轴线美学的巧妙运用:该项目最引人注目的亮点在于其对“轴线美学”的创新性应用。设计师将“axis(轴线)”与“aesthetic(美学)”相结合,创造出“axisthetic”这一新词,并以此为核心概念,贯穿于整个空间设计。通过不同形态、材质和组合方式的轴线,设计师不仅赋予了每个咖啡店独特的个性,也成功地将品牌形象统一起来。这种设计手法既满足了咖啡店的功能需求,又突出了其在视觉上的辨识度,巧妙地平衡了“统一性”与“差异性”的关系,是该项目在设计理念上的显著优势。

空间布局的策略性思考:设计师在空间布局上展现了极高的策略性思考。针对位于乐天城堡东塔的门店,设计师充分考虑了其广场式布局和在人流密集区域的特点,巧妙地运用了横向主轴线和向上延伸的斜向轴线,使得咖啡店在喧嚣的环境中也能脱颖而出。这种设计手法不仅增强了空间的视觉冲击力,更有效地引导了顾客的视线和动线。此外,对展示柜等元素的轴线化处理,也进一步强化了空间的整体性,突出了品牌的核心价值和设计理念,展现了设计师对空间细节的精准把握。

家具构筑的结构系统:项目在结构设计上的创新同样值得称道。考虑到空间环境和建筑规范的限制,设计师另辟蹊径,创造性地将顾客使用的每一件家具都视为小型结构单元,通过相互组合构建起一个大型结构系统。这种设计手法不仅节约了成本,更赋予了家具新的功能和意义。高靠背座椅、宽背长椅和长桌等元素被巧妙地组合和摆放,既起到隔断和围合空间的作用,又营造出舒适宜人的氛围。这种设计理念不仅展现了设计师对空间利用的极致追求,也为顾客带来了更人性化的体验。

From the architect. Center Coffee is a well-known and beloved brand known for its dedicated investment in coffee beans and sincere attitude towards coffee. As the seasons change, Center Coffee has undergone a brand redesign, while also rethinking and repositioning its spatial design. Each store has its unique appeal and characteristics, but the entire brand still needs to establish an appropriate level of visual consistency throughout. This task requires both creating "unity" and clarifying certain "differences".
来自建筑师。Center Coffee 是一个以对咖啡豆的专注投入和对咖啡的真诚态度而闻名且深受喜爱的品牌。随着季节变换,Center Coffee 进行了品牌重塑,同时对其空间设计进行了重新构思与定位。每家门店都有其独特的吸引力和特色,但整个品牌仍需在各处形成恰当程度的视觉一致性。这项任务既要打造“统一性”,又要明确一定的“差异性”。

When conceptualizing the comfortable and comfortable style positioning of the Seoul Forest flagship store, I found that the word "center" in the Center Coffee brand name implies dominance, which can inadvertently leave a dazzling and urbanized impression on people. And what this flagship store needs is an atmosphere that is both neutral in style and warm and pleasant. Therefore, the space design needs to incorporate some elements that not only match the characteristics of the flagship store, but also do not deviate from the brand's conveyed philosophy. The most essential design element to achieve this goal is the "axis".
在构思首尔森林旗舰店舒适惬意的风格定位时,发现 Center Coffee 品牌名中的“center(中心)”一词意味强势,不经意间就会给人留下耀眼、都市化的印象。而这家旗舰店需要的是一种既带有中性风格又温暖宜人的氛围,因此,空间设计需要融入一些元素,既契合旗舰店的这一特质,又不偏离品牌所传达的理念。要实现这一目标,最核心的设计元素就是“轴线(axis)”。

The key word for spatial reshaping is "axis aesthetic", which is a newly coined compound word composed of "axis" and "aesthetic". There are countless possibilities for the specific form of the axis based on the arrangement and combination of attributes such as size, volume, material, alignment, and placement position. Various shapes of axes, such as vertical axis, horizontal axis, through axis, diagonal axis, rotation axis, giant axis, slender axis, repeated axis, stacked axis, curved axis, etc., can meet the unique functions required by each coffee shop and serve as a prerequisite for spatial design, unifying various composite shops under the same brand identity.
空间重塑的关键词是“轴线美学(axisthetic)”,这是一个由“axis(轴线)”和“aesthetic(美学)”组合而成的新造复合词。基于尺寸、体量、材质、对齐方式、摆放位置等属性的排列组合,轴线的具体形态有着无数种可能。诸如垂直轴线、水平轴线、贯穿轴线、斜向轴线、旋转轴线、巨型轴线、纤弱轴线、重复轴线、层叠轴线、弯曲轴线等形态各异的轴线,既能满足每家咖啡门店所需的独特功能,又能作为空间设计的前提,将各个复合门店统一在同一个品牌标识之下。

The Center Coffee store located in Lotte Castle Eastpole, Guui dong, has a square layout, welcoming passersby taking the escalator down with open spaces on all sides. As the space is located at the core of the entire floor, the design cleverly utilizes axis elements that can stand out even in chaotic and noisy environments. A horizontal bar with a width of up to 10 meters serves as a main axis, accompanied by an upward sloping axis. Given that the geographical location of the store aligns with the description of "center" in its brand name, we have chosen to use axis design to highlight these advantages. The tall display cabinets seen in the front of the space also form a slender yet visually striking axis.
位于九宜洞乐天城堡东塔(Lotte Castle Eastpole, Guui-dong)的 Center Coffee 门店呈广场式布局,以四面敞开的空间迎接乘自动扶梯而下的过往行人。由于该空间处于整层楼的核心位置,设计上巧妙运用了即便在杂乱喧闹环境中也能脱颖而出的轴线元素。一个宽达 10 米的横向吧台作为一条主轴线,与之相伴的是一条向上延伸的斜向轴线。鉴于该门店的地理位置与其品牌名中“center(中心)”的描述相契合,我们选择运用轴线设计来凸显这些优势。在空间前部看到的高大商品展示柜,也形成了一条虽纤细却极具视觉冲击力的轴线。

Considering the spatial environment and building standards, we did not adopt a design approach that relies on building structures. Instead, we conceived a new design concept: to make every piece of furniture used by customers a small structural unit, which is combined with each other to form a large structural system. The high back seats serve as small partitions, while the wide backed double benches specially placed in the aisle act like fences, enclosing the space. The placement of the long table also follows a similar approach, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere for people to fully enjoy coffee time even when the available wall space is limited.
考虑到空间环境和建筑规范,我们并未采用依托建筑结构进行设计的方式,而是构想出一种全新设计理念:让顾客使用的每一件家具都成为小型结构单元,这些小型结构单元相互组合,共同构成一个大型结构体系。高靠背座椅充当了小型隔断的角色,而特意摆放在通道处的宽背双人长椅则像围栏一样,将空间围合起来。长桌的摆放也采用了类似思路,即便在可依靠的墙面空间有限的情况下,也能营造出一种惬意舒适、让人尽情享受咖啡时光的氛围。
