场地与历史的对话：该项目最令人印象深刻的亮点在于其对当地历史文脉的深刻理解和尊重。ATTO 酒店并非简单地建造一个新的建筑，而是与周围环境对话，巧妙地融入了圣坎迪多村1250多年的历史底蕴。建筑师并未试图抹去历史痕迹，而是选择与当地现有的建筑结构相呼应，从建筑的位置和朝向，到选材用料，都与历史紧密相连。这种设计策略不仅赋予了建筑独特的个性和魅力，也使得ATTO 酒店成为一个连接过去、现在和未来的纽带，是对当地文脉的尊重和传承。

空间与景观的融合：项目的核心精髓在于其对空间与景观的完美结合。七间高端度假套房的设计是项目的一大亮点。每个套房都精心设计，确保至少有两面朝向壮丽的豪诺德山脉，并且都设有自己的阳台，宛如剧院包厢，将壮丽的自然景观引入室内。一楼的餐厅同样令人印象深刻，它采用农场直供餐桌的理念，并与山坡上的客用花园和步行街区相连。这种设计不仅提供了优质的客户体验，也巧妙地将建筑与周围的环境融为一体，实现了人与自然、空间与景观的和谐统一，为住客提供了沉浸式的感官享受。

材料与工艺的传承：建筑师对材料的运用和工艺的传承是项目的另一大亮点。项目选用了当地的云杉和芳香赤松等木材，与彩色保温混凝土外墙、手工制作的水磨石地面、石膏和屋瓦等材料相得益彰。这些材料的色彩和纹理都受到了当地塞斯托小溪石的启发，这种石材也是附近许多历史建筑的主要材料，包括12世纪的教堂。水滴形装饰作为反复出现的元素，是对阿尔卑斯传统的致敬。这种对材料和工艺的精益求精，以及对当地历史文脉的深入挖掘，使得ATTO 酒店不仅是一个建筑作品，更是一件艺术品，具有深刻的文化内涵和艺术价值。

The project is located in the village of San Candido at the foot of the nearly 3000 meter high Haunord Mountain peak in the East High Priestia Valley. This village has existed in its current form since the early Middle Ages and has a history of over 1250 years.

ATTO Suite Hotel has emerged as a new inn in the historic center of San Candido. However, for the benefit of local residents, the established goal of the project also includes making this address ultimately present a more public feature, thereby significantly enhancing the appearance of Faber Street parallel to the main pedestrian block. Unlike its predecessor, the location and orientation of this building are rooted in the long-standing architectural structure, standing out as an independent building with its gable facade and inheriting local characteristics.

A new restaurant has opened on the first floor that adopts the concept of farm direct dining tables, utilizing the guest garden on the hillside and connected to the pedestrian block through a new path. There are seven high-end vacation suites upstairs, all of which offer direct views of the spectacular Haunord Mountains. Each suite has at least two sides facing the landscape and has its own balcony in front of it - like a theater room, the beautiful scenery in front of us is the protagonist. Throughout the project, the droplet shaped decoration, as a recurring element, is a tribute to Alpine tradition.

The local woods used in the project, such as spruce and fragrant red pine, complement the colored insulated concrete exterior walls and handmade terrazzo floors, plaster, and roof tiles. These materials draw inspiration from the local Sesto Creek stone in terms of color and texture. Many important historical buildings nearby, including 12th century churches, were built with this type of stone. Therefore, the materials used in this new building also reflect the local history.
