项目总览与在地文化融合:顺德万象汇/AG汇创项目以其独特的体量和地理位置,展现了作为TOD商业综合体的巨大潜力。项目选址于顺峰山公园和文体中心之间,紧邻地铁3号线,交通便利,具备成为城市地标的先天优势。设计核心在于对岭南水乡文化的深刻理解和创新演绎,将传统的庭院、水系、渔舟等元素融入现代建筑语言,创造出一种既熟悉又新颖的空间体验。这种设计手法是对在地文脉的尊重和延续,也是对商业空间的新定义,使其不仅是购物场所,更是文化体验和社交互动的场所。
空间意象与光影艺术:项目的精髓在于对光影的巧妙运用和对水乡意象的极致表达。通过对光线的控制,营造出“扑朔迷离、真幻共生”的视觉效果,将商业空间转化为充满诗意的场所。特别是“棱镜引舟”的入口设计,利用半镜面和磨砂体块,打造出扭曲时空的隧道,营造出烟云缭绕的梦幻氛围。悬浮舟型连桥、空中月门的设计,以及檐口光轨、天窗格栅对阳光的解构,都体现了设计者对光影艺术的深刻理解和精湛运用。这些细节共同构筑了沉浸式的体验,让消费者在购物的同时,也能感受到文化与艺术的熏陶。
创新结构与当代叙事:项目在结构和叙事上都展现了创新精神。通过“三进两院”的立体叠院体系,打破了传统院落的局限,采用钢构艺术编织,呈现出独特的空间形态。设计师还巧妙地将现代美学融入水乡记忆,创造出“渔舟唱晚”的当代叙事,让商业空间成为城市精神的容器。将乌篷船解构为四层立体装置,悬浮的舟形连桥与光影的互动,为项目增添了独特的艺术气息。这种对传统元素的解构、重组和创新,赋予了项目更深层次的文化内涵,也为商业空间的设计提供了新的思路和可能性。

In the core hinterland of Daliang, Shunde, a 138000 square meter three-dimensional water town is breaking ground and emerging - as the largest Wanda Plaza in South China and the first TOD commercial complex in Shunde urban area. Located south of Shunfeng Mountain Park and west of the Cultural and Sports Center corridor, seamlessly connected to Metro Line 3. The staggered and dynamic open layout creates a picturesque Lingnan courtyard and courtyard, with water town imagery of streams, fishing boats, boat canopies, mist, and waves visible throughout the venue. Through the skillful use of light and shadow reflections, visitors can experience a sense of confusion and the coexistence of reality and illusion in the space. The reconstruction of Lingnan courtyards and water town culture here is a creative dialogue between local context and contemporary design language.
在顺德大良核心腹地,一座 13.8 万㎡的立体水乡正破土新生——作为华南地区目前体量最大的万象汇,亦是顺德城区首个 TOD 商业综合体。南临顺峰山公园,西接文体中心连廊,地铁3号线无缝接驳。错落灵动的开放式布局,构造移步异景的岭南庭院与天井,场内处处可见的溪畔、渔舟、船篷、雾霭、波光的水乡意象,巧借光影反射,让游赏者产生扑朔迷离、真幻共生的空间感知。岭南庭院与水乡文化在此重构,是一场在地文脉与当代设计语言的创造性对话。

The Lingnan narrative of intertwining time and space, and the three-dimensional rebirth of local culture. The flowing form of water seeps into the urban texture of Shunde, embodying the Lingnan style of combining hardness and softness. From the perspective of deconstructionists, we extract spatial genes from the progressive levels of courtyards, the curves of arched bridges and flying rainbows, and the streamlines of fishing boats. The three-dimensional stacked courtyard system of "three entrances and two courtyards" is woven with steel structure art, breaking through the traditional courtyard dimension - the cold structural framework and the interweaving of soft light and shadow particles. The suspended bridge is transformed into a moving boat, and the glass curtain wall reflects the sky and clouds, reconstructing the contemporary narrative of "Fishing Boat Singing at Night" between reality and virtuality. When modern aesthetics converse with memories of water towns, commercial spaces ultimately become containers of urban spirit. Prism guided boat ": located on the entrance ceiling, a tunnel of twisted space-time is created by stacking semi mirror and frosted blocks, with each frame of reflection resembling being on a river boat shrouded in smoke and clouds.
时空交错的岭南叙事,在地文化的立体重生。水的流动形态沁入顺德城市肌理,凝著成刚柔并济的岭南风韵。以解构者的视角,我们从庭院递进的层次、拱桥飞虹的曲线、渔舟的流线中萃取空间基因。"三进两院"的立体叠院体系,用钢构艺术编织,突破传统院落维度——清冷结构框架与柔润光影粒子交织,悬挑连桥化形为行驶之舟,玻璃幕墙倒映天光云影,在虚实之间重构《渔舟唱晚》的当代叙事。当现代美学对话水乡记忆,商业空间终成城市精神的容器。“棱镜引舟”:位于入口天花,半镜面与磨砂体块堆叠出扭曲时空的隧道,每一帧镜像宛如置身烟云萦绕的河舟上。

Deconstructing the Lingnan Wupeng boat as a four story three-dimensional spatial art installation, the suspended boat shaped bridge is framed with hollow circular holes to form the "Sky Moon Gate". Half mirror stainless steel and dynamic LED light and shadow dance together, creating a misty atmosphere between reality and virtuality. The eaves light track spreads like ripples, and the skylight grille deconstructs sunlight into jumping musical notes. Walking among them feels like stepping into a boat of time and space where light and shadow flow.
解构岭南乌篷船为四层立体空间艺术装置,悬浮舟型连桥以镂空圆洞框就"空中月门"。半镜面不锈钢与动态 LED 光影共舞,虚实交织间泛起水雾弥漫。檐口光轨如涟漪漫延,天窗格栅将阳光解构为跃动音符,漫步其间恍若踏入光影流转的时空之舟。

The consumption space is transformed into a humanistic theater, and consumer behavior becomes a ritual of social interaction. Each customer is interpreting their own life script. Every carefully constructed light and shadow fold tells the local history and urban story, a poetic and humanistic experiment about the evolution of courtyards and Lingnan life.
消费空间化作人文剧场,消费行为成为社交互动的仪式,每位顾客都在演绎属于各自的生活剧本。每一处精心构筑的光影褶皱都在讲述在地历史与城市故事,关于院落进化与岭南生活的诗意人文实验。
