时间维度下的空间叙事：在“陶瓷三街88号”项目中，设计团队以长达八年的时间跨度，进行了多次独立的设计实践，这本身就构成了一个富有生命力的空间叙事。这种“缓慢形成”的策略，避免了传统规划的僵化，反而赋予了空间自发生长的可能性。这种渐进式的改造，如同城市的有机更新，不同时期的设计彼此叠加、对话，形成了独特的建筑肌理和丰富的空间层次。新旧元素的并置，不同材料的碰撞，都赋予了项目超越单一设计的深度，使其成为一个不断发展、充满活力的场所，展现了建筑与时间共生的魅力。

开放与互动：项目在建筑设计上展现出对开放性和互动性的深刻理解。通过对原有建筑结构的保留和改造，设计者巧妙地平衡了私密性和开放性。例如，对街道立面窗洞的保留和入口的调整，引导了视线和人流的走向，激发了人们对内部空间的探索欲。而北立面大面积玻璃的应用，则模糊了室内外边界，将庭院景观引入室内，营造出开放通透的氛围。这种内外空间的相互渗透，促成了使用者之间的交流互动，构建起一种社区感。这种设计策略不仅优化了空间体验，也促进了不同功能区域之间的联系，提升了整个场所的活力和凝聚力。

材料与细节的诗意：项目在材料的选择和细节处理上体现了精致的品味和对质感的追求。不同材料的巧妙结合，如砖混结构、混凝土框架、钢结构等，共同构成了建筑的独特语汇。它们彼此对话，在视觉上产生丰富的层次感和时间感。对原有建筑元素的保留和再利用，也赋予了项目历史的记忆。例如，窗洞的保留和调整、钢结构与玻璃的运用等，都体现了设计者对材料特性的深刻理解和对细节的精雕细琢。这些设计手法使得建筑本身成为艺术品，赋予了空间诗意和人文内涵，最终形成一个引人入胜的复合型场所，展现了建筑师对空间、光线、材料的完美掌控。

Slowly Forming Settlement

Over the eight year period from 2016 to 2023, we have conducted six designs for the space within Block 88 of Ceramic Third Street, including architectural renovation, interior design, and installation design.. Although located within the same plot, each renovation is relatively independent due to different design stages and users. Looking back at the present moment, design is a process of repeated collage and stacking. Due to the inability to carry out unified planning, there is no fundamental difference between this and the spontaneously renovated and added wild spaces in the city.
缓慢形成的聚落

从 2016 到 2023 八年的时间跨度里，我们陆续对陶瓷三街 88 号街区内的空间做了 6 次设计，内容包括建筑改造、室内设计和装置设计。虽处同一地块内，但因设计时间阶段与用户的不同，每一次改造都相对独立。站在当下的时间点回顾，设计是一个反复拼贴与叠加的过程。由于无法进行统一的规划，这里和城市中自发改造和加建的野生空间并没有什么本质上的不同。

It is interesting that over time, the vitality brought by this "spontaneity" gradually emerges. From an architectural perspective, the dialogue between the old and the new is constantly occurring, with brick concrete prefabricated panels, concrete frames, and steel structures appearing simultaneously here. The interaction between independent spaces and the centripetal force towards the courtyard are also strengthening. From the user's perspective, due to the complexity of functions, interactions between different communities have increased, triggering a sense of belonging between individuals and spaces. Although the design is bottom-up, over time, the site gradually develops a sense of spatial and atmospheric integrity.
有趣的是，随着时间的推移，这种“自发性”带来的活力逐渐显现。从建筑的角度来看，新与旧的对话时刻在发生，砖混预制板、混凝土框架、钢结构在这里同时出现。各个独立空间之间的互动关系和朝向院落的向心力也在加强。从使用者的角度来看，因为功能的复合，不同社群所产生的互动增多，催发出个体与空间的归属感。设计虽自下而上，但经过时间的培养，场地逐渐具有空间和氛围上的整体性。

The latest renovation

The renovation of the south wing building of the factory in 2023 is the most recent.
. The building is a two-story brick and concrete small building located at the entrance of the site, with the south facade facing the main road of 798 Park and the north facade facing the inner courtyard. The design task is to transform it into an independent baking studio.
最近的一次改造

2023 年对厂房南翼建筑的改造是最近的一次。建筑为二层砖混小楼，位于场地的入口处，南立面朝向 798 园区主路，北立面朝向内院。设计任务是改造成独立的烘焙工作室。

We have preserved the original window openings along the street facade to control the view of passersby, allowing them to focus on the bread bar in the foreground and also penetrate the courtyard to reach the coffee space through the guide wall, arousing curiosity when entering the courtyard. At the same time, the main entrance along the street has been adjusted to the side of the mountain wall, prompting customers to see the overall courtyard through the main entrance of the yard before choosing to enter the store.
我们保留了沿街立面上原始的窗洞口，控制路过行人的视线，使其既可以聚焦于前景的面包吧台，又可以穿透院子抵达咖啡空间的导视墙，引发步入院内的好奇。同时沿街的主入口被调整到山墙侧，促使客人通过院子的主入口看到院子的整体后再选择来到店内。

The north facade facing the courtyard continues the renovation of the north wing coffee space in 2016, using steel structures and large pieces of glass to replace the original red brick facade. At this point, the north and south walls that originally enclosed the outdoor courtyard are open and transparent, blurring the relationship between indoors and outdoors. Visually, the boundary of the enclosed courtyard space is pushed back to the outermost wall of the entire site, and the large trees in the courtyard are more like pillars in the entire "big space", becoming elements in the space.
而朝向院子的北立面延续 2016 年对北翼咖啡空间的改造方式，使用钢结构和大片的玻璃取代原有的红砖立面。此时原本围合室外院子的南北两侧墙体开放通透，模糊室内外关系，在视觉上将围合出的院子空间边界后推至整个场地的最外围墙体，院中的大树更像是整个“大空间”中的立柱，成为空间中的元素。
