项目亮点：该项目最突出的亮点在于其对“去风格化”理念的深度践行。设计师在延续一期设计的基础上，并未执着于特定的风格，而是将关注点放在了满足业主对灵活空间和可变性的需求上。通过对材料的精心选择，如略带温暖感的材料，以及对模块化家具和可租赁绿植的应用，设计师成功打造了一个既实用又充满生命力的办公空间。这种设计理念上的转变，避免了过度设计，体现了对使用者需求的深刻理解，也为未来办公空间的设计提供了新的思路。

空间可变性：项目的核心精髓在于对空间可变性的极致追求。设计师通过“均匀的场域”、“基础设施胶囊”和“流动的家具”三个要素的巧妙组合，实现了空间的灵活多变。其中，均匀的场域提供了舒适的物理环境，基础设施胶囊定义了功能性空间，而流动的家具则赋予了公共区域无限的可能性。这种设计策略使得办公空间可以根据不同的活动需求自由组合，无论是研讨会、午餐还是临时展览，都能找到合适的场地。这种设计理念预示着未来办公空间设计的趋势，即更加注重适应性和灵活性。

材料与细节：该项目在材料的选择和细节处理上展现了卓越的专业素养。设计师注重材料的质感和色彩，通过PVC、木饰面、冲孔铝板等不同材料的运用，营造了丰富的空间层次和视觉效果。例如，公共活动区域的菱形网格吊顶，不仅解决了大空间的回声问题，也为光环境提供了更均匀的分布。同时，项目对于细节的处理也十分到位，例如模块化家具的插销连接设计，既简化了安装过程，也方便了布局的调整。这些细节的考量，共同构成了项目精髓，也体现了设计师对设计理念的深入理解和对使用者体验的极致追求。

金融办公总部二期占据了陆家嘴超高层的整层，是其一期空间的补充与延伸（见回旋的光栅）。

Based on the recent economic situation and feedback from the team on the first phase usage experience, the owners have put forward the following needs for the new space:

1. They hope that the public areas can have greater flexibility to adapt to diverse usage scenarios.
On the basis of continuing the trend of de stylization, try to use slightly diverse and warm materials.
3. Props and materials need to have the possibility of reuse to adapt to the replacement of office space.
基于近年的经济形势和团队对一期使用体验的反馈，业主对新空间提出了以下几方面的需求：

1. 希望公共区域有更大的灵活性来适应多样的使用场景。
2. 在延续一期去风格化的基础上，尝试略多样而温暖的材料。
3. 道具和物料需有重复利用的可能，以适应办公场地的置换。

We attempt to use this opportunity to re understand and explore another perspective of design: endowing different levels and scales with varying degrees of fixation, making the space variable and moderately blank.

1. Weaken the expression of form and style, and seek practical, flexible, and long-lasting methods.
2. Reduce the use of fixed walls, complex props, and flexible light strips, and limit and shape the space with modular furniture and leased greenery.
3. Use the cost to improve the performance of the physical environment (air conditioning, lighting, sound insulation and noise reduction) and reduce the cost of decorative components.
我们试图以此契机重新理解和挖掘设计的另一种角度：赋予各个层级和尺度不同的固定程度，使空间具有可变性和适度留白。

1. 弱化对形态和风格的表达，寻找平实、灵活、长效的做法。
2. 减少固定墙体、复杂道具、柔性灯带的运用，用模块化家具和租赁绿化限定和塑造空间。
3. 将造价用于提高物理环境的性能（空调、照明、隔音降噪），降低装饰构件的成本。

The design subject is divided into three types of elements:

1. Uniform field

The design understands the ceiling and floor as the most homogeneous background, providing almost all equipment related to comfort.
. The ceiling adopts semi transparent and porous grilles or tension nets, which are convenient for covering points, daily maintenance, and maintaining visual continuity and unity. The internal office area continues the elements of a retractable mesh and claw shaped air vents from the first phase, blending the ice cold feeling of ultra-high illumination in the office area with light gold color. The public activity area adopts a diamond shaped grid ceiling made of perforated aluminum panels (instead of the circular diffuser in Phase I) to reduce the problem of echo in large spaces and facilitate the layout of a more uniform and warm lighting environment. The ground is made of plain or woven PVC, with slight variations in texture and color to define the area.
设计主体分为三类要素：

1.均匀的场域

设计将天花和地面理解为最最均质的背景，提供几乎所有关乎舒适的设备。吊顶采用半透和多孔的格栅或张拉网，便于遮蔽点位、日常检修，且保持视觉连续统一。内部办公区域延续了一期可开合张拉网的要素和爪形风口，用浅金色调和办公区超高照度的冰冷感。公共活动区域采用冲孔铝板构成的菱形网格吊顶（而非一期的圆形散流口），以减少大空间回声的问题，并利于布置更均匀温暖的光环境。地面采用平纹或编织PVC，用肌理和颜色的轻微变化限定区域。

2. Infrastructure Capsule

All telephone rooms, discussion rooms, and conference rooms are understood as infrastructure capsules floating on a uniform background. In the external activity area, the conference rooms are tightly packed together in an oval shape, forming a flowing landscape wall similar to a garden path. The interconnected openings, clustered greenery, rough coatings at lower levels, and mirrored stainless steel at higher levels all attempt to add breathing and fluidity to highly private artificial environments. In the internal office area, the meeting room and pantry are set up as boxes with different colors (gold, dark red, gray green) of wood veneer to complement each other in the space and serve as clear reference prompts.
2.基础设施胶囊

所有电话间、讨论间、会议室都被理解为漂浮在均匀背景上的基础设施胶囊。在外部活动区，会议室卵状紧凑在一起，形成类似花园小径的流动景墙。互相贯穿的开口、团状绿化、低处粗糙的涂料结合高处的镜面不锈钢，都试图给私密要求极高的人工环境增加呼吸和流动感。在内部办公区，会议室和茶水间被设置为带有不同色彩（金色、暗红、灰绿）木饰面的盒子，以在空间中互相照应并作为清晰的指代提示。

3. Flowing Furniture

This design avoids the use of complex props and lighting fixtures.
. Only three types of simple furniture have been introduced in public areas: sofa seats by external windows, curved benches with bookshelves, and curved long tables. They are all made of multi-layer boards and use slender steel components. They can be arranged and moved in conjunction with different activities within the space, such as seminars, daily lunches, temporary exhibitions, and sports yoga. The unit modules are connected using extremely simple pin connections, without the need for screws or tools, making it very convenient to change layouts.
3. 流动的家具

本次设计避免对复杂道具和灯具的运用。在公共区域只引入了三种简易家具：靠外窗的沙发座、弧形长凳+书架、弧形长桌。它们都用多层板制作，采用纤细的钢构件。它们可以结合空间内不同的活动（研讨会、日常午餐、临时展览、运动瑜伽）进行布局和腾挪。单元模块之间采用极其简易的插销链接，无需螺丝和工具、非常方便变换布局。

This design explores the methods of simplicity and moderation while avoiding excessive design. This practical demand does not mean a reduction in design density, but rather suggests a shift in design thinking and intervention methods.
本次设计在避免过度设计的同时，探讨朴素与适度的方法。这一现实需求并不意味着设计密度的缩水，而是提示了设计思考和介入方式的转向。
