空间布局与通透性:该项目最引人注目的特点是其对“一览无余”的追求,这源于业主的生活需求。设计师巧妙地保留了结构剪力墙,避免了多余的隔墙,从而最大程度地实现了空间的通透性。同时,即便是在开阔的空间中,设计师也注重营造领域感和层次感,通过洄游路线和高低的变化,丰富了空间的体验。这种设计理念不仅满足了视觉上的需求,更关注了身体的感知,使居住者在空间中感受到流动和舒适。主次卧的对调以及局部墙体的拆除,更是为了拓展视野,使公共空间与生活空间更紧密地联系在一起,形成一个整体的居住氛围。

曲线与功能:项目巧妙地运用曲线元素,打破了空间的单调性。入口处的半高曲墙不仅划分了功能区域,也增加了空间的趣味性和引导性。它既保证了视野的开阔,又营造了一种领域感,使入口空间更加具有特色。二层弧形玻璃栏板与天窗外的天空相呼应,进一步强化了南侧生活区的视觉效果。设计师在空间中巧妙地利用了曲线元素,赋予了空间更多的流动性和动态感,也为居住者带来了独特的空间体验。这种设计手法在功能性和美观性之间取得了很好的平衡,使得空间在视觉上更具吸引力,在体验上更具舒适度。

对比与平衡:该项目在设计中巧妙运用了对比手法,例如南北两侧在“直与曲、线与面、黑与白、暗与明、密与疏”等方面的差异。这种对比不是简单的对立,而是为了增强空间的层次感和丰富性。设计师根据不同方位,制造不同的空间感受,以此来释放场所蕴含的空间潜能。这种设计理念避免了单一带来的单调感,使得空间更具活力和吸引力。通过这种对比,设计师成功地营造了一个充满活力和变化的居住空间,兼顾了实用性与艺术性,体现了设计师对空间和光线的深刻理解,也为居住者带来了丰富的视觉和空间体验。

In this design, the owner "lives alone without pets" and requires a clear view. So there are no extra partition walls, only the shear walls on site are preserved, and the main space can be seen through at a glance. Even in continuous large spaces, there must be domains and levels, migration routes, and ups and downs, which are the basic guarantees of physicality (not just visual).
在这个设计中,业主“一个人住、无宠物”,要求是一览无余。所以不设多余的隔墙,只把现场的剪力墙都保留下来,主要空间一眼望穿。即便是连续的大空间,也要有领域和层次,有洄游路线和高低上下,这是身体性(而不单纯是视觉性)基本保障。

Owners hope to see the reception area as soon as they enter, including the living room and open kitchen, as closely integrated as possible to have a panoramic view. In this way, it is necessary to swap the master and secondary bedrooms, turning the master bedroom into an open kitchen and removing a small section of the infill wall between the living room and the master bedroom to expand the view.
业主希望一进门就看到会客区,包括客厅和开放式厨房,要尽量连成一体,尽收眼底。这样就必须将主次卧对调,主卧变成开放式厨房,拆除起居室与主卧间的一小段填充墙以扩大视野。

In order to ensure a clear view without a closed entrance, but to create a certain sense of territory, a streamlined semi high curved wall was added. It was raised three steps to the left to enter the living area and to the right to lead to the cloakroom and laundry room, which belong to the service area.
为了确保一览无余,入口也不设封闭的玄关,但又要形成一定的领域感,于是加一道流线型的半高曲墙,向左抬升三步进入生活区,向右通往衣帽间和洗衣房,属于服务区。

In addition to a curved partition wall at the entrance, a curved glass railing is created on the second floor facing the living room, reflecting the two sides of the sky outside the skylight. The two arcs determine the tone of the southern living area. The northern service area adopted the exact opposite strategy. We will make full use of the height under the slope to create a mezzanine, which is higher than the north window and lower than the second floor, leaving a height of 2.2 meters below to separate the entrance hall and the cloakroom. Close the northeast corner terrace and install a three fold staircase, with a wardrobe embedded in the east wall.
除了入口处的一条弧线分隔墙,二层面对客厅的挑空做出一条弧线玻璃栏板,映射出天窗外的两方天空。两条弧线决定了南侧生活区的基调。北侧服务区则采用了刚好相反的策略。这边充分利用斜坡下的高度作出一个夹层,它高于北窗而低于二层,留出下方 2.2 米的高度,分开玄关和衣帽间。将东北角露台封闭,置入一部三折楼梯,东侧墙壁内嵌衣柜。

The distinction between straight and curved, line and surface, black and white, dark and bright, dense and sparse on the north and south sides is intentional. Create different spatial sensations based on different orientations, unleash the spatial potential contained in the place, and avoid the sense of poverty caused by singularity.
北侧和南侧,区分出直与曲、线与面、黑与白、暗与明、密与疏,都是有意为之。依据不同方位制造不同的空间感受,释放场所蕴含的空间潜能,避免单一带来的贫乏感。
