the Guangzhou Tower, shrouded in clouds and mist, it feels like a fairyland. Liang Liang, founder of ADS, said: "We want to transform the grandeur of the Guangzhou Tower into touchable poetry." On the skyline near the the Pearl River River, Xiaomanyao depicts the modern silhouette of Guangzhou with a slender waist piercing the clouds. ADS sets its sights on the urban roots and deconstructs this legendary field with the design vocabulary of "cornerstone".
在珠江光影流转的垂直坐标系下,All Design Studio(ADS)以设计为刀锋,剖开城市中轴线地脉深处,重构消费文明的仪式场域。继嘉兴店、福州店、上海店之后,ADS与COSCIA再度合作,于广州塔打造近1000㎡的空间,编织一场关于“基石与云雾”的叙事。这里不仅是品牌集合地,更是一座悬浮于云端的艺术现场。初见广州塔,云雾缭绕,宛如仙境。ADS创始人梁亮表示:“我们想将广州塔的壮丽,转化为可触摸的诗意。”在珠江之畔的天际线上,小蛮腰以刺破云霭的修长腰身勾画着广州的摩登剪影。ADS将目光投向城市根系,用“基石”设计语汇解构这片传奇场域。

The concept of "cornerstone" abstracts space as an underground foundation that supports it, with shops towering like rugged boulders. The five pillars in the central area are wrapped in green marble, like crystals bursting out of giant rocks, giving the space a stable and vibrant vitality. The building rises from the ground like a giant underground rock formation, with geometric blocks growing haphazardly transforming into rugged caves. This spatial experiment not only conforms to the mechanical narrative of Guangzhou Tower pointing directly at the sky, but also uses minimalist techniques to dissolve the formulaic expression of commercial space, making each shop in shop a future fossil that supports the city's imagination. The white double-layer mesh material of the ceiling, hidden lighting, and pure white floor together interpret the lightness and haze of "clouds and mist". Walking among them, it feels like stepping on clouds. The tilted ceiling design slowly rises from the entrance, like clouds rolled by the wind, giving the space a dynamic sense of breathing. Designers draw inspiration from traditional Chinese jade and quietly incorporate Eastern aesthetics into modern spaces. The scattered green fiberglass devices are like sparkling gems, embellishing them to balance the cold tone and add a touch of warm and vibrant vitality.
“基石”概念将空间抽象为支撑的地下根基,如嶙峋巨石般的店铺林立。中央区域的五根立柱被绿色大理石包裹,宛如巨石中迸发的结晶体,赋予空间稳固而蓬勃的生命力。建筑如巨型地下岩层拔地而起,错落生长的几何体块化身嶙峋洞窟。这场空间实验既暗合了广州塔直指苍穹的力学叙事,又以极简主义手法消解商业空间的程式化表达,让每间店中店成为支撑城市想象的未来化石。天花板的白色双层网状材质、隐藏式灯光与纯白的地板共同演绎“云雾”的轻盈与朦胧,行走其间,仿佛踏云而行。倾斜的天花设计从入口处缓缓抬升,如同被风卷动的云层,赋予空间动态的呼吸感。设计师从中国传统玉石中汲取灵感,将东方美学悄然植入现代空间。散落的绿色玻璃钢装置如同晶莹的宝石,点缀其中,平衡冷冽的基调,增添一抹温润的盎然生机。

Asymmetric layout dissolves the sense of order in traditional stores, making customers feel like they are searching for treasure in a secret realm, with corners leading to heaven and earth. From material selection to spatial flow, from display methods to lighting layout, each "box" exists independently and is connected to each other. Through multi-level layout, customers are guided to discover the unique story and temperament of each brand. Each individual block written by the design team has been carefully considered, and the unique and creative "giant stone" seems to draw inspiration from the amazing craftsmanship of nature. The store in store has various shapes, whether wrapped in gorgeous marble, covered with artistic paint, or embedded with mirror installations, together forming a modern and artistic shopping space.
非对称布局消解了传统店铺的规整感,顾客如同在秘境中寻宝,转角即是天地。从材质选择到空间动线,从陈列方式到灯光布局,每个“盒子”既独立存在又彼此串联,通过多层次的布局,引导顾客发现每个品牌独特的故事与气质。设计团队执笔的每一个体块都经过深思熟虑,独具创意的“巨石”仿佛是从大自然的鬼斧神工中汲取灵感,店中店形态各异,或包裹华丽大理石,或覆盖艺术涂料,或嵌入镜面装置,共同构成了一个既现代又充满艺术气息的购物空间。

The spatial flow design is unique, and the openings of each box are interconnected, forming a clever coherence that allows explorers to naturally find the entrance to the next box after discovering the mystery of one box. The design team also created a leisurely resting area for customers, with VIP space like a hidden cave, allowing customers to rest and immerse themselves in a moment of tranquility during their shopping journey. At the same time, this area has a high degree of flexibility and can be easily converted into a brand salon or high-end display area to meet diverse needs.
空间动线设计别具一格,每个盒子的开口相互衔接,形成了一种巧妙的连贯性,使得探索者能在发现一个盒子的奥秘后,自然而然地找到通往下一个盒子的入口。设计团队还为顾客营造了一个悠然的休憩区,VIP空间如隐秘洞穴,让顾客在购物之旅中得以小憩,沉醉于片刻的恬静之中。同时,此处具备高度的灵活性,可轻松转换为品牌沙龙或高端展示区,以满足多样化的需求。

The tall mirrored stainless steel wall stands opposite the VIP room, and the mirror is not only a functional prop, but also a metaphorical expression of fashion in multiple dimensions - every outfit is a new self projection. The cash register located in another corner has a wide view, allowing staff to respond quickly and provide attentive service to customers at any time. Here, customers are not consumers, but participants in the spatial narrative. Designers blur the boundaries between spatial installations and products, and clothing is displayed on chiseled stone platforms, resembling exhibits in an art museum. The handbag is suspended in a translucent marble niche, where light and shadow flow, and the leather texture becomes a part of the spatial narrative.
通高的镜面不锈钢墙立于VIP室对面,镜子不仅是功能道具,更隐喻时尚的多维表达——每一套穿搭都是新的自我投射。位于另一隅的收银台坐拥开阔视野,让工作人员迅速响应,随时为顾客提供贴心周到的服务。在这里,顾客不是消费者,而是空间叙事的参与者。设计师模糊空间装置与商品的界限,服装陈列于凿刻感的石台上,宛如美术馆展品。手袋被悬挂在透光云石壁龛中,光影流转间,皮革纹理成为空间叙事的一部分。

The future of commercial space is not only about dreams, but also about experiences. COSCIA Guangzhou Tower Store is built with the philosophy of "cornerstone and clouds" to create a space with long-lasting vitality. Here, we do not cater to the trend, but use design to stimulate people's instinctive longing for aesthetics - as the ADS team said: 'A true commercial space should be an endless art exhibition.'.
商业空间的未来,是造梦,更是体验。COSCIA广州塔店以“基石与云雾”的哲学,构筑具有长久生命力的空间。这里不迎合潮流,而是用设计激发人们对美学的本能向往——正如ADS团队所言:“真正的商业空间,应当是一场永不落幕的艺术展。
