超级转转零售空间 / 空间站建筑师事务所

项目理念的独特性:该项目最令人印象深刻的在于其对“物之价值”的深度思考,以及对“仓储式”美学的精准把握。设计师没有被传统零售空间的固有模式束缚,而是大胆地从二手商品的特性出发,剥离了品牌包装带来的“故事性”价值,回归到物品本身。这种设计理念在当下消费主义盛行的背景下,显得尤为难得,它引导人们关注物品的材质、工艺、设计和功能,而非单纯的品牌溢价。这种设计策略使得空间呈现出一种朴素、真实、返璞归真的气质,与二手商品的本质完美契合。

空间布局的精妙之处:项目的空间布局充分利用了场地的狭长特点,通过一条弧线将空间划分为“密集有序的货架区”和“灵活丰富的集市区”,这种划分不仅增强了空间的纵深感,也满足了不同类型商品的展示需求。设计师巧妙地运用了固定式和移动式两种货架系统,并采用了通用的“A柱”系统,实现了配件的互通性,增加了空间的灵活性和可变性。同时,项目保留了上世纪50年代建筑的结构特点和精致的地面铺贴,将具有历史感的建筑元素与现代简约的陈列方式巧妙融合,营造出一种独特的时空对话。

材料与细节的匠心独运:设计师在材料的选择和细节的处理上展现了其精湛的技艺。白色的钢结构、牛皮纸制作的“盒子”展示系统以及明亮的自然光线,共同营造出“优雅素颜”的空间氛围。这种设计语言强调了空间的纯粹和简约,突出了二手商品本身的价值。特别是货架的设计,设计师从“结构工程师”的角度出发,追求坚固、省料,充分体现了功能主义的设计原则。这种对细节的极致追求,以及对材料的精妙运用,使得整个空间在简约中蕴含着丰富的内涵,赋予了项目独特的魅力和生命力。

Super Zhuanzhuan "is a large second-hand goods storage store. Our design revolves around two feelings: one is the "value of the object" of "second-hand goods" after removing the brand packaging; The second is the simple beauty inherent in the "storage style" display space.
“超级转转”是一家大型二手商品仓储店。我们的设计围绕两种感受展开:一是“二手商品”在剥离了品牌包装加持之后的“物之价值”;二是“仓储式”这种陈列空间自带的朴素美感。

When expensive products are purchased and used, they enter the cycle again and flow onto the shelves, leaving the original brand space environment, and their prices will correspondingly decrease. We believe that this price change is not a 'depreciation', but a return to value. That is to say, it removes the "narrative" value brought by "brand shaping" and returns to the "value of things" brought by materials, craftsmanship, design, and functionality.
当原本很昂贵的商品被购买、使用后,再次进入循环,流转到货架上,离开了原先的品牌空间环境,其价格也会相应的降低。我们认为这种价格的变化并非“贬值”,而是一种价值的回归。也就是去除了由“品牌塑造”带来的“故事性的”价值感,回归到物料、手工、设计和功能带来的“物之价值”。

The warehouse, which is usually used as a logistics space, follows the principle of "function first" in its display method, not for "display" but for the convenience of "inquiry". High density and strong logical display bring "goods" back to the state of "commodities". As a storage facility, the shelves have returned to a "sturdy and material saving" state by removing the need for "aesthetics". In the process of designing shelves, we also approach ourselves with the perspective of a "structural engineer" and design the strongest and most economical shelves based on the most reasonable force distribution of materials.
而仓库这种平时作为后勤空间而存在的空间类型,其陈列方式完全遵循“功能优先”的原则,并非为了“展示”而是方便“查询”。高密度、强逻辑性的陈列使“商品”回归到“货品”的状态。而作为“仓储设施”存在的货架,也因为去除了“美观”的需求,而回归到“坚固、省料”的状态。在设计货架的过程中,我们也让自己以“结构工程师”的眼光,按照材料最合理的受力方式,来设计最坚固而经济的货架。

The site itself is a building from the 1950s, with slender structural dimensions and exquisite flooring. It was a place for selling scarce foreign trade goods many years ago. What kind of novel feeling will customers feel when placing dense shelves and second-hand recycled goods in such a space? We hope for an "elegant bare face": a white steel structure system, a "box" display system made of kraft paper, and bright natural light, allowing customers to relax and comfortably spend two to three hours on an exploration journey.
场地本身是上世纪 50 年代的建筑,其结构的尺寸纤细、地面的铺贴十分精致,在多年前一直是售卖稀缺的外贸商品的场所。在这样的空间中置入密集的货架和二手的循环商品,会给顾客带来什么样的新奇感受呢?我们希望是“优雅的素颜”:白色的钢结构体系、牛皮纸制作的“盒子”展示系统,配合明亮的自然光线,让顾客放松、舒适的度过两至三小时的探索旅程。

The entire site is very narrow, and we use an arc to divide it, enhancing the sense of depth in the space. At the same time, it forms two parts: a "dense and orderly shelf area" and a "flexible and rich market area" to correspond to different types of product display modes. We have designed two types of shelves, fixed and mobile, for two areas respectively, and they also use a universal "A-pillar" system to enable all accessories to communicate with each other.
整个场地十分狭长,我们用一条弧线来进行划分,增强了空间的纵深感,同时形成“密集有序的货架区”和“灵活丰富的集市区”两个部分,以对应不同种类的商品陈列模式。我们为两个区域分别设计了固定式和移动式两种货架,它们又同时使用了通用的“A柱”系统,让所有的配件实现互通。
