空间叙事与沉浸式体验： 项目在空间设计上展现出精湛的叙事技巧，通过“三进”的空间布局，重现了东方传统院落的仪式感。从入口到中庭，再到中央广场，每一个空间都经过精心设计，营造出层层递进的体验。特别值得一提的是，位于地铁出口的“艺术卷轴”的设计，将艺术与商业完美结合，通过沉浸式的视觉艺术作品，为消费者带来独特的体验。此外，项目还注重打造多维度的社交场域，屋顶花园和下沉广场等设计，为人们提供了丰富的社交空间。这种沉浸式的体验，不仅提升了项目的吸引力，也赋予了它更多的活力和生命力，使之成为一个充满互动和体验的场所。

JLC Jinling Central, located in the core area of Nanjing Xinjiekou CBD, is a commercial landmark that revitalizes the city interface. It is a brand new urban social hub created by CAN Design and Hong Kong Land. JLC Jinling Central is located at the intersection of Xinjiekou, known as the "number one commercial district in China", representing a new height of refined urban life and refreshing the public's imagination of urban commercial space. As the overall design unit for JLC Jinling Zhonghuan Commercial Route Planning and Improvement, building facades, interior design, and environmental signage, CAN has launched multidimensional explorations in multiple aspects such as urban interface, scene experience, and cultural expression, injecting a younger and more diverse urban atmosphere into Xinjiekou and creating a new social hub for the city.
位于南京新街口 CBD 核心区的 JLC 金陵中環，是一座焕新城市界面的商业地标，由 CAN Design 与香港置地携手打造的全新城市社交新主场。JLC 金陵中環坐落于被誉为「中华第一商圈」的新街口，代表着城市精致生活的新高度，也刷新了大众对城市商业空间的想象边界。作为 JLC 金陵中環商业动线规划提升、建筑立面、室内设计与环境标识的整体设计单位，CAN 在城市界面、场景体验、文化表达等多个层面展开多维探索，为新街口注入一股更年轻、更多元的城市气质，打造这座城市社交新主场。

New Life Stadium at Xinjiekou

Faced with the high-density and diversified urban texture of Xinjiekou, CAN responds to the urban rhythm with a highly recognizable design language and endows JLC with a clear visual identity and cultural texture through a simple yet extraordinary aesthetic strategy.. To create a unique commercial landmark in the first tier commercial districts across the country, promote the overall commercial pattern of Xinjiekou, give the city more possibilities, and become a disruptor in this core commercial district.
新街口全新生活主场

面对新街口高密度、多元化的城市肌理，CAN 以高辨识度的设计语言回应城市节奏，以简而不凡的美学策略，赋予 JLC 清晰的视觉识别与文化质感。在全国一线商圈中，打造一座独树一帜的商业地标，推动新街口整体商业格局跃升，赋予城市更多可能性，成为这片核心商圈的破局者。

The commercial section of JLC Jinling Central has a total construction area of nearly 92000 square meters, with 8 floors above ground and 4 floors underground, seamlessly connecting the Xinjiekou Station of Metro Line 1 and Line 2, and seamlessly embedded into the urban network and consumer flow of Nanjing. The project design integrates the unique culture of Nanjing, using the "Eight Scenic Spots of Jinling" as inspiration, translating urban culture into spatial vocabulary, and reinterpreting the history and cultural imagery of Nanjing. The consistent design language of architecture, interior, and environmental signage creates a unique scene for JLC, becoming a modern commercial space rich in cultural connotations.
JLC 金陵中環商业部分总建筑面积近 9.2 万平方米，地上 8 层、地下 4 层，并无缝连接地铁 1 号线与 2 号线新街口站，丝滑嵌入南京城市脉络与消费动线之中。项目设计融合南京的独特文化，以“金陵八景”作为灵感来源，将城市文化转译为空间语汇，重新诠释南京的历史和文化意象。建筑、室内和环境标识一致的设计语言，为 JLC 打造独一无二的场景，成为一个富有文化内涵的现代商业空间。

The project is divided into two major plots, east and west. The design team integrates the scene into every corner to create a seamless urban journey, allowing visitors to feel the integration of culture and modern design at every step.
From cultural interpretation to contemporary expression, JLC's architectural fa ç ade is inspired by the image of the ancient city walls in Nanjing. The fa ç ade is constructed with rich layers of ancient copper metal plates, glass, multimedia devices, and lighting systems, creating a city like atmosphere. The three-dimensional light strip, warm stone, and sculptural facade texture interweave to create a modern building that is both calm, elegant, and full of tension. The naked eye 3D giant screen under the night sky has become the new visual focus of the city, strengthening the public and iconic nature of the project.
项目分为东、西两大地块，设计团队将场景融入每一个角落，打造出一个无缝衔接的城市旅程，让访客在每一步都能感受到文化与现代设计的交融。
从文化演绎到当代表达JLC 的建筑立面灵感源于南京古城墙意象，以古铜金属板、玻璃、多媒体装置及灯光系统共构出层次丰富、充满都市感的外立面。立体灯带、温润石材与雕塑化立面肌理，交织出一座既沉稳典雅又张力十足的现代建筑。夜幕下的裸眼3D巨幕成为城市新视觉焦点，强化了项目的公共性与标识性。

Interior design continues the architectural facade style in language, integrating copper color, natural stone, and wood elements to create a warm and elegant spatial atmosphere. Its inspiration comes from the two major Eastern aesthetic images of Yunjin and Huayun Guige, using exquisite textures and delicate material language to construct a space experience rich in emotional warmth. Sculptural details and artistic installations adorn it, serving as both a visual focal point and guiding people to stay and pause. From the soft curves of the ceiling to the intricate details, CAN presents a rare tranquility and order in the city with its minimalist and exquisite design, evoking people's collective memory and desire for a textured life. CAN also carefully customizes a navigation system for JLC, from the subway connection area to the interior of the shopping mall, to various entrances and exits. The navigation devices are located in visible places that customers can reach, like a clear urban network, guiding people to freely navigate between various functional spaces. The system balances practicality and design sense, while enhancing spatial recognition and further deepening cultural experience.
室内设计在语言上延续建筑立面风格，整体融合铜色系、天然石材与木质元素，营造温润雅致的空间氛围。其灵感分别源于云锦与花云闺阁两大东方美学意象，运用精致的纹理与细腻的材质语言，构建富有情感温度的空间体验。雕塑般的细节与艺术装置点缀其中，既作为视觉焦点，也引导着人们停留与驻足。从天花的柔和曲线到细部结构，CAN 以极简而精致的设计，呈现城市中罕见的宁静与秩序，唤起人们对质感生活的集体记忆与渴望。CAN 同时为 JLC 悉心定制导视系统，从地铁连接区到商场内部，至各大出入口，导视装置遍布顾客可达可视之处，如同清晰的城市脉络，引导人们自在穿行于各大功能空间之间。系统兼顾实用性与设计感，同时提升空间识别度，也进一步深化文化体验。

The narrative of the "Three Entries" space regains the sense of Eastern ritual

JLC draws on the "Three Entries" concept of traditional courtyards in its spatial layout, creating a layered and progressive spatial experience. From the entrance, atrium to the central square, every step is full of ritual and artistry.. The 30 meter high atrium and patterned decorations full of Nanjing cultural elements cleverly blend the low-key and luxurious spatial aesthetics of Hong Kong Land, bringing an immersive scene experience. One of the core highlights of the project is the "Art Scroll" at the exit of Metro Line 1. CAN proposed the idea of creating an immersive experience space and invited international artist Digiway to participate in the creation. Inspired by the Chinese literary masterpiece "Dream of the Red Chamber", the immersive visual art work "Echoes of the Red Chamber" is presented through a 48 meter long LED display screen, transforming cultural imagery into a highly immersive public art experience. The underground passage connecting the east and west areas also continues the curatorial concept of immersive experience, further enhancing the overall scene experience of the project, while also having check-in and interactive functions. The art company combines design and technology to create an immersive space that breaks the traditional flow imagination. This is not only a passage, but also a "city art passage" in Nanjing that combines check-in value and artistic atmosphere.
“三进” 空间叙事重拾东方仪式感

JLC 在空间布局上借鉴了传统院落的“三进”理念，营造了层层递进的空间体验，从入口、中庭再到中央广场，每一步都充满仪式感和艺术性。30 米挑高中庭和充满南京文化元素的纹样装饰，也巧妙融合了香港置地一贯低调奢华的空间美学，带来沉浸式的场景体验。项目核心亮点之一是地铁1号线出口的“艺术卷轴”，CAN 提出打造沉浸式体验空间的构想，并邀请国际艺术家 Digiway 参与创作，以中国文学名著《红楼梦》为灵感，通过 48 米长的 LED 显示屏呈现沉浸式视觉艺术作品《红楼回响》，将文化意象转化为极具沉浸感的公共艺术体验。连接东西区的地下通道也延续沉浸式体验的策展思路，进一步强化项目的整体场景体验，同时兼具打卡与互动功能。艺术公司透过结合设计与科技，打造一条打破传统动线想象的沉浸式空间。这里不仅是通行通道，更是南京兼具打卡价值与艺术氛围的“城市艺术通道”。

Multidimensional Social Field

CAN Design creates a three-dimensional, multi scenario social experience space in JLC.. At the top of the podium building, there is a spacious rooftop garden inspired by the famous Qinhuai River in Nanjing. The riverbank imagery is transformed into a spatial language, connecting the interaction between nature and the city, and between people and space. The space integrates coffee, dining, and bars, providing a 24/7 outdoor social experience and forming a rare natural shared space in the core area of Xinjiekou. On the B1 floor of the western district, there is a landmark sunken square called "Mengyu", which constructs a rich three-dimensional landscape space with dynamic curves. The central natural lighting, greenery, and natural light together create a warm and pleasant atmosphere, while the rest area integrates human pet interaction functions, injecting warmth and fun into urban public socialization.
The project design is like a slowly unfolding cultural painting, guiding visitors into the indoor space and further enriching the overall cultural experience.
多维社交场域

CAN Design 在 JLC 中打造立体化、多场景的社交体验空间。裙楼顶部设有宽敞的屋顶花园，灵感源自南京著名的秦淮河，将河岸意象转化为空间语言，串联起自然与都市、人群与空间的互动。空间集咖啡、餐饮与酒吧于一体，提供全天候的户外社交体验，在新街口核心区形成少有的自然共享空间。西区 B1 层设有标志性下沉广场“萌屿”，以灵动的曲线构建出层次丰富的立体景观空间。中央自然采光、绿植、与自然光共同营造出温暖宜人的氛围，休憩区域融合人宠互动功能，为城市公共社交注入温情与趣味。
项目设计如同一幅徐徐展开的文化画卷，引导访客步入室内空间，进一步丰富了整体的文化体验。

The project is annotated with the urban spirit of "Cheerful Nanjing" and aims to create an urban living room with humanistic warmth at the intersection of luxury, fashion, lifestyle, art, and social interaction. 港风精奢新地标
